This evening I visited store K071087 in Brooklawn, NJ. What a nightmare. Wanted to try the new Dipems! Ordered 2 3piece Dipems BBQ sauce on the side as a dip, mashed potatoes and it comes with a biscuit and drink. After paying for my order the girl at the window says there is a 5 minute wait. What choice did I have at that point!!! After waiting almost 10 minutes, I get my order drive home..... Oh my God!!! Ended up with .........a box of "SLOP". The container of mashed potatoes the biscuit and the "4" strips are slathered in BBQ sauce as well as the entire box inside...how disgusting is that! What happened to the DIPEMS? I think they dipped the whole box in sauce. Needless to say it was trashed. I called the store and told them, they told me to come back.forget that crap...will never go there again

I seldom go to kfc anymore. Used to LOVE the breading, but in the push to be "healthy" something has changed in the past decade that makes the chicken taste like any old crappy deli chicken....and in fact, the broasted chicken at Super One is usually better now. At least they havent forgotten that people like MSG. We do. People who dont like MSG can eat something else...I dont care. Restore the original recipe! For the gravy too! Also I hate the plastic containers the meals come in! They make the chicken mushy and watery by trapping in steam, are enormous and messy to open, and pretty much a waste of good plastic.

I recently went to KFC to try the "new" chicken sandwish with pickles on it and was told that they were out of pickles!!! I really wanted to try this sandwich. Very disappointed!!!

I ordered from Gresham,Or.#EO8006 and received my 12 piece dinner the same time as i paid. What Service. Came home and 3 pieces short,no napkins,no plastic spoons,no forks. After 9 hours of work day i dig into some great chicken on top and old chicken on bottom. Keep my 28.99 i will not be back.

went to kfc in mcminnville tnn. today the food was awfull the chicken was dry and was no good i had the bar and had to ask for food. i spent $14.45 there but i will never be back. store number j718004 wilma thrower 319 post rd mcminnville tnn 37110

return trip again today. friendly and professional cashier. really good food except biscuit was dry. whatever you have done at this restaurant please keep it up.

Lately I have been going to KFC on Mon. nights after bowling. They have good deals on chicken and the service is always friendly.

the kfc in alliance ohio store no.L125005 has the worst buffet! corn was like field corn.had to wait 5min to even het to ask for chicken.was ignored by the staff when waiting to ask for buffet to be restocked!!!! just overall BAD SERVICE!!will not go there again!

KFC at Carowinds Blvd is the ABSOLUTE WORST RESTAURANT....the chicken is always old and stale. The macaroni cheese is 1/2 yellow and 1/2 brown. This KFC has the worst customer service ever! My entire firm has banned this KFC. Someone really needs to send an inspector to that facility or shut it down in its entirety!

I visted Store #K071115, Keyser, WV yesterday and for the 2nd time in 2 weeks I was there before 12:30 and for the 2nd time they did not have enough grilled chicken to fill two orders. The first time it was 12:10 and they had 2 pieces and said with would take about 20 minutes to fix more and yesterday they had 3 pieces and there was two of us that wanted grilled chicken. Each time we had to make a 2nd choice of not so healthy fried chicken because they were not prepared for lunch orders. Another friend stopped last Friday night about 8 p.m. and again they had no chicken. If this is a real KFC then I think they should always have chicken. Please contact the Keyser, WV store # K071115 and instruct them to prepare enough grilled chicken to supply their noon customers. You would think they would be prepared at 12:10 and 12:30 noon for lunch customers.

In our town KFC went out of business and sometimes I just need to taste that chicken again. mmmgood. We stopped at Bluffton store #H820006. I ordered a 2-piece meal. The chicken was so tough that you could not even chew it. I was so disappointed. I took it up to the register and told them. They did give me another piece. I have never eaten chicken like that in my life.

501 N. Prospect has always been a great place to eat. Something has happened to the cook. The gravy is like water. Two of us ladies complained and they made more, more of the same that is. Do you think you need an undercover boss. Also the tables are not being wiped off. We had to sit at a dirty one. This is in Bloomington, Il. if I forgot to give you the address. Just young kids in there running the place. Thank you.

I stopped by KFC at 209 Carowinds Boulevard on Thursday Sept 27 and ordered a 6 peice extra crispy and a 10 peice hot wings. When I got home and checked I had 6 peice orginal. On Sept 28 I stopped back at the store with my reciept and the manager said I needed to bring the chicken back inorder to get the correct order. This is a said day for KFC because I will never eat there again. One pissed off customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to try your minni chicken sandwichs . Went to Derby Store # E-340001 . My wife and I had 2 combo meals and they were very good would have them again the service was great and fast like the last time I was here . Good food for a fare price. We Will be back. RAY

I went to the Salem store in Dayton OH right by the intersection of 35 and Salem. I ordered a 3pc strip meal w mash potatoes and mac n cheese. I was asked if I wanted the dinner or the meal and I had no idea what the difference was and just said meal. The lady who turned out to b the manager on Thurs September 27th said and u want mac n cheese as a side, and I said yes. I received my food in a bag like I was taking it to-go first; got my food out and looked and I received the chicken and french fries. Not any mac n cheese or mash potatoes, so I took it back to the counter and said I ordered a 3 pc strip meal w mac n cheese and mash potatoes and I was told no I didnt..... first of all excuse me! What manager tells a guest no you didnt? I did begin to raise my voice at this time and your manager got an attitude w me. Again, another no no. She had made a mistake anyways and I was in the wrong in her eyes and she made me pay for the other sides also, after she put my order in wrong, and messed it up by not giving me even one side that I had ordered. I now know why the manager lady gave me a bag w my food to-go. She knew she was gonna piss me off to the point that my hunger had turned to anger and couldnt eat my food there. I find it utterly ridiculous and disturbing that there is a person who treats customers that way is a manager at one of your restaurants. Oh I forgot to add that she threatened to call the Trotwood police on me because I had an attitude when she could only get the chicken part right on my order.
