I have a 2004 ford focus. Have had nothing but problems. A/C, steering wheel locks up, brake fluid leaking on in side floor, motor blew up at 56,00o miles. A lot has been covered under warranty and extended warranty. Now having problems again. Car has been in Ford shop 5 times since the end of March 2012, still has the same problem. Inside fuse box starts ticking, then the car acts like it is running out of gas. They keep replacing parts, some covered by warranty some that I am paying for, but car still doing same thing. I am so very disappointed in Ford. Really feel like I am being taken advantage of. Don't know what to do. Have been a loyal Ford customer since I was 16 and got my first car, sure am loosing faith in them.

Way to go ford! My husband and I bought a 2011 certified preowned taurus in Brooksville fl, from day one its been nothing but issues.. something that had such low milage on it and for as new as it was shouldnt be running like garbage! for the prices we ( ford customers) pay we should get a lot more for what we have. the cars are cheaply made and the customer service blows! needless to say i wont be buying a ford again or anything related to it.. id rather deal with chevy or dodge at least then id get my moneys worth! it amazes me how you people can take advantage of others with your defective products and then when its presented to you, your heads turn another way trying to avoid us. thanks for a crap car ford!! ill be sure to use it as a lawn ornament in the near future cuz thats about all its good for :)

I took my 2005 Explorer in for insepection, 4 wheel-alignment, and oil change to find out that it would not pass inspection because it needed a left upper ball joint & arm and a new power steering pump to the tune of about $800.00 worth of repairs. First of all the power steering pump is not part of the inspection, so they could have told me it was starting to leak. The left front ball joint is needed for inspection at the tune of $ 400.00 which I had already replaced the right upper at my husband's mechanic for only $128.00. I don't like being treated like I am stupid because I am a female. I have taken my Exploer to this dealership faithfully until now.They called and asked how my service was and my husband went off on them. They wanted us to come in and explain what needed to be done, but my husband had to work that day and we didn't go. I just had my husband's mechanic inspect the Exploer to the tune of $61.89. He is licensed and knows what he is doing because he is a Top Fuel Race Car Driver that have more striter rules to follow. Unfortunatley this will be the last time I take it to this dealership. I am be a women but I am not STUPID.

This Ford page is no different than the Dodge page, cheap foreign made cars(cheaper made dangerous cars and the prices keep going up!) There is nothing American about them. The reason Europe has small cars, is because they have small narrow roads. Dangerous to narrow the widith across of all cars and trucks(roll overs)! When are you going to start making American cars and trucks again? We have not had an American made cars and trucks in over 30 years!! Your grade is -0, not worth even one star! And I am female and I know about cars and trucks and ENGINES!

I went to a ford dealership in Charlotte NC Where my Mom and dad had purchased 3 ford cars from them and also gave a referal to my sister in law who also purchased there last may (2012 ford fiesta). I was very sceptical about buying a ford since I previously had a infinity G 20 which I had for 9 years and never had any issues with it (other than replacing some parts after it reached over 150,000). My dad talked me into buying a ford. I test drove a 2011 fusion sports edition which impressed me with the technology and overall comfort. They praised their SYNC technology. It's works ok most of the time. The stereo system is not as good as they claimed. But I can live with that. A couple of days ago I was driving the car about 40 miles per hour around 9pm. All of the sudden my front driver tire poped! Scared me to death. Once i was able to pull over and got out of the car I was stunned to see that there was no runner around my wheel at all! I took it to the dealership and explained my situation. The Service tech was so rude and and stated there was nothing ford can do since "he wasn't there and can't prove I didn't hit a nail". I then asked him about the recall that I have read about online. Which stated there have been tire blow outs. He went to check something in their system came back and said he did not have any incidence reported matching my number so it would not be under the warranty. However there is a warranty I could have gotten that would have covered it. News to me since i was not offered that and I did purchase all the warranties the sales man gave me the options to get. Finally he gave me a price to fix it. I asked about a loaner car he said I would have to get one through my insurance. No one trie to help me or offer any kind of support. Ieft there very angry and can tell you I am going to trade that car in ASAP and never buy a ford again. Any time I took my infinity in for any reason they always had a loaner ready and worked with me as much as they could. Oh and my sister inlaws brand new fiestas pain is chipping and she is having to hassel with them over that!

