My husband and I bought a 2013 Ford Taurus at Bethlehem Ford in Bethlehem, Pa. The transmission went on my 2013 already!!! The owner has not been helpful at all!! It seems like he sold the car know he could careless. I have a loaner car that bearly runs and acts like it is going to stall. I am making payments on a car I can't even drive!!! How fair is that!! I am not asking for anything that is not owed to me!! I bought a new car and I want a new car!! I don't think that is to much to ask for. I already contacted the Attorney Generals office and filed a complain. This breaks the lemon law. It has been in the shop twice now for the same thing. Has anyone else had problems?? Any advise would be appreciated!!

I have being buying Ford trucks for years and cars for a very long , long ,long time. And over the years the quality control has being downsizeing at a very fast pace. Im a 67yrs old total and permanent 100 per cent sevice-connected and medically retiree with the U.S. Army and the Department of veterans Affairs . was born and raised in san antonio , Texas and my fathers before me also were raised here and bought fords all of there lives until their last days on this earth. But I have never seen this kind of comments of dignity. People that have bought trucks and cars in good faith. People that are bieng mislead at the first arriaval to see A FORD, Im sorry that this people are having this kind of kind of problems . A Soldier of Concern for the people of this great nation the United States of America.

I brought my 2003 Explorer to the Dealership for a diagnosis of a loud noise coming from the front of the Explorer, it sounded like a plane taking off. I have been going to this Ford Dealership since I purchased the Explorer for routine services and major issues with the Explorer. But this time their Diagnosis was rear wheel bearings and struts, this was done by the "Computer". I decided to get a second and third opinion from a non Ford Dealership due to the sound getting louder and both well known companies, stated it was the Front end differential that had burned up and damaged all the gears. The Explorer runs great now. I will no longer give Ford my business for repairs or to purchase a new vehicle in the future. My family could have been seriously hurt if the front wheels locked up.

Let's hope the new guy for advertising for the Lincoln brand will bring new life to a dying line of cars. It is just crazy to put so much in an enter level luxury car, the MKZ. The MKS needed to be upgraded and I belive for 2013 this has been accomplished, but the car is like a stallion in the back of the barn. We have owned 37 Lincoln and Mercury cars and with the exit of the Mercury there isn't much left. Driving over 8 thousand miles a month from Michigan to Springfield, MA down the east coast to Washington,DC 3 times a month you don't see the Lincoln brand. I took a client to a Lincoln dealer in New Jersey where there wasn't a MKS on the sales floor! The client told me I was stupid to push a car that the dealer didn't feel was worth having in his showroom. I am outraged at the XTS commericals and want to see Lincoln bring some real power ads to market. I live in a car and know the lows and highs of Lincolns. The brand deserves much better than what Lincoln is giving. If you want some ideas just contact me! I have no complaint about service but I sure get tired of beign asked "who makes that car, yes, I have been asked more than once about the brand of automobile, come on you can do better and you owe it to loyal Lincoln customers like ME!

Dealing with Ford has been the worse experience that I have ever had when dealing with a car, and a new car at that. It started off with the purchase of the 2013 Escape. After the re-call, it was not fixed properly, thus I just wanted to get out of the lease. I ended up giving that one back, taking a big loss, and transitioning into a 2012 Explorer. The Explorer was fine until I sent it off with Ford to get my sunroof installed. It was more hell from there, and I can't tell you or stress to you enough not to deal with Ford. This has been the biggest headache of my life, and I can say that if we all have these issues, why not do a class action lawsuit? We have more than enough angry customers.

Too bad I can't give Ford a ZERO. They deserve no stars. I have a2006 Explorer, nothing but trouble. I will never buy a Fird again, it's so bad no one even wants to trade the car. Now the car has transmission problems, radiator issues and engine issues. The car gave me no warning. I serviced my car only at Ford. I serviced it when as recommend . I'm disappointed to know that Ford will not recall this lemon.

My complaint is with the dealership, Stivers Ford in Waukee (DSM) IA. I purchased a new Ford Focus in 08, love the car. I sent numerous people to this dealership, which over 6 of them purchased new Focus's. Then last year my mom, who lives in another state, needed new transportation. Naturally I had her come her, then purchase a new Focus. The same with my father in law. They made a great big deal on how they appreciated the referals, then stated how I would be receiving this finders fee from them. Nothing happened. I had to replace the tire on my car, took it. To them. Corp. Ford sent out a servey asking just how great of a job they are doing, in the space were ypu can make your comments, I explained this. Two weeks later, I get a phone call from a MR Christopher Willis, FMC Customer relationship Center after I had received a call from the GM at Stivers explaining how they were sorry and he was going to make this right, I guess this letter telling me how Ford recognizes that they need to meet the needs of the public is making it right. The prick didn't even sign it!

So this is what happened ford called me 9 days later saying I can't get approved for my loan I need a co-signer after they said we can get you 2.99% no matter what we can do it. They saw my credit score and what I owed cause the pulled my credit.... But here is the thing I knew I could afford it else I wouldnt have singed for the car. So I brought in my grandma to co-sign having no problem.... Here is where it ended up being bad service... The papers signed said 19000 roughly but with tax title licenses it came out to 20000 roughly. The new paper they wanted me to sign was saying 21300 roughly. So they wanted more for the car. So with the first price for 19000 that they would not budge on my mom asked them to meet her half way and a request and said to give me a little more on my trade in. What they didn't know was she was going to help me by writing a check for 2000 so my payments were a little better. They now have a preowned car. I went do a different dealership  And my payment with my new car is 15 less than the focus which is not much more than what I was going to pay.  I just was so mad with ford with the way I was treated I didn't want to deal with them anymore and walked away...... They also was worried about losing a little money well they lost more because it's now a pre owned vehicle :)

I give ford zero stars. My 2010 ford fusion I have had a year and one month has had a faulty lug nut and stud problem where they keep breaking off the wheel. I'm scared to even drive this car I had the lugs break eight times on me. All I ask ford is to put me in a car that I feel safe putting my family in.

