We stayed at the holiday inn express in Neptune NJ for our son's wedding memorial day weekend. Our party booked over 25 rooms. I have never been so pleased with the rooms, service we received, and friendliness of the staff. The entire experence was wonderful. They helped make a very confusing and stressful time easy. Thank you again to GM Megan, and front dest staff Shawn, Aja and Jordan you guys are Great!!!. I only wish I could give you 10 STARS.
My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express(May 2011) located in Independece Kansas and were very dissapointed; the shower was shabby and the soap shelves had black mold. The bathroon and bedroom was very shabby. We had a suite with a king bed. I would never go back or recommend it to our friends. I have to say that this is the first time we have been dissapointed with the Holiday Inn Express hotels, usually the rooms have been spotless and we look forward to getting to our room. NOT THIS TIME.
Karla, the manager at the Guthrie, Ok. Holiday Inn Express was the nicest, friendlist manager of a Hotel that I have ever met. When we lost power due to a tornado in the area, Karla drove 20 miles round trip to her home to bring back flashlights for those of us that stayed the night. She also bent over backwards the following morning to help with providing a breakfast for us. Karla is without a doubt a 5 star manager, and the corporation should be very proud that she is part of your team.
I HAVE BEEN WITH PRIORITY CLUB FOR ABOUT 10 YRS,NOW I OWN A TIME SHARE WITH HOLIDAY INN.THEY TREATED ME LIKE A KING WHEN SELLING ON OWNERSHIP. I WISH I COULD GIVE IT BACK TO THEM AND NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS CHAIN AGAIN .I CANT BELIVE THE WORST SERVICE YOU GET FROM HOTELS AND FROM EVEN TRYING TO MAKE A SIMPLE RESERVATION ON THE PHONE WHEN YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR THEY TELL YOU TO CALL A DIFFERENT NUMBER AND HANG UP ON YOU.EVEN AFTER I HAVE CALLED THEM 7/8 TIMES, YOU WOULD THINK THAT SOMEONE WOULD CARE TO HELP.PRIORTY CLUB # 882516365
just wanted everyone to know that I had some troubles there, but in the long run, Holiday Inn remains faithful to thier patrons. There long standing customer satisfaction is number one with this hotel, and they always come thru and make things right. Thank you Holiday Inn for staying true to your patrons.
I stayed at the holliday inn in harrisonburg virgina, last nite and as usaul had to get up in middle of nite to use restroom. To my great!, surprise, when I turned on the bathroom light, there were bugs crawling on the wall. well not just any bug, but the desease carrying German cockroach!!!!! I made sure to kill one and brought it to the front desk that morning. I told the front desk girl and presented her with the evidence and she not only did not apoloize, but she tryed to pass it off as a stick bug. German roaches r one of the hardest to extermate, and they are very resilant about repopulating. Im from florida an unfortunately I know what a german roach looks like and if you see one you are deffinately infested. This is a major health problem and I really hope someone looks at this and does something about it

Me and my wife spend a night at a holiday inn express in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We were hoping for a good night sleep as were tired that day but it turned out to be a nightmare and a disaster. The people on top of us were jumping up and down for from 7pm to 1am I did call the front desk regarding this and they said they were going to take care of it but whatever they did did not help at all as the noise just got worst. Then at around 1am we could hear people sceaming, laughing, talking out loud in the hallways and it continued until 3am. So we did not get any sleep and actually was exhausted and tired the following morning. Upon check out that morning we informed the person on duty at the front desk and it happened to be the assistant manager. She said she will give us enough points for a free night stay at any holiday hotel equivalent to 10,000 points and it will show on our rewards card in a week. So we were happy about and went on our merry way. At home after a week I called priority club rewards to check on our points and I was dissapointed because the cs rep. told me there was not enough points to get a free night stay. I emailed the asst. Manager and she emailed me back to apologize and said it was busy that day that she forgot but she said she will take care of it right away. Again I was happy and waited until our rewards card arrived after 3weeks again checked the points and still not enough to stay at a hotel for free. I finally called holiday inn Tulsa asked to talked to a manager and was told she was not in but to leave a message and somebody will call back. After a month of waiting I have not heard from anybody until now still have not heard so I decided to write my bad experience and frustration here for a bad customer service especially coming from a manager. We have decided not to stay at any holiday inn express especially the one in Tulsa.
