I dont know how many stars to put because theyre pretty good overall but i cant find a way to return a game i bought online.

i went to game stop in tifton georgia about 2:30pm on june the 1st 2011 the girl named natalie was very rude and disrepectfull and was argueing back with me .. when i was trying to exchange games my kids bought there,. she tried to say i was doing it when in fact the one i brought in there i wanted replaced it was damaged. one of the guys was also very sarcastic about me returning one i had a warrenty on . the other guy had to tell him it was covered before he stopped. , i have spent over 700.00 dollars at gamestop in the last month and a half but . will not do any more business with the one in tifton as long as she is working there i donot deserve to be treated like that by her

to who it may consume i was wondering how to get my classic scorpion outfit for the new mortal kombat game that just came out for the ps3 i have reserved the kollectors edition but i couldnt find the classic outfit noboby in the gamestop store that i have went to here in beverly mass never told me anything about that outfit and how to retrieve it. Is there anyway that i cand get my free outfit even though it has been 2 1/2 weeks if i could recieve that it would be much appreciated thank you

After visting one of your stores and PAYING FOR an Xbox 360 turn out they didn't have any...so I got some of my money back but the store without an XBOX...very very dissapointing btw the store is located in North fort myers florida next to wal-mart they have my info on file...thanks for nothing.

I just have to tell you that I was in the second hand business growing up. I learned one very valuable lesson that appaently you have not learned, if you want to stay in business you treat the customer with honesty and respect, neither of which your stores do. You sell your used games at rediculous prices and pay even more rediculous prices for them. You give the person selling you the game penuts then turn around and almost triple your money. In the locations here in concord where you have your stores I have seen many stores such as yours come and go, and they all have the same mentallity, rip the customer off both ways. You sell your used games for just a couple of dollars less than you can expect to pay at retail giants like wal-mart, and there you can get the games new. How you people sleep at night is beyond me, you are charlitains that only care about making as much money as you can and the customer be dammed, well that was also the mentality of home vision video and look at what happended to them. So in closing I say this too you, enjoy the money while you can because sooner or later the public will get tired of letting you rip them off and you will join all the other companies that practice the way you do, out of business and along the side of the road collecting dust.

WE were doing business at the gamestop at 6 corners. in chicago but the experience has been devasting .they refuse to accept a christmas retrn purchased new, the reciept says they can look up areciept in the computer within 30 days of purchase. NONE OF THE ABOVE STORE POLICY IS TRUSTWORTHY. this place is out to rip kids off!! we had to take store credit on a hundred dollar item !!!!!So much for christmas present rip off for a kid.Looks like the grinch lives in GAMESTOP !!!!!! WE WILL BE GOING TO PLAY AND TRADE ACROSS THE STREET FROM GAMESTOP BECAUSE THEY ARE HASSEL FREE!!!!!

I have a problem and can't find an e-mail address for customer service. On May 7, 2010 I made several purchases and when paying for them the associate at the Waynesboro, VA 22980 store asked if I wanted to purchase a plan that would allow me to get a monthly magazine and qualify for certain priviledges anytime I made other purchases. This purchase was for my grandson so I bought this plan for an extra amount of money. I think it was $10 or $20.00. However, my grandson has never been able to utilize these priviledges because they tell him his number doesn't exist. Was this a bogus scheme. I paid the money but can't get the service????
