Was purchasing an items over $999 and waited over 45 mins. To receive merchandise. No one anticipated customers needs. Every employee repeatedly stated same response but no one seemed to help so I was forced to call manager

I ordered an electric fireplace as a Christmas gift. They gave 3 different delivery dates. It was delivered after Christmas and it was broken. Retirned, reordered and got a second broken one. Returned, reordered and it was delivered to a store quite a distance from the delivery address. I have been hung up on twice by the Somerville store, i have been accused of giving them the wrong address, i have been accused of not verifying the address, in other words Home Depot blames thei customers for their mistakes rather than rectifying the problem. To date i have not recieved the product and its over 2 months later

Bought a washer, the delivery team was asked to leave old washer in back yard, one person distracted my wife the other filled my old washer with toys and auto parts from my basement, and stole my stuff. Called the store they stated it is not there problem, it is an issue with the delivery company. Called them they stated to bad prove it. Will never buy from Home Depot again

I saw there was an opening for a LP Investigator position so I went online and completed the application and supplied my resume detailing my experience and qualifications. Time passed and I heard nothing regarding my application. I decided to try to contact Corporate and speak with someone in Human Resources. What a nightmare. First you can't get past the automated recording to speak to a real human being. All I wanted to do was to check the status of my application. I hate that all stores and businesses have gone completely automated these days. There is never an actual person that will speak with you on the phone and answer any questions.

Two salemans came to my house for refacecing my kitchen cabinets and promise me that the doors of the cabinets are made are of wood. Went the doors came wasn't made are of wood like they says, I stop the work and sanded back, And now they wont give me back credit of $ 14.669.00. Now I need some help to get credit to Home Depot loan. I'm very desapointed w/ home Depot. This is not finished yet. I will write another review for the outcome of this problem Jose A.

My wife had to have another customer help her load 5 bags of pellets because there was 5 employees to busy talking and laughing to help her she is 65 years old. This is the Bonney Lake store. Bonney Lake W.A.

So I bought a extended warranty on my a refrigerator from Home Depot and after owning it for a little over 5 years I tried to use it. Basically all the plastic that surrounds the glass shelves is cracking . Also it is happening to the plastic bins on the door also. It is like the plastic is deteriorating . The crack range in size to small to all the way through, and there are several on each shelf and door. Boy my refrigerator is really going to look good with duct tape holding the shelves and bins together. Think twice about Home Depot and there promises.

Received email sale to install hardwood floor purchased at HD. Called for measurement and received timely. That's where the nightmare began. Received an email indicating measurement and told to go to the store at Johnstown. Did so and after waiting 48 minutes received no help in flooring. Called the 877 number and spoke to John who said he needed the flooring selected which I supplied. Got a call from Johnstown who wanted me to go select hardwood. Said John couldn't sen measurements until I selected the flooring. Called John this am and after I woke him he said he would send measurements to Johnstown - short version he did not it took 4 hours to find that out. To top it off they quoted labor costs over $2,000 plus material. I groaned and told HD time to go to Lowes.

I purchased a dishwasher for a tenant from Home Depot in N Ft Myers, Fl. It was to be delivered to the tenant last Thurs. They tried to deliver it to my office even though they had the tenants name & address. & phone #. When told of their error they refused to deliver it & I had to reschudle for Sat. They called the tenant on Fri & set up delivery for Sat between ll:30 & 3:30. Sat at 12:00 I found a notice on my office door to reschudle! No answer at the #. I called home depot & they could not get them to come back & I had to for the 3rd time,reschedule for Tue. I have no guarantee that they will deliver it to the right place or not. My tenant has now had to take off three days for this! This is the worst service I've ever had & I will never buy anything from Home Depot again. Asked for the store Mgr & he did not call me back.

I wish your bank that my credit card is though is .the. only one. Making money l have a home depot credit card and have. Never missed a payment, but I cannt shop at your store I think you more sales if you bank.didn't make. All the money.

The employees in the Door and window department for Home Depot are friendly. However, they kept giving me different dates for when my order and install would be complete. It was not until I called Green Craft I got a actual date and time for completed job. Poor customer service from Home Depot, and thank you Green Craft. I also updated my address and contact info with Home Depot a dozen times, but for some reason there system can't get it right.

Don't ever get a home depot credit card because if you run into a hardship they cannot help you. They cahrge 25.99 interest from the beginning of your purchase if you have a problem paying it by the time it ends. It happened to me and it is a nightmare! Don't do it!

I purchased a new kitchen with all new Home Depot appliances and cabinitry, counter tops everything. Home Depot Warrington,Pa uses HouseCrafters out of NJ. This company, Housecrafters is truly the worst company I have never experienced a company that was so disinterested in providing customer service. This was a company that Home Depot requested the money in advance (check handed back at register after debit) and then provided the WORST service ever!!! Had to wait significant time after cabinets arrived, lied about filing for permits, did everything through a third local guy who said he had no fidiciary to HouseCrafters, no one checking in on project, at mercy of third local guys personal agenda, worker was rude and of questionable character, supervisors for actual Housecrafters were RUDE and did not give appropriate attention to job let it be in local construction guys hands. No follow up, no assistance with complaints, concerns and still waiting for someone from HD to come out and tell us what they are going to do about workmanship that was below adequate. Housecrafters is the worst company and Home Depot dropped the ball as well. REALLY BAD experince. Would recommend YOU DO not use them. Terrible.

Paid over $20,000 for a new kitchen four months ago. A lot of excuses but still only half a kitchen. I will never hire Home Depot again!!

Went into Covington store in La 20 minutes before they closed and not one employee offered to help me find what I needed for my business then the cashier told me they were closing and needed to check out! After pointing out if I was assisted with finding what I needed I would been done. She then said they probably all went home. Won't be shopping at Home Depot anymore. Bad service on floor and rude cashier!!!

The staff there is very rude and now I have to worry about a Home Depot employee coming to my home to do something to it. I was told that they will deface my home if I don't pay them money. I am trying to resolve the problem with the corperate office but am getting stoned wall. I have no contract with them, it was cancelled.

I tried contacting customer service for corporate contact information, because I wanted to write a letter to corporate about a general concern with a nationwide policy. The first response I got asked for a little clarification and suggested options, depending on what the nature of my statement was. When I replied, I received a response from another employee telling me I would need to call Home Depot's AwareLine for employee reports, and even called me "Mr"! Way to not listen. I'm going to try sending a letter to the above address, and hope it makes it's way to where it needs to be, since obviously support won't be helpful...

A Home Depot rep came to sell us cabinet refacing. We requested Maple doors and drawers which we were assured we would get. Because discounts and promotions were being offered for signing that day we signed. Another rep came to measure and write up the spec sheet. Soon after I noticed that under materials Poplar/ MDF had been checked. I made a phone call to stop / the project until I could speak to the original rep to find out what was going on. I was told that production had already begun, which meant we were not getting anything near what we ordered. When I asked to cancel the order, I was told some one would call us. No one did After that all the calls I made were not returned and when finally I got a response I was told I would have to pay a termination cost. I explained that I was not liable because one of their reps had made the mistake. Had I not noticed the spec sheet I would have paid very dearly for doors that I thought were solid maple. Not only that 80% of the doors would have been MDF as I have 42 inch cabinets. The cost was very high. It all appears to be a scam .