Our family has been reserving Holiday Inn for a number of years for our family reunion. I haven't had any trouble until this year. I spoke with the person in charge of reserving the event. She assured me the date and the room I asked for was available and would be booked. That was not the case. The event was booked the same date as the year before. When I inquired as to what had happened, I was told that there was nothing to be done. The hotel had a big convention the weekend we had discussed a year earlier. I could either have the family reunion the weekend that was on the books or I could receive a refund. The cost of changing airline flights and vacation times is causing a great deal of inconvenience for my family. I realize that the big events bring in a lot of money. But, it is the little events that keep the hotel business going. I am disappointed with Holiday Inn. And I will find another place to host our family reunion next year .
Cen't get HI to email me back. I wanted to praise an excellent employee in Munich, Germany. Guess they are too big to care.
I recently checked in (again) to the Holiday Inn French Quarter, on Royal St. in New Orleans ... The Desk Manager, Shana Hickerson, was completely rude ... the smiling, friendly faces (Jennifer and Lisa) I was accustomed to seeing weren't there ... Check in was a complete hassle! I've been staying at the Holiday Inn French Quarter on Royal St. for a number of years now ... I'm in the film industry and this is my favorite place to stay while working in New Orleans. I've gotten to know a number of the employees over the numerous times I've stayed there. Over the past year I've noticed a lot of those employees are no longer there ... The only one left is the night manager, Richard, I know. Through some cajoling, I managed to get it out of a couple of the employees that Shana Hickerson is making life miserable for everyone employed there ... I would recommend to you to get that woman out of the hospitality business. She has apparently forgotten that "we" who stay there, are, GUESTS.
To whom it may concern, My husband Paul and I are priority members for Holiday Inn Express and we stay in this hotel on almost every trip we make. Well we were going through Royce City, Texas and stopped to stay in that Holiday Inn Express on MAY 7,2011. We paid approximately $130.00 for one night. Our plans were to get some much needed rest and relax while we were there. We never got rest because there was so much noise though the halls. On two different accounts, my husband called the front desk and there was no answer. We heard Banging, slamming doors and total chaos all night long. I finally called the front desk at 3:00 a.m. and spoke to a man and told him about all the destructive sounds and that I was thinking about calling the police. And to top that off there were people right outside the entry way of the Holiday Inn express hanging outside all night long. Looked like they might have been consuming alcoholic becerages out there right where anyone coming in would have to deal with that. I was up and down all the long night.... I begin to think I was staying in a cheap Motel 6!!!! And I wonder if there was some type of drug deal going on out there that night. :( This is bad and I have never known of a Holiday Inn Express putting up with such low class actions!!!!!!!! I am very dissapointed !!!!!! Just making you aware of this situation. Sincerely Mr. & Mrs. Paul D. HILLIS
We had to get a room at the Holiday Inn Saginaw because our original hotel we booked at lost power - they were gracious to take us in but at quite a more costly amount. The room was fine but nothing to write home about. Last night I checked my bank account and I have been charged for two rooms on the same night? Very disturbed I phoned the Holiday Inn in Saginaw - the girl said a manager had to handle this and there was not one available to speak to so I left a message, I called back again and again. I cannot afford to pay for something twice and have MY money tied up because of the Hotels mistake. I still have not received a phone call about this and the charge is still there. You would think that if a mistake was made it would be the first thing on your mind to correct. Very disappointed in the whole thing. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!
