hi im greatly upset as my facebook account has bn disabled and ive sent 2 emails verifying my email address and asking for it to go on and why i wrote what i did on my page but still know reply, ive a terminally ill son in hospital and cant contact family and friends about who he's doing. i like how my account gets disabled as i had to tell people on my page that what lies that were getting spread round facebook wasnt true and i stated the girls names too as i got enough stress on my plate with out these 2 people making my life worse and the girls who wrote on facebook about me were the 1s that reported my message because they hated i was saying my part of this story(the truth) im a nice person who would never say a bad thing about a person but i got enough stress and had to write wat i wrote as people could end up getting hurt with there lie and if u took time to look at there page and there prive messages (some may be deleted) you'll see why i had to write what i wrote on my page the trouble the 2 girls i wrote on my page has become so bad that i may need to contact police as there making my life hell as if i dont have enough on my plate. i would like to get my page back open and swear i will never right any thing like that again but i need my facebook page as my son aint got a long life and is going through hell in hospital and my friend and family would love to know how hes getting on my email address is lovemylifetobits@live.co.uk pls reply as its so urgent x

sure sound like everyone is having same problem that i am having facebook does not get back to you when you have a problem i was told that i might have an intruder so for me to log back on i had to put in my birthdate. it did not accept my date. i have been trying for 4 days and many of hours to get back on e-mails ect.. so what do you have to do.. anyone have an answer maybe some one should start an business to fix facebooks problems. would be a good money maker or some person start a new social network that acually works and has customer service right on hand live to help. facebook please get somthing done to help your devoted customers.. you would look alot better as a business. this things gonna crash soon if you don't

My husband and I have been harassed for weeks by several people on facebook. We can not find ANYONE to contact to resolve the issue. I found an old e-mail address to report abuse to facebook but it doesn't exist anymore. Instead it redirects me to their help forum that I have searched through for days. My husband attempted calling facebook headquarters today but got nothing but recordings and push this button, push that button. Even cops have to leave a message and it says it can be 2-4 business days before your call is returned. This is crap, if you have a large website you need to have clear-cut areas to e-mail them and report harassment. Not just a button you click and nothing will be done about it. Kind of reminds us of when myspace went down the toilet; they got rid of all ways to contact them.

I received a message from Face Book yesterday stating that I have been sending harassing messages to other users. This message is extremely disturbing in addition to being completely untrue and unfounded. There has never been any type of threatening, harassing or abusive messages sent from my Face Book page. My Face Book page has never used obscene language, unlike that used in the vast majority of other posts on Face Book. I would like Face Book to please provide additional information describing the alleged "harassing" messages, the date and time of the alleged behavior, identify the persons who were sent the allegedly "harassing" messages and the identify of the person(s) making the false report. This situation is further disturbing since Face Book does not provide any means to respond to unfounded accusations; clearly there are situations where the reporting of alleged harassment has been in error, however, Face Book provides no means to correct the error or even question the problem. I expect this situation to be corrected immediately since, without question, the comments made by Face Book are highly defamatory and injurious to my reputation.

I have followed all face book protocol. i was blocked for two day and worst of all pending contacts I knew deleted. This wasted hour of my time now lost ( time is money). I have a business and and a advertising company, worst off is no live support person to talk or to with face book. How can any company operate like this and expect people to spend money know if there are issue and disputed there is zero assistance.

My page was shut off as well and Facebook demands a "mobile phone number" to send a verification message. Some of us don't use mobile phones and email is also capable of verifying an identity. I use my legal birth name on my page and the email address it is registered to is also mt name... I have been patient and waited for an email reply and nothing happens. I'll know where my info came from if it shows up in another place other than where I put it... I have noticed an increase of unsolicited mail, email and phone solicitations since joining Facebook... My page does not allow everyone access to my information either!

Facebook needs to remove NAMBLA. pages now. Our children are in danger every minute it is up.

Getting harder and harder to get onto Facebook. Got booted today and could not get back onto Facebook. Finally in fustration I looked up the number for corporate office to get a message telling me to send a message over the Facebook connection at the bottom of the page. WOULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW WHEN YOU CAN'T GET ON. I have enjoyed my time on Facebook but this is getting more and more frequent. Ready to quit between this, the glitches you never seem to be able to quite get rid of and the bullies on the game. Unfortunatly by being so cheap you are going to ruin a good thing.

HELP NEEDED SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE I can't get back on facebook..been trying for hrs..tried to call the office with all BS on the message. When I tried last..something wanted to install a program on my computer. I have a new computer..Don't need anything new from facebook. I don't think facebook trys to install new programs anyways. So what can I do..get pissed off. I have a beautiful cause for children in the world. ( Stop all children from going into foster care. Let them live with grandparents.) I have been using Facebook for a while now.... several years at least... last night I was logged in and sending messages back and forth to one of my family members... at one point after about an hour of sending messages, I went to send my next reply and suddenly a message came up telling me I had to login before I could send the message (I was already logged in and could still see the message page)... but I did the login proceedure again anyway and then a message came up telling me I had to enter a Mobile phone number... and that after I enter the mobile phone number, a confirmation would be texted to me and I could log in from then on.... the problem is... I have NO MOBILE PHONE... so I don't have anywhere to have text sent to me and why is this suddenly going on with my account. I don't have this problem with other accounts that I have... only my main account that I communicate to my family with... and now I am completely shut off from my family!!! I can not access my facebook without a mobile phone number. I do not have a mobile phone. The knowledge base does not address this problem. I need to notify my brothers friends as to when and where is memorial service is to be held. I nned acces to my facebook page in a hurry.. Why won't it allow in into facebook

Sept.19,2010 Hi, My name is Pamela Eyler I received a phone call last night from facebook acussing me of trying to contact someone on facebook. It was my grandson, yes I saw his picture on facebook but I did not try and contact him. Number 1 you have to ask them to be your friend before you can contact them and I did no such thing just found his picture. If he wants to contact me thats fine but I don't wish to contact him I have not heard from him or seen him in four years, and it hurts like hell because I LOVE HIM VERY MUCH!!!!!! But his Mother is a habitual lier and a fruit loop. I will not stand to be accused of something that I did not do. hi, My name is Princesse MNM. 3 days ago my account was disabled, after numerous tentatives of logging in with the right password. Afterwards I saw a message from 1 of your administrator I believe informing me that my account was disabled, because I used a fake name, which I never change my name and I used proudly the name my parents gave me. I am sure it may have been a mistake, but I think a way you could improve is that as soon as the person identify him/herself as the owner you guys should reply within a reasonable amount of time. It's been 3 days and still have not gotten any emails from you guys. I thank you for fixing this issue and allow me to joyfully use my facebook account again. Thank you. I am very sick everytime I am on facebook they keep asking me for password 2-3 times when I am already logged on...very annoying!

I have been unable to access my Facebook account and have struggled to get help/assistance from Facebook. They don't read the "Help" submissions sent in, don't read the email "Help" submissions sent in, have no phone # to call for help - which could EASILY and quickly have resolved my problem. Just got another email from <info+xf0svs@support.facebook.com> and once again, appears that they haven't read my message regarding my problem. Horrible Help screens, forms that we are supposed to fill and submit to Help Center don't exist. Guess they have the right idea - no way to get help so you don't get any. Saved money on customer service.

I submitted a Facebook ad for my small business, noting a total ad budget of $50. I wanted to run a one day ad to see the level of responses on Facebook. Instead, Facebook started billing me $50 a day!!!!for the ad and also automatically increased my ad budget to $250 from $50. Their ad practices are so deceptive, I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. Watch out for these crooks!!!
