The TV ads where it shows the father stealing his child’s chicken nuggets is deplorable. I believe that advertising should inform, but I am seeing more and more ads showing unacceptable behavior while trying to be funny. It is pushing my buttons and just have to say something. I am not sure I will ever buy anything else from KFC, and I know other people I have talked to are thinking the same way. They have a good product, but that attitude is going to filter into their business attitude, and their other products. We have choices, lets use them wisely.

I took my wife to get 8pc meal because we didnt want to cook, we were waiting for our daughter to have her baby, the KFC didnt have chicken ready no white meat the original was crispy and just had thighs, biscuits were smashed and clerk was very rude. She not only gave us sucky chicken she over charged our account and gave us two reciepts that didnt make any sense. So if your ever in Durant Oklahoma and want chicken dont stop there. I have called corporate office to get my money back, but I will not request free meal.

everytime I go into my local KFC store h766008 in Inependence Mo. there are no biscuits to go with your order or they are as hard as rock when you get them home. They don't seem to care. I am also beginning to think coprorate is the same.

This is regarding your KFC Store # L747010 in Geneva, AL This is NOT the first time my family and I have eaten at this location BUT it is the first time that the workers, and the food was totally not even good! We went into the KFC around 7:30 pm, the lobby closes at 8:00pm and drive thru closes at 9:00pm. They had no chicken bites, we were told they were frozen...so we said OK, we ordered 2 pc chicken one with one side and one with two sides. THE CHICKEN WAS SO COLD IT MIGHT HAVE JUST COME OUT OF THE REFRIGERATOR! This KFC also has Taco Bell inside, my daughter order Tacos and she had more lettuce than what she had meat! When we got up to leave the DOORS HAD BEEN LOCKED! We left the KFC at 7:50 pm....we had to let the cashier know that we were unlocking the door so that we could get out! IS THIS NOT A SAFETY ISSUE! What if a fire had broken out while we were sitting there eating how would we have known that the door had been locked and we actually had to unlock the door to make sure our family got out safely! I have never been so dissappointed in any KFC as I was this one on February 28, 2013. My husband actually went back in and talked to the swing shift manger on duty....my husband was told by the manger that he was told to lock the doors at 8:00 pm...however it was not 8:00 pm when the doors were locked! The cashier was not very nice, it was like you were doing her a bother just to have come inside to order. I would sure hate to see any KFC have to close their doors, just because of someones ignorance! Hope something would be done for this NOT to happen to another family! If you are going to be open until 8:00 PM then keep your doors unlocked until 8:00 pm and let your customers know that the doors are being locked before hand! And PLEASE let the customer know that we don't have HOT CHICKEN AT THE TIME! So that way they can take their business somewhere else, and actually get a HOT MEAL! Thank you for reading my complaint!

This is the second time in a row. I ordered chicken dinners. The chicken was like eating a bucket of grease. I do not intent to visit one of your locations again. The location I am conplaining about is in West Covina,Ca. on S. Glendora Ave.

The kfc in johnson city TN needs to be shut down there is actually pictures of employees who are still employed there with tongue in mashed potatoes they served in uniform. Sitting on mixing bowels exec. The manger has been contacted nothing done as bout it. Our local health dept an news has been informed and since this company can't do anything maybe they will pure nastiness!!

KFC was the #1 chicken here in Hawaii, it was the chicken to eat during intermediate and high school, even had friends work there. this is approx. 38 yrs ago. Recently family had brought a bucket of KFC for dinner and wow how the quality has gone down and it reminded me why i go to Popeye's or Church's . oily, batter is not crispy any more some of it is raw and under cooked. so as i read the issues @ hand its funny how they continue to be in business cuz they won't get mine or my family's anymore...

I have never been to a place that sells chicken that the three times I have been here they were out of chicken or white meat.. Every time the excuse is the manager did not order enough. Really, then he says he is only there for the paycheck. Close this place in Canon City it is a disgrace. Tell the owner to sell To an Amercian that actually lives in our country to!!

i would like to say the kfc in bullhead city . its a shame that your prices are so high i can't believe it . that's why they there is not a hole lot of customers there.. and i was in line for 15 min and only 2 car in front of me . i think they need repost new prices and better service

My boyfriend and I went to KFC on parkway in Odessa tx and we stood at the counter for about 15mins waiting for someone to take our order. The manager took our order after boxing up other orders and it took 33mins to get our pot pie and mash bowl. People were walking out and others disgruntled. The manager was doing everything and his staff seemed to be in no hurry. I asked what the deal was they said they need more man power and ovens. Get it together whoever owns that location! It's awful and we will not go back! This was our second trip there and both times were bad.

you are not imporve any thing on headoffice in canada and of couers it is impact on other headoffices in rest citties of canada .each time i order by phone i got empolyers teen ages or stupids and my order not like order like today i am not order superfries and i want order sandowishs based chickens with regarl fries .i got just chiecken and supertfries and no sandwish .and each order i order too much bullshit.imporve yourself or get out of business togher.simple that.

Numerous botched orders almost like clockwork on each visit at my KFC in Aurora, CO. Sent a complaint, completely ignored. Terrible customer service, uncaring employees, no concern for the patrons keeping them in a job. Corporate and upper-level customer care people don't even respond. After a few more reviews, next step is to let the investors know to jump ship ASAP, especially as I see so many other bad reviews here as well.

I just watched a TV Ad that was bad. Any man that would send a small child off to hide while he ate his chicken nuggets is a heal and not worth the powder to blow him to kingdom com. Get the Hint, Pull the ad off TV. It isn't funny, it is cruel.

Bought a 12 piece meal. The food was terrible. Chicken was small and cold. It was suppose to be mixed (3 each piece) there were more wings and only 1 breast that was extremely small, couldn't tell it was a breast. The mashed potatoes were liquid, I felt like I was eating soup. The biscuits were flat not fluffy like they usually are. The food was very disappointing.

I went to kfc on culver rd tonight because i was craving some bites. well after waiting 20mins i get up to speaker and they still dont take my order yes it was busy but i have never waited that long for fast food that is ridicoulous!!!!!. So 30mins im pissed and leave went to mcdonalds where there is never a long wait. that culver store and the one in henrietta are worst stores would never return. why dont you hire people that actually care about costumer service not ghetto teens that couldnt give a shit!

The store on 5th and Cleveland sucks. The people that work there are mean and unfriendly. They need alot of people skills . Some people need not work in cutomer service. Help is needed at that store in Columbus, Ohio.

You paid a lot of money to advertise your "Game Bucket" for Superbown Sunday. Your store in Garden Grove, CA on Harbor had a waiting time of 45 minutes. Actually, I was informed even before I placed my order. Did they not get the memo? People were driving off (I was one of them) because a 45 minute wait is just way too long. It's chicken for heavens sake and they should have been prepared! But that's just me. What do you think

Each time I go into the KFC located at 3600 Mechanicsville Turnpike Richmond, VA... the food is hot, cooked,everthing on the menu is available without waiting for it to be cooked, all the employees smile and bend over backwards to serve. The resturant is always clean including the restrooms. The store # is G135165. I think this is the model store for KFC. One to be very proud of.