Dear Holiday Inn Corporate Officers: On behalf of my wife and I, we are writing to acknowledge and compliment the outstanding customer service and performance of your receptionist staff at your Full Service Holiday Inn in Denver (Stapleton; 3333 Quebec Street). Two individuals on the receptionist staff stood-out and EXCEEDED our expectations: Annalesha and Laura?. Both, were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful (provided directions and information). Specifically, Annalesha was the receptionist, who checked us in and Laura? was the receptionist, who changed us to a quiet, functional room (room 600). We are in the process of relocating to Colorado from Texas. During our 9-day exploration-visit to Colorado we stayed at two hotels in Denver. Hyatt and Holiday Inn; both were booked on Priceline. The first three-nights were spent at Hyatt; overpriced; undisclosed daily parking fees, wifi/internet fees, and printing fees. After the third night we checked-in to Holiday Inn, which was definitely comparable in facilities (pool and fitness center), amenities, restaurant and friendliness. But, Holiday Inn provided complimentary parking, wifi/internet, and a full service business center with a computer and printer. These complimentary services were GREAT! My wife wishes that we spent the first three days at Holiday Inn, but we are aware that sometimes we must experience the unfavorable in order to appreciate the GOOD. We are definitely glad that we had the opportunity to experience Stapleton Holiday Inn. We look forward to returning to Stapleton Holiday Inn. Sincerely, D & S from Houston
Good afternoon, In light of the recent tornado tragedy that has destroyed many homes and took several hundreds of lives, I would like to see if you guys would be willing to donate. I am from Grand Bay, Alabama (which is South of Mobile) but we are organizing a team to go up the weekend of May 21st and deliver clothes and personal items to the victims. I would like to see if you could donate shampoo, soap, towels, sheets and any other items that you feel the need to. We have a few other businesses already donating. If you would like to call me my cell is 251-604-4590, I will happy to talk to you. Thank you for taking the time to read this and hopefully you can touch someone with your donation. I am a long time priority club member, I reserved a room in Mesquite, TX when I had to cancel I was unable to. I tried calling before the deal line time and when I called I said "I need to speak with someone about our reservations" I was automatically transferred to the main reservation line. When I was finally able to speak with someone at the hotel he was rude and would not cancel our reservations. We are going to cancel our priority club membership and will never use Holiday Inn again. We will be contacting the BBB.
Watch your credit card bill! Holiday Inn Express will charge you over and over again as long as they have your credit card number. They charged me in March 2011 for a night I stayed in December 2010. It happened to me at Holliday Inn Express in Commerce. They are cheaters.
We stay at Holiday Inn Express in Hillside, Illinois whenever we visit our grandson. We were there again for Easter, last week. While we were at church, celebration God's gift of Jesus to our world, someone stole my black leather coat from my room at Holiday Inn Express. I reported it to the front desk, when I returned that evening. They did nothing and didn't even act concerned, like it was my fault. I had the Easter spirit, so I waited until the next day and told the front desk person again. She told me to call housekeeping, which I did. They said they would work on it. I should have called the police because they filled out a form and did nothing. It is three days later and still nothing. Happy Easter to the thief and Holiday Inn Express.

To whome it may concern: I attended a party thrown by a friend of mine at the Holiday Inn in Casa Grande, Arizona June 3rd-4rd. I was very much pleased with the way the two day event was handled. The food was excellent, the service was wonderful, the personal made me feel like family, I was impressed. HECTOR SALVALA and his staff impressed me with their attention to detail. The banquet room was set up beautifully, the food served was prepared with great care. The bartender Jacquie and the banquet supervisor Joann were constantly checking to see that all went well. I was impressed, Hector made sure that all of my friends guests needs were taken care of. The rooms were clean and nicely priced, the clean pool was a bonus and the service through-out the Holiday Inn was something I'll never forget. I was so impressed with the whole thing that I talked to Hector about having my grandson's wedding and reception there. I'll be attending this wedding and reception in 8 weeks. To HECTOR and his staff--Thank you for impressing me. (That's not easy to do)--Connie Valenzuela
