I used my facebook account last ight and everything was fine. I woke up this morning and my account had been disabled because I supposedly have a fake name. What the hell? Now all my food in cafe world is spoiling and I cannot contact anyone. You need to reinstate my account now!

I love facebook and have used it to find and stay in contact with long lost friends and family. The probem I have is that someone is treatening physical harm to my son on their facebook account. How do I get them stopped. People like that should not be allowed on facebook. There are many other people on facebook witht he same problem and I really do not know who to contact or what to do. I have made a police report detailing the threat. Surely, you do not allow people to make threats on facebook. This si a serious problem. you have diabled my account because you say my name is not real. I would like to now why i have had this account for over just about years. if my name is not real the who in the hell am i? last time i looked at my marrage liecenc before my husband died on april 29th 2010 my name has never changed. if it did you or some hacker changed it. i am not pleased with your stuff. i am very pissed.

I HATE YOU FACEBOOK. you disable people's accounts because you think their names aren't real, and yet you let people with names that are very obviously fake continue to be on there, AND PREDATORS TOO. you people suck, you are sick people, you delete innocent people and let sexual predators prey on people. my name may be scandinavian but i assure you it is a real name. i will be calling headquarters, I AM PISSED

I am 75 years old, and have enjoyed facebook as a link to our grandchildren. What the hell did you disable all of us older people? I plan to report this to FCC as I called some guy on the phone and wanted $110.00 to get in to my computer. Are you kidding me? Could'nt understand what he was saying. This is on its way to FCC. Now tell me how I can delete this whole mess in my computer, and I do will not give you guys a penney.

I too, was able to get on to Facebook last night. Today, no such luck. Account disabled. What's going on?? To have people submit their photo ID or government id via the internet is NOT my idea of a safe way to prove who we are. Facebook, I guess you have FAILED yet again to protect your customers account(s) and now I have a hacker who has assumed my e-mail and Facebook account ! I want my old account back and this "Indonesian hacker"...assuming he hasn't substituted some other poor customer's I.D. and profile info. into my original account...and you must know how easy it is to change the security questions as well...that is what he did ,too! You must know a history of my use and that I would not change my passward and security questions...since it has been very safe up til November 7th,2010. Facebook needs to correct this and make things right ! I would appreciate a quick response to this dilema and would really like to be able to get a "real live person" to talk to...since I have no way of retrieving my e-mails ! Facebook, I expect this corporate office to make some changes now!. My account has been suspended for possible phishing and I'm not able to access it. A security code has not been sent to me and the "help" questions are of no help. You customer care number is automated abd refers you to the help questions. My bank has notified me that there was an attempt to access my information. What are you all up to. Tomorrowm I am turing this mess over for legal assistance.

I have recently started fetting unwanted contacts from people asking to be friends on facebook that say "hello :)" attached is photo of half naked girls. can facebook management stop these scammers. they really are costing my business time, and money. although I am flattered someone would send me a photo of themselves, I am not that naive to think they are genuine. if someone could fix this problem, that would be good, or facebook will have to get the chop. kevin mclean CEO nq survey supplies P:+61749573393

I give Facebook 5 starts because it has been a place where I have been able to connect back with very old friends and even family members who I had forgotten. I have met a lot of wonderful new friends and the games I can play on Facebook are excellent. Good job Facebook. However there has been one bad side, someone got all of my contacts information and began to send crazy emails and notes to them. However, everyone is fine and it is another year with Facebook. lol

there are people sending out invitations to join them on face book and attach nude photos . Unsuspecting opening of the email put a bad virus on the computer. This is a dangerous practice and needs policing.

i am unable to access home & profiles pages. nor can i get to the help section for further instructions. unfortunately facebook does not have technical support available. i was left with no choice but to call the coporate office and was unsuccessful in reaching a human voice , but i did leave a message. i really enjoy facebook and it is my communication with family who are far away..FACEBOOK HOPE YOU READ YOUR REVIEWS. thank you, g.hathaway

My account was closed for no reason. I tried everything they suggested, but was told that "their decision was final." I had spent a lot of money on upgrading my Farmville, Cafe World and Zoo World. Closing my account is depriving me of my property. If I can't get my account back, I want my money back! How much money do you suppose Facebook makes by setting up these games and then seizing the assets? Maybe we should start a class action suit to get our money back?

First of all, this is NOT a Face Book Corporate Headquarters site. Secondly, all Face Book user's experiencing problems with the lack of customer support, other people acessing your FB account, other people accessing your associated email addresses, et., etc., etc., should all write to numerous news organizations stating the problems you're experiencing with Face Book and the fact that there is no Face Book staff to address your problems. I'd bet that if ABC, CBS, NBC, etc. knew about all these problems they'd love to do a story on these young punks running Face Book who are making a gagillion dollars in profits and can't provide a support staff to address their users problems. The news media would find these pathetic Face Book executives.

In the past week, ads have started popping up all over my home and profile pages. These are unwanted ads and this was not occuring prior to this past week. NOW, friends of mine on Facebook have started receiving e-mails allegedly from me, but I have not sent those e-mails. This would indicate that someone has gotten into my account. FACEBOOK - you have recently had yet another breech of security affecting we facebook users. You need to clean up your mess once and for all. While this is a great place to keep in contact with so many people, you are jeopardizing all of us when you do not do your part.

I had fb on my blackberry now I have HTC evo how can I now access my fb I forgot password I reset password by. I reset password but was set to old email address. I have another Facebook however I can access that fb but not my main fb what do I do? I use my page to encourage the hurting and hopeless. I need help!

I too, have had my e-mail and Facebook page hacked. I have e-mailed NUMEROUS requests for the hackers to be closed out - and my possession of the page renewed. Not one reply back - and when I did find the corporate phone number - there is absolutely no possible way to get a human on the phone. The customer service - and fraud control with Facebook is ridiculously bad, and should be considered an embarrassment to anyone on their staff who is in Customer Service over there.
