concerning restaurant G135060. HAVE BEEN GOING THERE OFF AND ON FOR 15 YEARS. FOOD AND SERVICE HAVE BEEN HIT OR MISS. SOMETIMES I WOULD NOT GO BACK FOR 6 MONTHS BECAUSE ONE OR THE OTHER HAVE BEEN SO BAD. THE LAST FEW TIMES YOU HAVE BEEN GREAT. VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL CASHIER WHICH IS A WELCOME RELIEF IN A CITY WHERE PEOPLE MAKE YOU FEEL AS IF THEY ARE DOING YOU A DAMN FAVOR ALLOWING YOU TO TAKE UP THEIR TIME. FOOD HAS BEEN REALLY GOOD. GREAT PORTIONS EXCEPT FOR THE CHICKEN BITES. THEY LOOK MORE LIKE POPCORN CHICKEN AND ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY. OTHERWISE GOLD STARS FOR THIS RESTAURANT AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

KFC should take down the items on the menu they dont have

went to kfc on rt 23 nj , the sizes were very small. called there main office twice no one got back to me. the tender were the size of a chicken nugget. the portions small. come on

KFC on 5323 Highway 153 store #K365005 in Hixon Tennessee.On the 10th of this month I rated this store very poor.I went back to the same KFC talk to the Manger Howard. He has recently took over this KFC and working really hard to make his store better, He replaced the food I had gotten before that I had to throw out with food he prepared himself.He is really working hard in that store and the corprate headquarters shoul give him a raise or a certificate and let people know what a good manger he is and working hartd to get his KFC back in order

On this the 20th day of September 2012 at approximately 17:08:48, taken from the sales slip, upon arrival from Seattle Washington I stopped into the KFC No.: 428062 located at 1959 Bruckner Blvd ordering a meal consisting of two (2) thighs and (2) legs, mash potatoes and macaroni and cheese that generally in all KFC locations the meal consist of the meal and soda. However, this particular KFC is price gouging charging for the soda separate at an additional cost beyond that of regular purchases while departing this facility, KFC No.: 428062, the restroom was entered and immediately departed because the facility reeked of fish order and noted something that was seemingly attempted to pour down the restroom drain. Additionally, upon arriving home and opening what was considered the requested purchase to find that KFC No.: 428062 did not provide the above mentioned order but at KFC No.: 428062 discretion gave me a breast, wing, drumstick and what looked like a dried up thigh all of which reek of fish which this complainant is high allergic and forced to discard the meal in its entirety. This complainant demands a check reimbursement for the full amount of nine ($9.79) dollars and seventy-nine cents sent to me at 406 Walnut Street 408, Yonkers, NY 10701. Moreover, it would be in the best interest of public safety to have this facility inspected by the Board of Health because had this complainant eaten or even bit any part of this food there could have been experienced a serious life threatening reaction. have gone to kfc at 2807 w Irving pk rd chicago il and they still can't get an order right . this time my wife and i go order got most of our order did not get her meximelt, the casher called out the order, i asked all there she said yes . got home , not there !

On 9/21/12 @ 7:32 PM my family and I (4) were returned from a flight at the Greensboro, NC Air Port. Stopped at the KFC, 3928 Sedgebrook Street, High Point, NC. We purchased a tub of chicken (total $37.36) at the drive up window. When we got home we found the worse chicken we have even had. The chicken was over cooked, old or whatever. It was dry and hard. Love KFC and am frustrated that you have NOT re-opened a store in Oshkosh WI. Saying a close one is miles away doe not make for a hot meal on carry-out nor conducive to dtopping after work for a good meal! Please send your marketing crew to pick a spot and give us back our KFC!!!!!!!!!

i was really upset when i gave the waiter a coupon on kfc in sweetwater tennessee and the little waiter would not honor my coupon it was given to us and was told that any kfc would honor it i was really upset the way that this was handled

Bring back the chicken littles from the 80's and quit calling snackers chicken littles. A lot of people loved these in the past, including myself, and would like to have the original product back. Calling snackers chicken littles doesn't make them the same and it ticks people off.

I live in Swainsboro,GA. I usually don't complain about fast food but when it takes 30 minutes plus to get your food is rediculous. People that was after me went through the same thing. I asked the cashier what was the hold up she said that they were back there playing. There is a time when you can joke around but most people have a certain amount of time to eat lunch.The manager did not even say sorry or anything she acted like she did not care, as if you were not important to her. I was about to ask for my money back then they brought my family meal out but then had to wait another 10 minute for the stripes to cook. An offer of an apple pie does not clear up the fact that some who work there does not need to be there and it will be a long time before i spend my money there again. I would have got a hold to the district manager but that was not available.

Hello to you all :I just wanted to let you all know of this problem i had at your KFC diner in sacramento,ca located on del paso blvd.well me & my wife we had just finished shopping at the mall and stop for our dinner,we order $19.34 of food to go .shame on us we did not check it until we got ready to eat. This is the second incident at K720010, Christiansburg, Va.Previously, I purchased three breast dinners. Cold all the way through. Your Bacon (Debbie Keith)Enterprises Yes gave me one complimentary meal which I decided to use 9-20-12, plus purchase two more breast dinners. Two were original, slaw,mashed potatoes and gravy plus a roll. The third was original, mac & cheese,slaw plus a roll. When I got it home, there was only one mashed potato and four slaw. The roll was broken up in the box. I did ask for extra gravy and didnt get much at all. What should I do? Should I seek to spend my money elsewhere? May I suggest some store service training for this location? Yes, you did do chicken right this time but I cant say much about thr rest of it. You may reach me if you wish at 540-382-5335

Well I see that everyone is pretty much saying the same thing about KFC. I will tell me little story. I live in Beverly Hills and yes everything there is organic. So those of us who were with KFC well before moving there we still fall to need of junk food. Well I choose to get some J. food Downtown Los Angeles. For those who know you never want to eat there but i felt brave. I ordered at KFC and it took a long time to order because it was under staffed. When food was ready it was hot too to be exact. So hot it burned my mouth. I had ordered Chicken Pot Pie, Mash Potatoe and Gravy, Sweet Corn and Baked Beans. The pot pie taste like it was chimicaly grown. The potatoes and gravy was great but too hot. The drumstick was good but very small. I couldn't venture into the corn. I did report all of this to Corporate

OMG 322057th St E Inver Grove Heights, Slopped sudsy milky floors, No gloves, I here there it is! padro no gloves, picks a ladle out of the Gravy pan with his fingers sets it aside and uses a bowl as a ladle,work the til and window again no gloves! it was rung up, I used my debit card,to late to get my money back,the food did not taste WRIGHT! KFC bowls 4 of them, KFC IS NOT A CLEAN PLACE, OR IT'S WORKERS, SO GROSS! :^( YUK! Never Again!
