This new commercial with that basketball guy running around saying something stupid and knocking things is disgusting, it gives me the creeps........Whoever though thatquick up was an idiot....go back to the little green guy..

Horrible Pig commerical

I personally think this is just a totally disgusting commercial. To have a woman want to make out with any animal is just one of the worse things imaginable. What kind of sick person would even come up with that.

Pig commercials

The latest commercial with the pig on a date is offensive to all men. I cannot believe you did this on accident. Why is it offensive? Simple, your commercial gives the underlying message that all men are pigs. You may want to pull it and issue an apology.

Longtime Customer

Geico has lost sight of its customers. I am a good example. I had 5 different policies w/them worth about $4300 a year. Two of those policies are not being renewed for 2013, not in response to anything I did. I was only notified of one them yesterday, 4 days before renewal, as I, with renewal notice in hand calling to pay the premium. In the past I would have rated GEICO as a 5 of 5. Today, I rate them a 2 of 5.

Collecting Supplements SUCKS !

Shops attemting to collect legitimate supplements from GEICO's Claim Offices like talking to a wall. Shops are just being ignored. No return phone calls. Probably the worst experience was when GEICO Appraisors and Superwisors let a young Girl drive her BMW from Long Beach to back to School to Las Vegas without working Headlites. Refusing to pay the Dealer to "re-program" the Headlites. Letter to Mr Warren Buffet was also went ignored. We paid for it !

Most difficult agents, rude

My experience with trying to get a structure at my home repaired, that was damaged by one of Geicos DUI insured, has been exhausting. They have excused themselves because they "repair autos," and "thet are not in the "construction business" I'm not impressed and would never insure with them or recommend them.

Horrible customer service, long waiting time to speak to someone

I have had Geico since 2009, and every six months, they go up on the premium! Their excuse is "there has been an increase in my area". I had Allstate for 16 years prior to getting Geico, and they never did that. I also called several other insurance companies, and they stated they don't do that every six months. It is crazy! No accidents, no claims, just increase every six months! Their way of getting more money in their pockets, while we work 2 or 3 jobs to pay them! I'm done with Geico stealing my money!!!!

I PRESENTLY HAVE GEICO CAR INSURANCE, HOWEVER, I MUST TELL YOU THAT THE NEWER COMMERCIALS - MAINLY THE EXTREMELY ANNOYING ONE WITH THE WITCH IN A BROOM FACTORY PLUS SEVERAL OTHER NERVE-WRACKING ONES WITH THOSE TWO GUITAR PLAYERS ASKING EACH OTHER QUESTIONS - WOULD "NOT" PROMPT ME ONE BIT TO OBTAIN ANYTHING WITH THE NAME GEICO! I THINK THEY ARE BENEATH YOUR AD PEOPLE AND REALLY DO SUGGEST YOU RETURN TO JUST THE GEICO GECKO!

This is the ABSOLUTE worst company ever! I was involved in two accidents with their insured who was at fault and they dont want to pay anything!!! I do not recommend anyone give them business! They should be sued for every penny they are worth!

Geico is the worst

I would not give any stars as well. I have been trying to settle with Geico regarding where I was overcharged for more than 1 year. They automatically added a young person living at the same residence and put them on my policy. I sent them documentation they requested, proving the person was on another policy & had been for that whole time period. I was still charged. Instead of a refund, I was given 2 month credit on my bill and could not make them understand they owed me more money back!!!!! I got another policy for less with another large company. I plan to contact corporate office also.

Just want to make everyone aware that if you are insured with Geico and own a new vehicle; you should consider changing insurance companies; This is why, I was involved in an accident on the 21st. of September, other persons fault. However, the girl only carried state minimum insurance, therefore Geico (my insurance) is required to pick up the tab and try to collect from the girl who made the left in front of me. I have a 2010 Highlander, Geico valued the vehicle @ 25,000, without tearing it down the estimate is now @ 13,000 for repairs with aftermarket parts. Geico refuses to use OEM parts, and now tells me there is no way for me to recover diminished value of my vehicle because their policy clearly states that there is no provision for diminished value . What this means is that my Highlander has lost a considerable amount of value, because of the accident and aftermarket parts. BUYER BEWARE GEICO SUCKS.

I am definitely switching back to my old insurance company!!!!! I wrecked my Trail Blazer well over a month ago and it is still sitting at the wrecker service.Nobody has even bothered to go look at it..Then we get a call from GEICO telling us that the wrecker service called them wanting to know what to do with the vehicle.Well its totalled so its not like I can go pick it up...

I have had this insurance for the past 12 years with no accidents. Now while my car is being repaired I asked Geico to pay an additional 12 cents (that's right 12 cents) to over a GPS for 3 days and all _____ broke out. You pay more than $3000.00 a year for 12 years and this company will not pay 12 cents for 3 days. Give me a break!

Geico is sharing personal information with 3rd party survey company's Unacceptable

I just want to say my experience with Geico has been unexceptable. I am not going to go into my story, but I do want to voice my experience with and about Geico. I have been mislead and misinformed reguarging my policy, my information was not processed correctly for the accuracy of my account, and I was treated with no empathy or disreguard. Ultimately, the result of my situation lead to the suspension of my license and Geico dropping my policy like it wasn't their fault in the first place. Very very bad service!

I would just like to say Geico really needs to check into the employees they have working there. My car was vandalized by a Geico employee who I had to press charges against. As soon as her mug shot comes out in the paper I will be sending it to corporate. She was arrested and told the judge she did it. I think this is an awful look for their CAR INSURANCE business that has to deal with these types of problems but yet the employees are out here causing them. This company will hire anybody these days and its a shame!

Hi!I've had GEICO for awhile now and I love them and heres why:Customer Service! They are pioressfonal, understanding and willing to help every time I call. I also had an accident back in 2007 and the claims adjuster had my car in the shop getting fixed with in 48 hours of the accident. From what I understand, most companies take at least a week to get a car in the shop.The last reason I like GEICO is that they are financially very stable (Warren Buffet owns the company). Insurance companies that are financially unstable always hike there rates up. GEICO has never raised my rate unless I messed up.I could find cheaper insurance but I would have to deal with horrible claims and customer service. Check it out for yourself!
