The truck looks good and rides nice but issues with the six speed transmission and excessive wind noise around the doors. The front tires seem to have no grip. I have black sute on my back bumper along with two spots in my garage wall and on my RV and was told that was common for these trucks. Truck has been in shop four times and within the first six months and the mechanics don't know what to do since is no code on the computer. I had a 2007 that I ran 168000 same engine and no problems but this one is the worst I've owned and lack of experienced technicians.
Cadillac Sport Wagon
Dear General Motors, why don't you advertise the Sport Wagon??? We have a 2011 and LOVE it.!! Everywhere we go some one will comment how nice it looks and then say, "I've never seen one before."
You do not stand by your Trucks
I paid over 35000.00 for a 2007 Silverado new. I now only have 39000. miles on it and I had a tap in it. I took it to Jerrys Chev. and they said it was the Liftres. Gm would not stand by it because it was 3 mounth out of warrenty. I paid over 2500.00 and got it back with same problem. Now they have torn apart my whole engine and still do not know what is wrong. I will never buy a chevy again and I would tell everybody I know not to buy one
2010 camaro
i bought a new camaro and in 38,000 miles the front left caliper stuck and had to replace it, pads and rotor. in 42,000 miles it broke a vavle spring suppose to be the first ever camaro to do that. the dealer had it for close to 2 weeks. at first they didnt know what was wrong then they said they had to order a special part that took a week to get there. i called again and they said they were still waiting on the part, i called back the next day 5 minutes till they closed and said ya its been done since this morning. ever since then the car drives like shit and misses and loss of power. ive owned chevys for ever and loved them but since this i will never buy another one.
worst car ever purchased
Ive had many car...Fords....oldsmobile (another GM mistake) and now this raggedy 08 Impala has given me more problems that any of them....Ive had the gear replaced because of the solenoid brake whichis another joke on this car.....theres too many mechanical issues now the engine power reduced light continues to come on...I call GM only to get Michelle who is overseas and completely out of touch with american vehicles who offered very little assistance and I have not owned this car for 8 months!!! Check the internet about the problems these cars have.....they LOOK nice but they are complete lemons!! Dont risk your sanity with these people.....purchase a Toyota or Ford and I thought I would never say that..but now I have a GM I KNOW I would have made out better with a newer Taurus!!!!!!!!!!!!
Issues with 2008 Malibu
I brought this 08 Malibu in September 8th,2012. two weeks later my thermostat hand went to the C like it was cold and my check engine light came on. I took it the Chevyland dealership here and they said it was the thermostat so they changed it.Its been going out every two weeks to a month since then. I contacted corporate office and they said that they would have to work with an outside company to fix it. I'm still going for the same thing now and I was told the thermostat has a defect in all of them. They also fix something on the side of my motor which fail off when I pick it up as I was driving and I had to turn around and take it back to them. This dealership is horrible. Corporate office is horrible. I Can never contact the person at corporate her voicemail always comes on.
GMC Seirra 1999
Beautiful truck 4x4 , well maintained, taken to garage for exhaust work. About two feet up on the lift, my mechanic heard a crunch..... the cab and body separated 10 inches!!!!! Frame completely gone. I was told that if I had been involved in an accident the truck would have folded up like an accordion!! I had counted on it for a back up vehicle....my car has 225,000 miles on it. Leaves me in a bad situation, but am very concerned for others who may be driving a deathtrap.

Chevy Silverado Diesel
Bought a new 2001 Chevy Silverado, not knowing the years 2001-2004 were made with faulty injectors..GM did not recall any of these years but would replace the injector if within the mileage and warranty and on a case by case basis..Have kept the mileage low on this truck for retirement..and what happened at only 60,000 miles the injectors go bad on a diesel motor..should have been able to drive this truck forever...no help from GM, said truck is too old..heartbreaking to take care of a $44,000 truck for your "golden years and now it is ready for the junk yard Also the customer service "team management" are worthless, will not help you, reminded them that us consumers are the ones that saved their jobs with the bail out!! Been driving Chevys' since we were 16 now on Medicare...next truck gonna be a Dodge Ram, Sam Elliott has us sold, then gonna take that Ram to General Motors and............!
Gmc Denali
I am not comfortable in thus car. A lot if money for this car . The seats are not comfortable. Very disappointed .
Archaic Finance Manager
I purchased a 2012 Denali Acadia with a substansial down paymnent from Joe Rizza in Tinley Park. Anthony in the finance department is the most obnoxious and rude individual I have ever met. He displayed ppor customer service and tried to belittle and humiliate me all over miscommunication between Ally financial and myself. At any rate I wouldnt refer anyone to this dealership.
Paying for warranty
I own a Chevy Silverado. I've been getting service at my local Chevy Dealer, Greg Sweet Chevy in Conneaut, Ohio. I just found out that I have been payng for service for my vehicle which is covered under warranty. I also had wires arching in my driver's side door panel. They told me it was a main engine wire that needed replaced and said I would have to pay several hundred dollars for the repairs. This was supposed to be covered under warranty. I will not recommend or purchase a vehicle again from this Chevy dealer.

gmc acadia...BAD
i have a 2007 gmc acadia...the air conditioner is shot....im a girl and i fixed a bad purge valve on my own just so the next my transmission could go out....its 6 years old how is this possible..i was getting ready to trade for a new terrain denali bt i will not be buying another gmc :-(
2011 GMC Arcadia
This has to be the worst car on the market. It might look nice with its sleek lines but that is as far as it goes. I had nothing but problems with this car and when I contacted GMC nothing was accomplished. The girl that I spoke with had broken English and it was very hard to understand a word she said. I had to trade in the car for a more reliable car. I must say my 2012 Honda Pilot has proved to be the better car.
Chevy traverse 2011
Knew this would be a problem car. Had exhaust fumes coming into the car from under the front hood that had to be fixed while I only had car for week and was getting sick. It was fixed only after I found the solution for the service department by going on line and printing info I found on line. There was no Chevy memo at the time. Now I've got brake issues. Totally awful sounds come from car when braking. Service dept says no fix yet for this widespread Traverse issue. Seat warmer not working and paint chipping off heat/air controls. Really disappointed with quality and service from Chevy.

2013 Chevy Cruze
I recently bought a new 2013 Chevy Cruze and will never go back to a General Motors car again. I have always been a Chevy girl but no more. The Chevy Cruze has a rear brake drum issue and it sounds like the car is falling apart when you apply your brakes. I have had it in the shop twice now for this issue which GM is very much aware of but can't fix the problem. GM has had this problem with the Cruze since 2011 and still can't fix it and states no repairs are to be done to the car as it is not a safety issue. Well anything to do with brakes is a safety issue to me. I left my car at the dealership and I refuse to take possession of the car until it is fixed. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB Auto Line and I am now filing a complaint with TX Dot under the Texas Lemon Law. I want my money back and I'm sure before I'm finished I get my money back and I will take the money and buy a Toyota. Buyers beware of the Chevy Cruze as you might be one of the lucky people like me that recieve the lemon. They can't fix the problem so until they come up with a fix I wouldn't take a chance on the Chevy Cruze.

we have a 2012 we bought new and we now find that it is not coverd for 3 year 36000 gm likes to hide things in fine print I an a gm certified customer fo 20 years but this may be my last one do to gm don't stand behind what they sale we may trade this car to get one of the others that or made not mad just not satisfied with gm
