I called gieco tonight to see how their policy renewals worked. While they dug through my info, they claimed i've been listed under a learners permit.... I've been with these morons for 5 months now, and have clearly had my license for some time. After updating me to a valid driver's license, my monthly payment is now 3 TIMES what it was. Searching anywhere and everywhere for cooperate's number. This is B.S!!!

What a disgrace this company is they fired Gunney for being a patriot and Opposing Obama.

I would never buy insurance fron such a left wing company....been shopping for new quotes for some time....Just crossed you off the list....You and Progressive are using the same canoe....Your in a conservative business...yet your as liberal as they come......

No stars,Geico if you where a kid in school with me I would have ______ your ___all over the place. Chapter 1: I sold my car and the DMV paperwork had not been finished on the buyer's end of things. I do not blame this on him as we have stayed in contact and was an honest and simple mistake. Later one night he was badly rear ended, with his friends in the car, by a highly intoxicated woman insured by Geico and her minimum insurance policy. Due to the DMV paperwork having not been processed I was told according to the city of San Francisco the legal owner I had to be the ones to release the car from impound. Chapter 2: My totaled car, one that I had put hours upon hours building was gone. It was struck by a drunk driver insured by Geico.  Their policy clearly states 5 days maximum for them to assess the vehicle. It sat for 11 days without any Geico adjuster to view it. Again I find the blame squarely on Geico (not the new owner) for failing to follow their own 5-day maximum assessment policy. Meanwhile, I was facing fines, a mark on my license, etc... if this was not handled properly and quickly. As such, I went to the city with a friend who owns an auto company to retrieve and dispose of the car. I payed $1,171.25 to the city of San Francisco.  Chapter 3: Geico's Response- Two months had past. Trying to obtain any information from Geico or any payment went nowhere. Finally on 07/20/2012 Geico contacted me and wanting to see the car... See the car??? It has been nearly three months too late. The accident occurred  06/04/2012 which means they should have assessed the damage no later than 06/09/2012. Now it is 08/01/2012 and still Geico refuses to own up to their responsibilities... again per their own policy. They are now asking that I provide photographs of the damage, the pink slip, receipts, etc... Is that not what they assessor should have done between 06/04/2012 and 06/09/2012??? The official word as of today, 08/01/2012 is the insured party's coverage has a limit of $5,000 and no more. This means the owner of the vehicle and myself will have to split $5,000.00 for a car that was worth $10,000.00 not including the costs of getting the totaled vehicle out of impound. I'm attempting to attach 10% based on the bad faith laws and seeking hardship as well since this continues to drag on. Bottom line: If I or the owner wish anymore in compensation for our troubles caused by an intoxicated driver and immoral practices by Geico we have to sue the individual. It did not need to come to this had Geico followed through on their own stated 5-day minimum policy.  This is current and I plan on a fight!

I had a Premium hike of $130 FOR THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE JUST BECAUSE THAT MY WIFE DOESN'T HAVE 3 YEARS OF DRIVING HISTORY IN UNITED STATES. THAT IS WHAT THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPLIED WHEN I EMAILED THEM. WE DID NOT PAY THAT EXTRA COST WHEN WE TOOK GEICO INSURANCE LAST YEAR, AND NOW SHE HAS GOT 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AND NOW THEY ARE CHARGING US $130 MORE SAYING THAT SHE IS INEXPERIENCED. DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE, GEICO??? DO YOU THINK ALL THE 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCED DRIVERS ARE SAFE DRIVERS AND COULD YOU CONFIRM THAT THEY DO NOT COMMIT AN ACCIDENT?? HOW STUPID...

My policy increases every 6 months.. it's just ridicules. I have been with them for over 25 years. I am thinking of cancelling. I just can’t afford it any longer. I contacted them but to no avail. I am now going to contact the corporate office. All of you should do the same. Good Luck All!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These punks who make promises then not deliver, then charge the customer for their misinformation re a disgrace to the definition of customer service. The one moron lady who gave this scam company 5 stars is an employee or relative of one etc. no one would rate this toilet company at a 5 or even 4 or 3. they do not save anyone anything , they just steal your money and search for new ways to keep taking your money. i'm all for a class action law suit, they need to be taken down many pegs.

Geico is in the business of taken advantage of people. I disagree with their practices and the lack of moral values. They are all about making money and they dont care how they do it and who they hurt. I will never ever do business with them. One of their insured cut me off and just because I said I saw the car prior to the accident they held me liable for 10 percent of the damages. I'm not blind, of course I saw the car but it was to late for me to avoid the accident all together. He came from between 2 cars across my path and I'm being held liable because I saw him. A lot of children that run into the street from between to parked cars see the vehicle prior to impact but it's too late and bam

I have had major issues with Geico in the past and present. Maybe we should all get together and file a class action lawsuit against them. i always thought that geico was a great company.! sooooo stupid me jumps aboard and for over a year i paid and even renewed my policy.! now my hood flew up on my car. they gave me 1200 and i paid out of pocket 1400 more that they said would be given back to me.! im still waiting and the adjuster love's her petty amusements with peoples live's.!!!! also they were supposed to pay me for lost wages. that was 7000.00 and they only gave me 2000.00 dollars. all my bills piled up and i cant catch up do to geico ripping me off.!!! thanks geico.!!!!!!!!!!! people... don't buy geico.! when you need them on your side there not there.! its all about taking with them.! not giving.!!!!