My 2005 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer has paint coming off of roof. Rust under primer. This is a factory defect. I want a paint job on my vehicle at your expense. I expect a call at 251-363-0431. I will go on facebook to my 1421 friends and voice my opinion of Ford products if I do not hear from you ASAP (Today). I will tell everyone i know what a sorry company you are if you do not fi this problem now. I am awaiting a call, do not delay. Ford dealer in peoria,Az, really sucks i took my 2004 mustang for a trade , so they said to wait til they value the car, 10 minutes later after running the mustang and looking at the interior etc. the managr came and said my trde in value was 600 dollars hahahahahahahha LOL!!! i started laughling so i literaly told them to fuck off .Ford of peoria in Arizona has a BAD reputation always trying to sell a different car than the one you want, they think people are stupid. well The only thing o HAve to Say dont Go BUY there.

My husband and I drove 2 hours to Crown Ford in Fayetteville NC for a 2012 Ford Focus. However, when we got there, they showed us another car, a Ford Focus, Manaul, Hatchback car. A car that we did not request for. The sales representative, Paul Bailey, showed us the car. However, We had a stock number and a picture of the ticket price that was given to us. Paul stated that the car was sold already and he had already sold 5 in two days. My husband asked him to show him the sales. He said okay, but never did. Find out the second lie was that they had the keys to the car, but did not know where the car was located at. The third lie, I assume, was that the car was involved in a car accident about 9 days before, which was indicated However, the sale representative on the phone, Sherell Hope, stated on Wednesday night, before closing that a ford focus was coming in, as we spoke, and she was going to run and get it off the truck. Personally, it was a bunch of lies. No one seemed to care and had any concern that we drove 2 hours. I guess, they thought that my husband and I fell off the turnip truck. NO, we did not. They were trying to do a bait and switch on us. We did not fall for their schemes. The problem, was that I had a true car value certificate and they wanted more money out of me. The MSRP was 18, 390 and the true car value was 15, 418, and Sherrell Hope indicated that I would be about to get 1, 325 off of that price, so the car would have been 14, 093. I think that they did not want to give me the car.

I have just been reading Dodges page(looks just like this one!) I was going to buy the Charger srt8(but they do not offer a manual trans, and no color Yellow), so I have been checking into the Boss Stang, Blaze Yellow, the 444 hp or the 550 hp. Your school bus yellow is light orange(color blind?)!!!!! And mucle cars should have factory roll cages. But what I have been reading on this page is the same as Dodge, but of cheap foreign crap! WE do not get a choice of colors like before and I am being told I cannot get Blaze Yellow!? We haven't had an American Made car in over 30 years, the name of company does not make it American. Besides 3 Ford pickups 1970's and my loved 1971 Ford Tornio Cobra, big block 351 Cleveland(500 hp, 13 to 1 compression, Hurst 4 speed , dual Holly, full bench seat, yellow w/ flat black hood w/locks, etc.) now this was an American Built car and no country on this earth has ever matched our engines. And what is in the cars now is not an American engines, and all cars,trucks, are coffins on four wheels(the Chevy Vega, Ford Pinto were tanks compared to what is being made now!) I am a female who has driven just about all the big block American engines(1974 and back) 426 Dodge Hemi, etc. and the small blocks, I own a 1974 Plymouth Sebring w/a slant 6 , all orginal and no problems(and I do all my own work on it)!!!! And it is safe, it has real steel bumpers hooked to the frame, and a real metal body, that I can walk all over and not put a dent in it, and the slant 6 has more compression than the new cars and will haul ass! You are putting death traps on the road and electronics can fail in traffi which can mean wrecks! Auto Trans sucks gas, power windows, seats suck gas and is a great strain on the engine and takes away from the HP! You don't need airbags and seat belts-one or the other. Go back to making full size cars (American made 100%)with real guage metal and remove the electronics!! China has control of bothh ends of the Panama Canal, all they have to do to desroy us, is stop all parts, etc., from being brought in to U.S.! The first auto company that builds 100%, including all parts and a choice of colors in the U.S. will be the only auto company(Americans will buy 100% U.S. Made!) And heavier guage metal on bodies(no more plastic, etc.)

How is you can build a ford focus that gets 80 mpg for Other Country,s and not offer it in the U.S.A. Where it is so badly needed. Shame on you for calling yourself an American auto maker.

