I was tagged with a photo of shoes from some lady trying to sell them from my account. I'm not sure but i think this means i was phished. I went into my setting and tried to delete her and accidentally disabled the cookies setting. apparently you need the cookies setting on because now i cant get into my account at all, neither can my wife or our son. i went to facebooks help center (what a joke this is). there is no option for what i need to be helped with, if u call them its a run around. these guys are making billions off of us loyal users and cant spend a little money to open up an actual call center to help their people. they would get so much more recognition if they would just help us out instead of giving us headaches...i play mafia wars on a daily basis and i know i can open up a new account but then i lose everything i did for that game. it may seem crazy to some of you, but those who know how long it takes to gain levels in that game understand what I'm talking about. about 90% of the friends i have are all mafia wars players and i don't want to start over. if anyone can tell me how to turn the cookies back on it would be greatly appreciated and how to do it when u cant sign in.......lol. very frustrated right now, someone needs to start a petition!!!

Can you tell me how to get someone off of facebook that has passed away? My cousin passed away in July and his girlfriend is using his facebook and his mother who has his death certificates wants to take his facebook off.

Why does facebook allow such foul language be posted on page? Don't you know that there are young eyes that see this? Something needs to be done about it!!!!!

Where to start! My son's account was phished. We notified Facebook several times. He changed his password 8 times, still no resolution. Facebook wrote back saying change your upload e-mail link. When he tried to do that, he got an error message that the system was busy and to try another day. Still, the problem persists. Multiple posts on his wall every day with junk links. Corporate office of Facebook is useless, just recordings. Absolutely no concept of customer service.

I tried to access my Facebook account from another computer. It asked me to verify my account by sending me a text message with a security code, which I never received. I hit the Resend Code button a few times, and still NOTHING!! When I returned home and logged onto my computer, I got the same thing with the security code. I get a page that tells me that there has been suspicious activity and someone has attempted to access my account from another computer. I go through the steps and I still cannot receive a security to verify my account. I tried changing my password, and still end up in the same loope telling me to enter a code that I never receive through text on my cell phone, (there is no email option with this code to verify your account either). I have been on my computer for 3 hours and I can not find a solution for this anywhere!! There is NO SUPPORT for Facebook users, no phone number, just a confusing help page with NO solution to my problem. I have not been able to get into my account for 4 days! I can't even disable my account! This is pretty scary! This is really BAD!!! Something has got to be done about this issue and numerous other issues that people are having with Facebook. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me verify my account so I can get back into it and I don't want to be taken around in a big circle! My email address is nincal45@yahoo.com. I don't understand what is going on with my account. I've been a regular member of Facebook for over a year and spend a few hours a day on the site. Today I try to log in and I get this message telling my account has been suspended for suspicious activity. WHAT????? Now I cant get back on. I would be happy to create a new account but I have log running games I play and I'm not willing to start them all over. What do I need to do to fix this? It tells me to verify friends pictures. half of them I cant even make out and the other half of friends of friends of friends. People who play the games and need neighbors. Can't I just rest my password?

First, this is not a Face Book Corporate Headquarters site. You should all start writing to numerous news organizations stating the problems you're experiencing with Face Book. I'd bet that if ABC, CBS, NBC, etc. knew about these problems they'd love to do a story on these young punks running Face Book who are making a gagillion dollars in profits and can't provide a support staff to address their users problems. The news media would find these pathetic Face Book executives.

FB emailed that I'd been hacked, with fairly directions of how to correct the prob. THOUGHT I'd figured it out finally on my own - nope. Someone is still accessing my acct. and unlike every online business, FB has no telephone support system, leaving me accessed (to who KNOWS who, way too vulnerable and SEVERELY PEEVED.

I was told my account was compromised and have gotton nowhere with the facebook help center to try and resolve it. This is a joke they say they are sending a password code ....but no code...just an enless loop of "your account has been suspended" i cannot even make a new account because tehy say my e-mail is already in use. this is a joke.... i just reconnected with friend....now i cannot even communicate with them anymore......facebook is the one that allows hackers througha poor security plan.

Hi facebook corporate headquarters...am very upset that my facebook account was disabled for the past four months..i felt really bad..i missed my contact,relatives and my friends a lot:( i was waiting for a months that i will be able to use my account,but my account was still disabled..please i neeed my account back and i need my relationship back...i hope that surely facebook team will help to use my account..because facebook is a wonderful social network and its a heartbeat for us..i love facebook a lot and i will keep loving facebook with love - Teenu Arul

I recently had my account disabled oh about 2 weeks ago with NO Warning just taken away from me. I have know idea & I really don't see why it has to take so to reactivate an account. The fact of the matter is that Facebook doesn't care whatsoever! If they do not get my account up and running account I will find some other place to play games and to talk to my family & friends. Facebook was fun while it lasted but they closed my account with no warning and has not only peed me off in the process but alot of my family and friends.

No way of contacting facebook reps.what a joke for a site even if they give my account back not sure if I would go there much anyway. I will just have my family & friends met me over on another site.

We the people need to start investigating & researching the following individuals who are responsible for there not being any real Face Book representatives to assist people experiencing problems and not being able to find any resolutions to their problems. First, my heart goes out to Dana Kelly. So very sorry for your loss and to be compounded by this so called system has to be more than unbearable. My prayers go out to you. This is my last resort -I have been on this computer all day trying to get back to my personal info. Forgot my password...followed directions...never received email to reset .. did this maybe 10x .... following next phase .... putting in name and email ... informs me incorrect name .. incorrect email .... what am I supposed to do ... no live person to connect with ... I have been on FB for a few years. My name/email has not changed. Frustration doesn't even cover it. I have grandkids photos being sent, a disabled son out of state .... is there any help out there or will all my photos and messages be lost forever???? I am not impressed with your help page as there is no way to get answers to questions. The automatic anwsering is usless if it cannot address your specific question. I got phished and can not get into my facebook acct. I am using my wife's fb acct. to get on to fb. I can get into my acct via other people's picture of me, I click on it and get in most of the way until I try and send messages out, it goes out on my wife's acct. There should be an easier way to eliminate such frustration. You should have contact with your fb accts. Someday I may get this resolved??

I don't have a rating yet. My wife passed away 3 weeks ago and I want to remove her account and picture from Facebook. There is no way to contact anyone "behind the screen" to get this done. URGENT!!! I do not patronize your site because I am not fond of the internet nor computers. I am very concerned for the welfare of our children. Will you please consider generating an email of concern for those who currently patronize your site (and for prospective customers)? Cyber bullying is killing our children. Those who subscribe to your site should be reminded that cyber bullying is a crime. Future customers should sign a waiver agreeing not to bully while communicating, chatting, and/or conversing while on Facebook. I know Facebook to be a reputable source of communication; be the first to take a stand for our children. Children bullies grow-up to be adult bullies.
