I have purchase window blinds which cost $3000 on 01/09/2013 and to date they are not installe.

I recently tried to help a member of our armed services with some credit problems, Home Depot was one of them when asked if they could help with the outrageous interest rate just a little and the account would be paid off in six months their response was no. I just wanted to thank Home Depot for nothing oh wait I can thank you for the heads up because I will never spend another dime in any of your stores and I see you no longer support our veterans from other comments. Wow can't wait to see what happens when I tell my two friends and they tell theirs or I will just start a face book and twitter conversation to thousands of friends and we can all meet at lowes.

Beaumont CA Home Depot - such very Bad Customer service. Why is it that the employ's look like they hate their jobs???? Poor customer service and Nobody knows anything!!!! Very Poor and Sad- What happened to good customer service???

I needed to buy a DeWalt drill. Home Depot's (HD) web site said they had them in stock. I drove to the nearest HD to find they did not have the model I was looking for and they had no idea how to order or get one for me. I came home and went to Tool Factory Authorized Dealer's web site and quickly ordered the exact drill I needed. It was $10.00 cheaper than HD.

I wanted to buy several trees (6ft+) for this years backyard landscape project. I asked if they could deliver them as I am certain they will not fit into my car. I was told they do not deliver live items. I know LOWES does. Even though Lowes is 7 miles further away than Home Depot, I will drive the extra distance to get excellent customer service. My trees will be arriving in less than 24 hours, Bye-Bye Lame Depot.........Home Depot.

My husband went in to purchase supplies for our home. The bill was $1202.27. When he got to the counter he showed his Veterans ID Card. He was told Home Depot is no longer honoring any veteran discount. We will never shop at Home Depot again, we will go to Lowe's where they are glad to honor the veterans. Guess Home Depot doesn't care about the ones that have served their company.

Had new windows put in my house and they did the most sloppy job I have ever seen. Tell the CEOs they need to get better workers. I live in Annapolis, Maryland. They also told me that they do not caulk the bottom of the windows and they scratched the floors. Two S Koreans I could not understand, and they were always arguing. Teach them to speak English better. If they do not fix all the problems I will be calling the BBB. 410-303-8669 Thank you.

Absolutely the worst experience of my shopping life! Spent over $100,000.00 in 3 years and was treated horribly on more than one occassion. The merchandise is inferior and customer service is a farce. Do yourself a favor and go to Lowes

Home Depot has no respect for their employees. One of our family members worked there with aspirations for future advancement. Even purchased Rosetta Stone for use with the customer base at the local store. Loved his job and won several Homer wards. They took them back when they let him go and won't even talk with him or provide him with documentation as to "why". That is cruel.

just want to say that the hickory store in Chesapeake va 4656 is the worst store I have ever seen...I have watched the management team treat there workers horrible..they down talk them like they are nothing, they threatened a guy with his job while I was there shopping and the poor guy looked at me terrified...I guess that's why every time I go there the workers aren't happy there, very sad to work for a company like that. since I heard that from management and saw it with my own eyes ,i will never shop there again....home depot should be ashamed to have people like this.

its really sad when you go into a home depot store and you see so many associates unhappy. they look like they hate to be there ..if home depot doesn't recognize that then something is wrong.. theres reasons why they look like that.. hope they look into it fast cause that's not a happy work place...4656 hickory store, chesapeake va.

I went to Home Depot store # 1255 on 3-23-13 looking for a kitchen soap dispenser and 4 employees sent me to the wrong department.I was all over that store until I found Kiara Brooks from the plumbing department who finally helped me. You should train all your employees the way Kiara was trained, she is a credit to your company

Obviously HD's poor service is on line also. Ordered a chainsaw off the site due to the price. UPS lost it, I never recieved it and HD is holding my money hostage.(3 weeks later) UPS confirms they lost it and never delivered it. Was put on never ending hold when i called and asked for a supervisor. I'll shop at Lowes and definitely pass the word along to other people. Also will find every site available to post this. Currently filing a compliant with Credit Card company.

i have been a long time customer of home depot for many years spending several thousands of dollars! i will no be shopping with them anymore due to the terrible experience i have recently had with the store in queen creek arizona. customer service is not in there stated goals!!

Home Depot requires the emplyoees to only use saftey box cutters but yet you do not sell them in the store or on line .On any job saftey is first .I can purchase these from other companys but i think Home Depot is missing the BOAT here.The market is changing you need to change with it. LOST SALE

If you're selling quality service, I expect it! How long is to long for you to deliver on the service you provide? The subcontractors you provide in my area will need improvement, why sell yourself short...I don't want excuses when it come to spending my hardworking money....put out or give it up!

I had to buy a cover plate I did not need because you put two to a package. On top of that I got home and noticed that there are only four screws in the package and each plate takes four screws. The way you people do business makes me sick. Whenever possible I will go the Ace Hardware from now on.

Purchased a LG refrigerator with the extended warranties through the Home Depot store in Dover, Delaware. We have had over 8 repairs on the refrigerator. 3 ice makers have been replaced. 3 doors have been replaced. All the seals have been replaced. A thermostat has been replaced. Home Depot and LG and the extended warranty companies have all refused to take the responsibility of replacing this refrigerator. We recommend that you do not purchase any major appliances from Home Depot. They are major scam artists when it comes to customer care.

ordered a dryer on 3/1 canceled order 3/4. Because i used paypal i cant get a refund for 4 to 5 weeks! Home depot has to mail me a check which no one told me when i called 3/8, 3/12 or 3/18. Will never shop at home depot again
