Your site is great for networking and meeting up with old friends and family members. But besides that, it is a great place for con artists to suck unsuspecting victims in there. When we find a page or group that is committing fraud, all we can do is hit your "report" button and then NOTHING happens! You have a major con artist on your site by the name of JoJo Marengo and his so-called World Art Foundation (WAF) who has been conning hundreds and hundreds of artists all over the world for months and months now using Facebook as well as his own website. I know this because he tried sucking me into his fraud in July. I have now been hearing from artist after artist who sent him artwork for his so-called "World Art Expo-Santa Fe 2010" which was a fake. It never took place. The artists sent him "entry fees" and then sent him their artwork for this "show". Now, all the ones I've been hearing from are STILL being conned. Many of them were talked into sending him even MORE money for the "crating and shipping" to get their unsold artwork back! So far, NO ONE has ever received their artwork back. Many of us have reported all his WAF Facebook pages, yet there they still are, continuing to suck desperate artists in! PLEASE! Just Google this clown's name yourself and you will see...he's been in trouble for YEARS for conning people! He started off with writers and advertisers with his phony "Umbrella Publishing" company and now he's moved on to artists from all over the globe. On his website, he claimed that after the St. Francis Hotel art show here in Santa Fe in October, the artists could pay $75 extra to have their artwork moved to another show at "Global Art Gallery" at 235 Don Gaspar, Santa Fe, NM. There is NO SUCH PLACE! PLEASE!!! Do everyone a favour and help keep these con men from duping any more innocent people and REMOVE ALL THE WAF PAGES FROM FACEBOOK!!

I filed a complaint with the FCC (I am a Facebook Member)re: a message I sent to my cousin (on the correct site) but apparently "piggy-backed" to someone else of the same name but somehow it became (as said, apparently piggy backed) to another site before I realized. Send that apparently bogus "Eva Wells" a warning to delete my email intended for my cousin and NEVER to contact me. I did not open any Wall messages for the bogus one, apparently, but saw the questionable "crap" they were into (grammar excepted). The Complaint Number with the FCC is: 10-C00263301. ##ERH

my page is unavailable due to a site issue it said, I don't understand that and tryed the help button nothing comes up and got your number and caled and a recording, please this is how I communicate with my family, my mothr and father just had cancer surgery the 12th and 16th of nov and just found my best friends mama and she's deceased, so please fix this please, I'm in flrida and my family is in ny! I am in the middle of a legal investigation of another matter. Somehow, a person directly associated with this investigation has been able to access my facebook account ( private inbox messages), apparently to monitor my activities. ( I have absolutely no idea how the persons of interest have obtained this information). I have been advised by legal persons, as well as our local " geek squad" that I am entitled to the IP address of the offending person, so as to proceed accordingly with my legal pursuits. Please advise as to how I may obtain a list of logins and the IP's associated with this, from persons other than myself. I will be sending a letter by a criminal lawyer requesting this information, if all my attempts by myself have been exhausted. I would sincerely prefer not to involve the authorities, but will if I need to. Thanking you in advance for your consideration in this matter.

No matter how many emails I've sent to FB to try to reclaim my account I continue to be ignored. FB will not accept calls and says all inquiries be sent via email. Since they don't respond, what's the point?

im trying to find out a way to delete the text messaging on my new phone ,and service..im unable to do so myself....can your corporate office help me in any way of trying to delete the texts im getting on my phone ,that i didnt ask for nor try to put them on myself through ur pages ,suggestions..nor ask for anyones help to put these texts on my phone at all..i just got the phone and service recently and had a problem since getting the phone ,,can ur offices help in anyway,i cant find anything to help me to delete the texts on my phone at all,,do u have a 1800 number for technical support..,or try to have someone call me to help me out.

User support sucks!!! I keep getting a re-log in window no matter what I'm doing on facebook. I'm getting tired of having to rewrite or redo everything because of the log in thing telling me to log in, the cancel button does not help, logging in again doesn't work. I stay off fb because of this it is hard on my only hand. Nothing helps and if it weren't for staying in touch with grand kids I'd not use fb. I've tried everything so if any of you ppl with a cure please email me bhansen@sonic.net

I give it a 3 because it kinda unpredictalbe, one day it works a certain way, and the next day some will change, and I hadn't master the procedure. Yeah whats up with the login feature on facebook, I have to alway type my password. I read another complaint about it. Are you guys ever going to fix that?

