WARNING!!! STAY OUT OF HOME DEPO I order a counter top and it did not fit right $1200.00 LATER OUT OF MY POCKET they would not stand behined it and so i'm stuck with it. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND YOU BETTER DO THE SAME!!! They just might get 1200.00 out of you too!

my husband and I went to buy some paint and on check out I asked if they gave miltary discounts and the cashier said yes. After looking at my husbands card the cashier said "I'll give it to you this time but don't be surprised if you won"t get it again" I asked why and the cashier said : the card has to say service connected and you have been injuried in the service" This is a crock of s---and discrimination and insult to ALL who have served. Needless to say that was our last trip to Home Depot. Some young people just don't get it if it wasn't for our military past and present she /he might not be so lucky to have the freedoms they have. My hat is off to all that have served and are serving--BOO to Home Depot.

I am from Atlanta GA and have always supported Home Depot because their support of Atlanta... But why in the world would they have an ad supporting anyone? Home Depot in Linden has changed. I used go in , in my Power Wheel Chair and checks would be very eager to help me. Now they IGNOR me, when I ask where a certain item was they say that way. When iI get there it's way on the too shelf. They used to take me there and help me.SHAME ON HOME DEPOT!

bought a push mower in july,,,,they have a month return on all items,,,,do not buy a mower their,,,it blew up...i paid 350 for it,,,cut grass twice no problem,,,small yard,,,now since its been over a month,,,i only used it 3 times and on the third time boom,,,they wont exchange it,,people do cut grass every day so its going to take over thirty days for something to go wrong,,,please go else where to buy anything,,,its bad when they can not even exchange something,,,be warned,,,i really want every one on here to contact their local news and write about how bad the store is,,,,,post it any were but the local news is a good place to start,,,,lets just get the store chain closed,,,who needs a rip off store,,,tell friends,,,tell church members ,,,tell everyone,,,,do not shop at this store,,,,,,the greer area store in south carolina is bad,,,,so i guess the rest are as well,,,,be fair warned,,,,,

Purchase light bulbs that were good for nine years. They told me you have to deal with the manufacture. In the pass I always return to the store but now they refuse to do that. I guess I WILL START DOING MY PURCHASE SOME WERE ELSE.

I cannot believe all the bad stuff. I just bought $1000.00 worth of blinds. the price was right, delivery and install was on time and the salespeople in the Oceanside store are always helpful. May be some of you had a bad experience, but that can happen enywhere. On Monday, I will get new carpets installed. again, price was right and Amanda, the clerk went out of her way to help. thanks Home Depot.

I just bought some window treatments from Home Depot in Oceanside, Ca. the price was right, the service excellent and the installer was on time and very competent and helpful. I am also waiting for new carpets to be installed next tuesday. The man came to measure right when he said he would. The saleslady in Oceanside went out of her way to help us find the right carpet and color. I do not know why other people have too much trouble. I for one am still waiting (6month) for Lowes to send me the sides to my verticals I bought from them. I even got a phone call about their service and when I told them I am still waiting for the rest of my order, she hung up. So, Home Depot, I am and will be your customer for a long time.

Customer service is terrible. Paid just under $500 to have a $99 door put in. Sucks cause home depot has my money and door. I have nothing. Warning do not do business with such crooks!!!!! Still waiting on my door.

Home Depot stores have no respect for their costmers. I feel very distressed for something that was meant to be a joy. I order a rug and wait for it to be delivering at our house in 10 days when it did not arrive, I called to the store and someone informed us that the rug would be at our place in one to two days, on the third day I call to the store again to know why the rug have not arrived and another person answered the phone and this time informed us that our order never was placed, and she just had placed the order. Well I told her that I need to cancel it because I would be in a trip and would not have anyone to receive the rug. I even talk to the manager asking him to cancel and told him what happened. He ensure me that it was cancel and that the money was refunded. I trust them and left for my trip. Guess what? when I got back from my trip the rug was there setting on my front door. I called them to let them know what happening and have to speak with many people who were very rude to me and none of them was capable to say I am sorry, or make sure when they would come pick up the rug from my front door. Well I had to call to the headquater for having them interview in the case that was draging for more then one month. Finally after everything get to the end and I thought I was free of this whole thing. A manager called to my house be ironic, very disrepectful people.

Purchased 2 items on line to get the 6 months no interest, statement came with only 1 getting the plan; emailed accounting and got it fixed, but not sure why it was done wrong to begin with when both were done on the same order.

I have been dealing with the Pahrump store. Trying to get flooring put in and they keep avoiding my calls, with the promise someone will return the call, that never happens. I will not do business with them for flooring again. If you need flooring put in, do not give them 35dollars for them to measure your floor. I will continue to fight them.

Very disappionted in your management staff at the Bloomington store you expext to much from your part-time workers going to school and cant even get schedules right to co-inside with classes, very dissappointed in how it been handled.

NO RETURN PHONE CALLS, NO ONE IN STORE TO TALK TO. HOW DO YOU STAY IN BUSINESS THERE IS (NO) CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I AM NOW RESOLVED TO THIS AND REGISTER A COMPLAINT WITH CORPORATE. ATTENTION!!!!!!!! WARNING TO HOME DEPOT CUSTOMERS Home depot business partners practices put consumers at RISK. My home depot credit card was closed by Citi Bank (Citi Bank is used by home depot for billing statements) because THEY had my address wrong. Citi Bank said they sent me a letter that outlined new terms to use the credit card for Home Depot use. Since I never received the letter I did not know about change in terms, they closed my account. I discovered the problem and when I noticed my account was closed when I checked my account on line. Which is how I paid my bill. I refused to reapply because they had my wrong address so it was my fault. Its the height of incompetence . I will never make another Home Depot purchase again.

I am writing about your founder speaking out against Obama as a political move for Romney. How sad that your company has taken this foolish stance and thereby turned 50% of the population of the USA against you company. You personal views are your right, but to put this out under your company name is a huge disappointment to me and my small company. We used your store for our building maintenance supplies for 5 years, but not anymore. Good luck!

I PURCHASED 3 ROLLS OF COVEBASE ON A FRIDAY THE CHECK I GAVE THEM CLEARED THAT NIGHT I WENT TO RETURN THE ROLLS AND RECEIVE A REFUND WHEN I DID THIS THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK FOR 10 DAYS BUT I COULD HAVE A STORE CREDIT I SAID I DONT WANT THE STORE CREDIT I WANT MY MONEY HE SAID IT TAKE 10 DAYS TO CLEAR THE BANK I SAID NO HERE IS THE PROOF IT CLEARED MY BANK THAT NIGHT. THEY STATE TO ME THIS IS THERE REFUND POLICY BUT IT IS NOT POSTED ANYWHERE NOR IS IT ON THE RECIEPT. SO NO I DID NOT TAKE THERE FORCE STORE CREDIT I WILL WAIT THE 7 MORE DAYS AND RETURN THE COVE BASE AND GET MY CASH WITH OUT INTEREST AS THEY WERE USING MY MONEY FOR THEIR ADVANTAGE. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER SHOP IN HOME DEPOT AGAIN