Your help is greatly appreciated, I own a 2006 ford F250 6.0 powerstroke supercrew FX4 with approximately 67,000 miles on it. I brought it in for repairs cause of an oil leak and hard to start. After looking at it they said turbo was reason for oil leak and some other reason was why it was hard to start. $4000.00 dollars later on way home from leaving ford dealer ship after just beening repaired something happens, truck starts running bad. I turned around and brought it straight back, they said injector went out, another 600.00 and still haven't gotten it back yet still more problems, they are now stating maybe main wiring harness is bad another 1200.00, but not sure. My opinion something got mess up while they where proforming repairs and want to blame it on something else, but naturally I can't prove it. One thing I would like to know is your warrenty stinks you state 5 years or 100,000 miles but it should be 100,000 miles only. The way I work, I hardly put any miles on it. This truck should be good for 100,000 miles easily regardless of years. I don't think I should alone be forking out all this money simple cause of years. Me and my family, along with my dad and his family, have always owned ford vehicles, nothing but, and now after this we may all start to change our mines about ford. Have never had a complaint about anything like this before and would surely not want to leave the ford family because of it but I can't continue to pay all this money into a vehicle that only has 67,000 miles on it and ford doesn't even want to help me or back their product for god sakes. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me with this matter or give this letter to someone who can. In 2005 I purchased a brand new Escape from the Hackenbsack, NJ Ford Dealer. Had 10 miles on the od reading. Imagine my surprise when I just traded it in and the dealer did a car fax report, only to find out while the dealer had it they were involved in an accident. Never advised me of the fact and who would think when buying a new car to get this type of report. This was not my first Ford purchase but was my last!

please review the problem I am having with my 2011 Fusion Sport and noxious odor that the dealer "Cunningham Ford" in parksville is attempting to solve with your engineering staff. The dealer is doing as well as can be expected given that your engineers are advising each step and instructing each attempt to rectify the problem. It has been three weeks and we had to cancel a vacation as the car was stripped and not available. Arlington Heights Ford, Arlington Heights, Il.(we live 50 miles away) just outright lied to us and pulled a bait and switch today. We were interested in a Grey 2013 Mustang Convertible that was listed at their dealership. After speaking to Pam in sales yesterday, 5-1-2012 we were sent the pictures on the exact car we were interested in and were VERY SPECIFIC that that was the specific and only car we were interested in to purchase snce we were looking for the color they had in stock. We were sent pictures per email and said we would be in today to test drive that specific car. We were bringing or 2006 Mustang Convertible and 2009 Pontiac G8 in for trade-in if we decided to purchase the car today. Today we received 3 phone calls and voicemails to see if we were coming in to see the car and said we were on our way. We we told to see the "VIP" who called us also just as we were on our way. Once we got there we were told that car has been sold for days already and would we be interested in a red one instead ???????? WHAT NERVEto treat potential customers in that manner !!!!! I guess they will do anything to get you into their dealership. We just walked away and said you just lost a sale to a customer with 2 excellent cars to trade in. Where are their Ford Morals...........Well.....we would never recommend them since they were not forthright and very shifty in the mindset which makes the whole dealership appear unreliable and then what happens if you do buy a car from them. We have plenty of local Ford Dealers but this dealership kept reeling us in to come to theirs and drive way out of our area for no reason at all. IF THE CAR WAS SOLD......We should have been told when we contacted them on 4-30. Why make us do the run around just to try and reel us in for 2 full days when they say the car had been sold days ago and just waiting to be picked up. We will stay and look at our local Ford dealerships and never recommend them to anybody and will give more bad reviews on other sites. We are very disatissified with their idea of customer service.

I must say 3times is a charm.after bringing My 2008 escape a third time it seems that they got it right.I had a trannie. Leak and it's not leaking. So I would like thank best ford for getting it right.

Stay away from ford - Nothing but problems - Buyer Beware. Warranties are useless, if you want it fixed then you have to pay for it. I truly hope that those in corporate are reading these posts, but somehow I doubt it. They are too busy laughing all the way to the Bank.

Ford, Stand behind your vehicles....Restore your name in the society. If there are problems with your vehicles fix them if they can't be fixed replace the vehicles...Live you to the standard of the FOUNDER.....HENRY FORD, man with morals and vaules....So I give "Henry Ford" the best rating....