Facebook disabled my account as they say do to a violation of my account being fake. I am who I say I am and have been that for 42 years!!! You have done me wrong and violated your own contract. I am trying to resolve this issue and all I get are pre-written emails. You have all my information as well as my family pictures. How fair is that. This is an unethical act and you violate rights with out an explanation. I am a law abiding citizen and your web site is not. You randomly target people and do this your site should be prosecuted. I think I will contact everyone I can. Maybe my media friends will be interested to blow you out of the water. You abuse the power of the internet and should be ashamed of taking advantage of people.

Okay...something must be going on. I have been disabled too for not being a real person. I even sent a photo ID and they still said I was a fake person and I would be permanently disabled. Obviously there is something going on with facebook and maybe the facebook team should look into it rather than randomly disabling people... I love facebook and I am really upset that I have been disabled and am no longer able to communicate with friends and family unless I start over again.

Wow, I am suprised that the same thing has happened to so many people. I had my account for over 2 years, use my real name and have no other account, yet they disabled it saying I am fake. They don't respond to anything. I told them I would be happy to go to their offices with my passport and driver's license to prove it but they don't care. I always liked My Space better anyway, but everyone I know uses FB so I felt stuck with that. I have had My Space for 7 years with never any problems. I hope more people get together and do something about this, its horrible.

My account was recently disabled. Reason for facebook disabling my account is that they require users to use their real first names and last names. This is my real first name and last name as it appears on my drivers license, social security card and my United States passport. So, in other words, facebook is calling the State I live in liars and also calling the Federal Government liars. I will be forwarding the e-mail I received from facebook to all my friends letting them know my account was disabled for using a fakename!!!!!!!!!!

I too have been disabled from this glich that you have stated that I too am not a real person and am using a fake name. I am able to log onto my account, but no one can find me or post to my account. Once I post to them they can respond to the comment, but only that way. I am still waiting to be "fixed". Please do whatever it must be to get this corrected ASAP.

My grandson is getting bullied and no matter Facebook's "lip service" to their cherished "safety" and "reporting" claims, there isn't one single place I can go to report the [son-of-an-unmarried-bee-otch]. Faocebook doesn't give a rat's crackbutt that kids are getting hurt! Their "help" doesn't HELP at ALL and runs you around in never-ending circles and I'm calling BS on this crap right now!! It's up to the KID to stop their harassers?!? What's next? Making sure rape victims make their attackers stop? Wives make their beating husbands stop beating them? Ya know, I actually believed and swallowed their bilge water about "caring" and "putting an end to bullying" after that girl killed herself because of Facebook's disinterest in anything but making money. They should be sued halfway to he11 and back again and that might just rub their puppy noses in the mess they create! They won't learn a lick though, not one bit. And the sorry thing is, this is the only place I can find to post for help and it doesn't have anything to do with Facebook! So my grandson keeps on getting bullied. He's been bullied all his life - you'd think by the time he graduated, there would be an end to it. Bout nooooooo, not when it comes to Facebook! Hey, they're making money off my grandson's bent and nearly broken back! Am I supposed to cheer and dance for them? Let it roll of MY back? I'm not wearing his shoes now, he has to, but that doesn't mean I can't fight to make those shoes just a little more comfy. When I was in school I was bullied to no end, but I KNEW I could come home and, short of my mother's incessant nagging, I'd have some peace and quiet. I am wondering if something is going on today 11/16/10 because I will be the 3rd person to send a message today that Facebook has disabled my account. Obviously, I am a real person and use my real name on Facebook, otherwise my friends could not find me. I am very concerned that to re-activate the account according to your help section, I must upload an official photo ID - this sounds very fishy to me. I sent a message for re-activation, but did not include a photo; instead, I included a message about how I did not think the process was completely above board. What is going on, and I would appreciate a prompt response.

I too had my account disabled today citing I'm not a real person without notice and/or an opportunity to respond to concerns. I went through the prompt to re-activate but stopped at the point where I am required to attach a copy of my photo ID. I left a message with FB corporate headquarters so lets see if I get any response.