Is there a NEGATIVE star rating? A geico insured hit me and three other cars. All cars were towed. I have no car and unfortunately, I drive for a living. I've missed three days of work so far. The adjuster Marlene McCall has had excuse after excuse about why she can't authorize a rental. First, she was out of the office until Tuesday. Then she had to have someone look at my car. Now she can't do anything until they talk to their insured and he is not returning phone calls. I tried corporate, I tried Marlene's supervisor, Mr. Marcus Hill and have gotten voicemail with really old messages. I don't think they're even valid voice mailboxes. What if they never talk to the insured? What if he dodges their phone calls for months?? Then what, Geico? Got Geico? GET A LAWYER. By the way, Carlos and Jean must be a GEICO stooges.

Last year I had a slo-mo bummper to bumper kiss incident in stop and go bumoer to bumper traffic. No visible damage to either car. Yet woman in the other car claimed said my bumper punctured her license plate and may have caused structuraldamage to it. She also claimed injury. Adjuster saw pix of my front bumper without any damage and denied her claim for injuries since my front had zip damage. In spite of that, he went ahead and paid her a new bumper and a rental car while it was installed. In California if damage to a car exceeds $725 (the threshold)you get charged with 1 point on your driving record and big premium hike. My cost shot from $35 a month to $57 this year. I emailed the adjusted May 2 saying he made a mistake in paying the lady a dime for a new bumper and asked if ever had her bumper photographed at all. Pls several other questions. He never answered. Send him a reminder May 14. Still got no answer. Called Geico claims today (sunday) and left angry voice message about Geico's payment of a dime for a new bumper adding that premium hike in my opinion was grossly unfair. As predatory as banks are these days, it begins to look as if other large corps are just as bad. This may be a Geico tactic to boost premium revenues based on logic and evidence they dont share with the policyholder. If they will hike your premium almost double for a minor bumper to bumper kiss like this, imagine what they will do if you actually collide with someone. Verdict still out.

My experience with geico has been excellent! But please advise your advertising department that your Tv ad is very incorrect! Saving people money are (should be is not are) more than just car insurance. Saving is the subject of the sentence. Just call your high school English teacher. Please.

I was a gieco customer and I am a very unhappy one the people are very rude they don't help u with anything. I called because I wanted to renew my policy they asked me questions from a to z then told me they would put me on a hold for a fe minutes it was more like an hour then they came back on the phone to tell me at this time we can't give u insurance they couldn't tell me this from the beinging they left me on the phone for two an half hours to speak to a supervisor that came on the phone to tell me the same thing unbelieve able really I don't reccomened this insurance company to anyone run now while u can don't look back that's all they do is scam people to believing something that they premote on tv this insurance should be shut down with all the bad reviews they get from people very unhappy and will not go back I am all set Train ur staff better they are so in confident about themselves hope some reads this......,,,,,,,....,,,,,,,...,,..,,....

IT IS CLEAR AND EVEN THE TOWING COMPANY TOOK FINAL PICTURE IN TOW TRUCK, IT IS A FLAT HIT, FROM THE FRONT SIDE. AFTER WE RECEIVED EVERYTHING AND FINAL DECISION, THE GIRL FROM THE OTHER CAR CALL AGAIN, AN EXAMINER CONTACT HER BUT NOT US AND CHANGE EVERYTHING. HOW COME A CAR COMING IN REVERSE AND CLEARLY TOLD US THE SHE DID NOT SEE US THRU THE REVERSE CAMERA OF HER NEW CAR" AND WE WHERE TURNING LEFT ON OUR AND THE IMPACT IS MORE THAN CLEAR THAT WAS A HIT FROM SIDE. THEY NOW CAN CHANGE THE DECISION ON HER FAVOR. WE HAVE THE LETTERS FROM GEICO, CC TO US, DIRECTED TO VANESSA LAHOUT, INFORMING THAT " CARLOS RUIZ IS NOT LEGALLY LIABLE FOR YOUR DAMAGES"

I live in Florida and this is a no fault state. A Allstate driver lost control of their car going the opposite direction. The driver fishtailed then came across thefour lane street directly in front of us, perpendicular to the street. Allstate is at fault, however, GEICO is responsible for the property damage and then will subrogate to Allstate. The GEICO adjuster and Supervisor will not pay the value of our vehicle even though they will be reimbursed by Allstate.