WE BOUGHT A 2012 FORD HATCHBACK ....TEST DROVE THE CAR AND LOVED IT...WENT AND SIGNED PAPERS .....TOOK IT HOME TO WASH IT ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS DAMAGED ON THE DOOR HANDLE,CHIP IN PAINT AND CLEARCOAT,SCRAPES ON THE TRUNK ALSO...THEY SAID THEYD HAVE THEIR PROFESSIONAL FIX IT TO OUR SATIFACTON...HE DID THE BEST HE COULD...WHICH WASNT UPTO OUR LIKING FOR A BRAND NEW CAR....THEN THEY SAID THEYD WET SAND IT...A BRAND NEW CAR RIGHT....NOT....NO FORD REP. LOOKED AT IT OR ANYTHING....ASKED TO GET ANOTHER CAR IN PLACE OF THAT ONE....WE WERE TOLD WE DONT DO THAT....WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMER SATIFACTION....DONT THEY HAVE A BUYBACK POLICY IF CUSTOMER IS NOT HAPPY...OUR EXPERIENCE WAS WITH TIMBROOK FORD IN KEYSER WEST VIRGINIA AND THEN TREATED LIKE WE WERENT A CUSTOMER AFTER PURCHASING A 20,OOO DOLLAR VEHICLE........SO NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.....ALL WE WANTED WAS A CAR OF EQUAL VALUE TO THIS ONE IS THAT TO MUCH TO ASK??????????????????????

wow...I came across this website while I was searching for Ford Corp. office contact info for my brother. I am not really surprised at how many dissatisfied Ford customers there are on here, as I have been duped by them before and vow to never again buy another Ford. I tried to persuade my brother to not buy a Ford, but he really wanted a mustang. He is regretting not listening to me now! He bought it around June 15, 2012 and it's been back to Ford's repair shop 4 times since buying it for transmission issues. He is getting locked out of gears while driving! It's a death trap! Ford may not give a crap about my brother, but my family does and if anything happens to him as a result of their crappy craftsmanship and refusal to give him a new transmission you better I will sue the pants off of Ford. I scoured the internet and found at least 50 posts from people who have transmission issues with their Ford Mustangs! The ones with Chinese transmissions!!! I wondered how Ford was able to make a come back without bailout money after the economy tanked. It's now obvious....they are now building a lot of their transmissions in China! Since they don't have the expense of hiring American workers to build cars, they were able to stay in business, and produce crap cars! Gone are the days of satisfied Ford owners! It obviously doesn't matter to them that they have satisfied customers and repeat business because of customer satisfaction. They are just out to screw the next customer and get what they can from them...not repeat business.

I have baught every single car at murphyford and i have loved my cars and so has my whole familey. I am really upset at the fact that my mecury mountaneer was having an issue with the motor the timing chain and missed the recall by one year and i am not sure how that works but my vehicle was not running for the longest time and still hasn't becuase it is a pricey situation. I wanted to trade in as is but they wouldn't let me. I was very upset and just lost all faith in my ford cars now and really just am upset please understand i really am just besides myself

I got a Ford mustang capitailford in Rockymount Nc not had fit for 30 days the super charger is not right its keeping a lot noise like its about to come apart they told me that the supercharger that's on there the company that makes that one is no longer in service was told by Serb mannger that they can put a differnt kind but will cost me $7000 or more we like the carbut not paying. $7000 to have fix we going to ask for I $ back bec we shoulden have to pay to have fix that's not good its a 2007 mustang. Will never buy another Ford!!! They dont back up there product! Had a 2008 Ford Focus that is 4 years old and had 62,000 miles on it. Transmission totally went out on it (oh its an automatic also) and they would not help one red cent on the cost of replacement. 2,000 miles over 60,000!!! Totally never buy another Ford!!! they only last 4 years before you go broke fixing them.

I have a 2008 Ford Expedition which I noticed had bubbles on the tailgate and hood. I brouight it to my dealers attention over two years ago and have been ignored for the past two years. I finally raised some hell with the dealership who told me to get an estimate for the repairs. I did so and now they are telling me that of the $1845.55 in repairs they would pay $925.00. Would you offer to pay if you thought you were not at fault? Of course they are. Many people have complained and nothing has really happened until you file a lawsuit against them. Does anyone know who the resident agent is for Ford Motor Company? I can't wait to sue them or I may just contact NBC, ABC or CBS and see who wants to talk about this. I am sure many new car buyers who are looking to buy would like to know how Ford handles their customers. Nobody in there right mind should ever buy a vehicle from Ford. Buy foreign, at least they will talk to you when you have a problem.

This is a continue from my first complaint. I need a car to drive. Joe Wilson sold me a lemon car. He knew something was wrong with the Transmission before I purchased the car. Just give me my money back or another car to drive. It has been 5 days without a car. You took my 7,200.00 with no problem, so give me what I want. If you guys don't give me what I want you will hear from my lawyer and I will SUE your company. I was so in love with my new Jeep. I can't beleive this is really happen to me. I am making car payments with no Jeep. People need to know how bad your business is. give me a car to drive I am handicapp.
