KFC Corporate Office & Headquarters

Contacted corporate representative about a customser service problem. Received a comp. letter from the location with the problem. Went there to receive the comp. food - lousy service once again. Called Corporate and I asked what happend to my complaint being answered by Corporate and the rep. shared that it was forwarded to upper mgt. Not able to tell me anything else - no time limit for them to respond. So today I made my second complaint about the same location where the employees said go ahead and call Coporate when I mentioned that I just can't take this horrible customer service. Corporate calls don't bother them. So I ask the customer rep today to send my second complaint to upper management. I wonder where all these complaints go because upper managemnt doesn't respond.

We went to KFC got 2pot pies. The food was real good tasting except when I found a nail/plastic in one of my bites of the pot pie. The manager gave our money back. KFC needs to be more careful When fixing the food.

I was a KFC cook from May 1 2012 until Jan.2 2013 when a manager verbally an physical assaulted me at work and wrote a fasle statement in my name and wasnt contacted by nobody after trying to reach there humans resource line. I feel KFC is not holding managers to there duties as she was drinking an been rude and the cook she has in the morning doesnt clean or cook the chicken as needed. Heuytown, Alabama KFC is now one of the worst places to eat.

New-ish KFC/Taco Bell in Winter Garden Florida has been here for about two years an has consistently gotten slower and slower. If the quality of food was going up I might be okay with this, however this is not the case. Waiting extra time has either resulted in an incorrectly prepared order or reduced quality. Have there been any other complaints about this store?

I can't believe this is my first time actually steping into ktc in forestpark ga. Omg the serivice is very infuriating! I can't believe how upset I feel right now! They where raceing toward me! I waiting there for like actualy 34 minutes in line. While other peoples who where not Hispanic or Asian got there food first. I felt dolt for being there! I will never step in there again or conciliate kfc.

I go to KFC weekly. Had to have surgery 4 weeks ago & so happy to be able to go & get my favorite restaurant,KFC. Ordered the two piece white meat meal. The chicken was so dried out that I could not eat any of it. I complained at the cash register. I was told that the chicken had just come out of the oven & they could not replace it. I ask her how long it had been sitting in that oven. No answer was given. The cream potatoes were not good at all either. I threw every thing away & went some where else. This was in Cartersville on November the 3. Around 6:00 PM, dine in.

We went to the local KFC this afternoon around 1:30 to eat, we bought the seniors buffet. I got two peices of fried chicken because there wasn't any grilled chicken on the bar, and few fried peices. Well my wife asked for some grilled chicken several, times with no luck. I went up the counter and told the manager I was done eatting and my wife never did get her grilled chicken. All she said was sorry we had a big carry out order. If a chicken buffet can't keep chicken on it that's pretty pathetic to me. The rest room, where I went to wash my hands, was a complete mess. The stroe number was E 121019 they really need some lessons on customer service, the nonchalat attitude did not help anything.

Went to KFC in Lafayette LA both of them and they where out of dippers?? That's strange ? At seven o clock too? But Popeyes had it all great service . Mr kernel sanders would be very upset !! And by the way this is not a prank..

I love KFC food but it doesn't do any good if you can't ORDER. I went to KFC in Leesville, la at about 1 pm, still prime lunch time, and no one ever asked to take my order at the speaker so I eventually went to the window to see if I could place an order there. No one was visible except whoever was taking orders at the front counter. I waited for a bit then honked the horn. Waited a bit longer and honked my horn again, and nothing. Needless to say, I went elsewhere for lunch.

November 2nd I ordered a 16 piece charged for a 16 piece. When I got home I found to only to have 12 piece.this kfc is located in Longmont ,Colorado.

I am a KFC cook and its hard for me to get front counter service, in uniform!

I am not a huge fast food fan. However, I have been in a pinch a few times in the last couple months and hit up our local KFC on US1 in Fort Pierce, FL. We are a town known for its surly and rude fast food employees. Customer service in general is sorely lacking in this town. This KFC is exceptional!!! The store is spotless and every one of the staff is pleasant, professional, friendly and efficient! It is such a pleasant surprise to be treated so nicely that the tasty food just seems to be a bonus. This is my first review of this kind, but I felt the need to give these people the props they deserve!

Went to the KFC in Louisville on 3rd Street. The sign on the door says it was open until 9pm. It was 7pm and the door was locked and the floors were mopped. I guess they closed early in order to mop??

went to the 106th street store on the east side of vhicago. ordered 1 leg,1 brest 6 chicken bites and a large mash., to go. when i got and saw that I got 1 wing 1 thigh ice cold mash. last time I go to this one again.

This is the fifth time I have gone to the KFC in Walla Walla,WA and each time I have to help to get my order. Tonight thier was only one person in head of me and I still had to wait even when I asked the five or so people behind the counter how much longer it would for my order to be complete. I only ordered the Littles sandwiches and it still took over twenty five minutes to get my order. They even waited on people in the drive thru window before finishing my order. If this is how you treat customers just because of the color of their skin then I will stop going to your restaurants and will let others know this also.

I went to the KFC on Flagler in Miami. Saw a huge RAT trap directly behind the cash register. Everything looked filthy. Got my money back and will never return. Contacted KFC HQ and never even got the courtesy of a response!!

Went to five different KFC stores here in RI looking for some of that grilled chicken (which is excellent when you can get it!!!) but landed up going to the local grocery store to get a roasted chicken instead because none of the KFC stores had any grilled chicken ready...and this was at 5 PM - prime time for serving dinner one would think. Very disappointed...great product, sucky service.

The kfc by puerto del rey in fajardo, puerto rico is the biggest joke ever. I went in two weeks ago and was told to wait to pay for my food because the manager was making a personal phone call and was refusing to hang up to process my card. I actually went back and was greeted by locked doors and a group of employees lounging around inside eating... At 4:30 pm on a sunday. I pounded on the door and was rudely told to go away or " maybe use the drive-thru...". I was told this by a manager! His name is Jose and if he worked for me he would be facing criminal charges.

I went to the KFC in Irving Texas, beltline rd to order the hot wings and was told they are sold out, it is Mid October in the metroplex with millions of people are you out of hot wings WOW

Went to the KFC in Dover, Delaware on Rt 8. Tried to order three different sandwiches to try and was told they were out of bacon and cheese. I had to settle for an original chicken sandwich. What a disappointment. It was the worst sandwich I have ever tasted. I trashed it and I will never return to KFC again. Also the sign on the door said they opened at 10am. This was at 10:35 and the doors were still locked. If I could rate this KFC with no stars, I would.
