Loud Airplane Flying Over School
The plane towing the Geico banner flies over my school, low and loud, repeatedly each afternoon. It is loud enough to disturb my class. It flies back and forth every ten minutes or so. Who do I call about this intrusion?
Finding another company
I should have read these reviews before signing up with GEICO. They have no idea what customer service means. Promises to call back are not kept, no way to escalate an issue.
please take off the commercial making it look painful to give blood. Many veterans and children with cancer and many others need blood. I left a message on your marketing phone number.
different answers from different people
Not sure how to review this other than 3 people, three different answers and we just signed up wit them. Got a supervisor on the phone who understood and correctly explained things to us as I was about to tell them to cancel the policy. Still remains to be seen if any of the SOB Stories above or below this are true as we have not had any accidents or tickets in more years than I can count. Rates are considerably lower than other companies so hopefully it is not a "you get what you pay for" company.
Noise Complaint Boston
After the terrible week we've had in Boston, with "shelter-in-place" and circling police helicopters, I can't believe Geico has hired a biplane to pull a banner for HOURS tonight. A little sensitivity to those still in shock is in order. Get your plane outta the sky.
Noise Complaint
I would like to make an official complaint about your airplane banner marketing program. Flying an airplane low and slow over the City of Houston back-and-forth is annoying the entire city. Flying over the city on Sunday morning is disturbing those in church services. Although airplanes are exempt from the city noise ordinance, marketing/advertising campaigns are not. A noise ordinance complaint has been lodged with the City of Houston and the organization Noise Free America has been alerted.
SEEK ANOTHER INSURANCE POLICY
I give a zero stars to a company who treats their customers as if they are worthless. I've been a driver for twenty years and have had different automobile insurances in the past. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They treated me as if I were dispensable. Rather than listening to the facts, the agent was combative and happily put on the supervisor (after a long hold) who's only intent was defense and to prove me wrong. My automobile was towed to an incorrect location, without my consent. Rather than fixing the error and towing it to the correct place, the supervisor was verbally abusive and solely focused on why Geico shouldn't have to cover the expense even though it was their mistake. Disappointing. I am contacting corporate with their names and canceling my policy tomorrow and spending my money elsewhere, where it's respected.
BUFFET IS A CROOK
This insurance company is a scam..they pretend to be courteous and helpful but that is all thay offer when it comes to auto adjusters they try to get the cheapest way to get your car repaired,,they get premium increases when ever they want from your state, but your state cares less about how they run their business or how they treat customers..the politcians get kickbacks from them to help them get relected in office over and over again...ever wonder where these auto insurance companies are getting the endless funds to run their stupid annoying commercials on tv almost endlessly?...from our high premium rates.. we need a nationwide insurance .guru that can oversee these crooks..in all states not just in one...

My wife and I have been loyal customers of your company for twenty years. I recently filed a claim to repair one of the eight vehicles we have insuranced with your company. The adjustor who handled the claim, first refused to repair the damages referring to the damages as old damage and suggested that if I agreed to negoiate the claim leaving part of the repairs undone that he would waive the deductable of $250.00. I agreed and later file an additional claim for the repair he refused to do. I filed the claims in June and I was told to wait until the parts for my vehicle were located. Well, I want you to know that the vehicle is still in the so called express shop at Oursman chev of bowie, Maryland. It took the shop over six months to even address the repairs. After all of that ordeal, I finally arrive at the shop to pick up my vehicle after the completion of the repairs. The vehicle was found to be half completed with the part being so called completed finished poorly (drips, runs in the paint and painted over debris, etc.). Half of the vehicle was left not touched. I refused to take delivery of the vehicle and attempted to contact geico office for help. I was told that no one at the office could assist me. I was referred to the claims supervisor, who listened to my complaint and referred me to the first adjustor who had first looked at the vehicle. This gentleman was very rude to me and informed me that he was not going to do anything more to my vehicle. I have been force to open two claims to cover the damage to the vehicle and still have not been able to repair the vehicle. You would think that the second claim would have covered any "old damage", for which I am paying a deductable of $250.00. Furthermore, the vehicle was hit in Janurary and All State Insurance Paid the claim. I allowed the express service to do the work, additional income for the shop. That work was not even done right. I have complainted at the level available to me at no advail. Please help this unsatisfied consumer.
WORST COMPANY EVER!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Today is April 3 and I've been waiting since September 29, when I canceled my policy, for my $400 refund!!! When I finally get a person on the phone, they tell me I have the wrong department, transfer me to a voicemail, and I never get a call back!! I think I'm going to call a lawyer!!! I put 1 star because it wouldn't let me rate it otherwise.
Avoid at all costs
I am 52 years old no accidents was with them for 2 years and I got a IRS tax lien and they raised my policy 300% NICE WORK GUYS
A joke
With Geico, you definately get what you are paying for, NOTHING!!!!! Worse insurance company I have ever seen, I work in the industry and this company always finds a loophole and literally always gets out of paying!! Worthless to even have their insurance. Always dealing with their representatives is the worst, they are all very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. If you have this insurance switch immediately!!
Commercial BBP
Yes, I find your commercial with the Basketball Player slapping and knocking things around totally appalling ! Furthermore, I find it in poor taste and with the out cry of people being (BULLIED) in our schools and other events is a senisitive issue and I feel this promotes this kind of behavior. Please, reconsider future commercials with poor taste and stick to the little green character... Thank You, Robin L. Compton
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I would not recommend this company to anyone I recently switched to Geico from Allstate and it was the biggest mistake of my life. Bad customer service, I spoke to an unprofessional Supervisor named Ann Bradford she was Rude, Unprofessional, she lacked knowledge and compassion. She did not answer any of my questions and When I asked her about her customer service skills she told me she did not have to listen to them. I will be cancelling my policy and switching back to Allstate.

Your commercial of the girl on a lonely road with a young girl is absolutely sick! You need to get rid of whoever came up with that one because their mind is in the gutter. I have NEVER had a commercial upset me like that one did. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

This is one one the most stupid ads I have ever seen. Not only can I not undestand what he is saying, I have no idea why he is doing these things. I see I cannot submit without a rating therefore I must give it at least a one star, even though it does not rate a one.

This commercial is disgusting!!! I called customer service and expressed my opinion and told them to immediately take this commercial off the air. Now, a week later, it's still on the air! I am going to call corporate. If they continue to run this commercial I may cancel my three policies. I have been a customer with Geico for ten years.

I get physically sick when I see this ad. A woman and pig on a date and she wants to do what while they wait? This is sodomy and it is unnatural. Do yourself and all of us a favor and remove this ill thought out commercial.
no fault insurance
I watch geico commercials in awe wondering why they put so much money and time (not much thought) into advertising when customer reviews and ratings are in the toilet. There is in no way any customer sevice worth mentioning let alone supervisory staff worth commenting negatively because they don't return calls in other words pass the buck! I was hit from behind, while at a complete stop, by an unfocused driver. The result: Medical bills of which geico claims no response, Period! When you try to clear things up without lawyers geico just doesn't respond they have no compassion and absolutley no regard for real people! I suppose if I were a pig or geko I would have a better chance at seeing some results or maybe even speeking to a compassionate and caring insurance company. Shame on You geico!!!!!!!
Dear Geico Marketing Team, thanks for ruining our Mothers Day brunch with your plane towing the banner over our house all morning. We had to retreat from our balcony because of the noise. Spamming our Mothers Day brunch is not winning you any business in this household!
