Facebook May have been a good idea at one time but like all good ideas they go stale. facebook is riddled with buggy games like Farmville who take your money and dont fix half the problems. This compnay Zynga i dont care how much money they make for this company or how they are related are making alot of people mad. They take your money and limit your game play while others have several accounts and share gifts amongst their own multiple accounts. those who have 1 account and play fair get cut off. I refuse to add to the garbage that has built up by creating several bogus accounts so i can play all day ( like I shouls be allowed to do) esp those who spend real money. I am deleting my facebook profile and will never ever go to this site again as long as facebook allows all this to go on. I know they know exactly what theyre doing but its always the dollar that rules. I hate ZYNGA and I HATE facebook.

i have ben trying to access my facebook and it keeps trying to tell me i have the wrong birthdate pushed in. i have tried to access it 8 times now so it tells me i have been accessed to much so to follow the questions. i answer them and when i get to the birthdate part it keeps telling me it is wrong. no its not. i know my birthdate. how can i fix or change this???

I agree with CD getting in touch with Facebook is absolutely like watching grass grow, long long long wait for what???? To get a problem resolved, well you go to a blog site and ask someone who does not work for Facebook...

Dear Facebook, I love how you claim to be a "social networking site" when you clearly discrimanate against certian people and their rite to freedom of speach by "disabling" their page. You suck and I hope someday your asses get sued out of the water.... I have alot of pictures fo my family i cannot retrieve from my page or replace because they were mobile downloads... I want someone to fix my prfile page and for the third time I wam beeing blocked for requested friends. I am trying to find my relatives all over this world, everytime I try I get blocked for 7 stupid days. I am fed up with the Facebook Team, they cannot fix anything right. so if anyone from facebook is reading this please fix this problem and let me know why I cannot upload a video once it is on my newsfeed. I have had an account for 2 years, and now Facebook is asking me to verify the account with my phone number. I did not like the idea of it, but tried anyway..Then it tells me that my phone number is already in use. This is insane.... Then I tried to report it, but then Facebook wants even more of my personal information. NO WAY am I going to do this. I will just move on to another social application, but in doing so I will be alerting everyone that I know.

i cant except friend requests

I can't get any of my facebook games. I click on games and I get request authorization if I have to do this what do I have to do? I enjou these games and I'd like to play them could you please fix this problem. Thank you Sherilyn Stacey

i have sent over 100 emails to FACEBOOK support team and i got ONE reply (automated) initially. my issue has NOT been addressed nor has anyone contacted me about it. what is the point of having a support team if they do nothing?

I am very angry that Facebook has blocked my page. I do not have texting on my phone but unless I allow them to text I can no longer use my page. BULL SHIT! Even if I did how do I know they arent going to sell the number.

I Think came up with the next website its way better and more stuff to do and make poeple get out and make new friends and see more places and share everything with family and friends. I know they get aot of poeple saying this but i think i real got it and people will like just dont have way to make it but i can tell everything that will make it better for all ages. It is my personal experience that facebook does not care at all about being a social network... quite to the contrary, facebook can be more adequately described as the ANTI-social network. starting with the simple things... friend requests: if you create a FB account and try to add more than 10 people a day for the first few weeks you get an automated lockout from your account which makes you give your phone number for the system to send you a code which you will need to enter to get your account "verified" even though you have already done that via email when you signed up. so what if you do not have a phone? well facebook wants you to send in a scan of a government photo id to prove you are a real person in order to restore your account.. otherwise, you are permanently locked out! here is a dilemma with that.. i can attest personally that i have made an account and used game cards for the mafia wars application (a browser based game application) ... now i am locked out of my FB account so i have effectively lost the money that i spent on the game card. what facebook does not take into account is the following: there ARE people that do not have phones even at this day and age. there is no law that says i need to have one; number two thing that is not taken into consideration is that it is not law for any citizen to have a government issues photo ID. case in point>> THE AMISH. most amish do not even have a valid birth certificate (dont get into the argument that the amish dont use internet.. that is not the point) now lets say that you ARE confirmed and gave your ID or phone #.. if you try to add more than 10 people per day you are still subject to having your account SUSPENDED for trying to add too many people! some people you are not even allowed to send a friend request too because magically their system says that you do not know that person! i am filing a FORMAL complaint with the BBB today due to having my account disabled without any warning or reason given. repeated attempts to contact facebook have led to NO response (other than the initial automated reply) i have already filed formal complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals office. i have spent $100's in online games that i can only access through my facebook account just to have it disabled without any compensation. facebook answers to no one and that needs to change. i am also seeking legal counsel for starting class action suit. i know at least 10 more people who have lost accounts without compensation.

Some one hijacked my account about 3 weeks at. Once they hacked the account, they changed the email on file for that account. My email. When I explained that to them and asked them to fix or close the account or change the email back, they told me that to provide anymore service, I had to email them from the account listed on Facebook. REALLY??? I had already explained that to them that the hacker changed it. Now...3 weeks later, the person still has control of my account and is still asking for money from my friends. They haven't even stopped the account. What a failure. Next step, researching how to expose this failure to my local stations. Facebook is allowing this fraud to continue. That makes them an....accomplice???

When will the picture problem be fixed for the Facebook app y'all just updated? I'm not the only one with this problem. Just give us back the older version, please!!!!!

Loved your service in the past, recently the page I run for our Swordfighting troop The Brotherhood of the Black Flag has been blocked from posting events and uploading/tagging photos without any notification or warning via message to our account. Trying to get a hold of a liking breathing person or receive an e-mail in response has netted nothing. I am a Customer Service Professional with over 30 years of CSR experience and there is a definite lack of Human warmth coming from this wonderful social network. I started out in computers in the late '70's and found the lack of humanity in many of my fellow students and am getting that feeling from your company again. I have always been referred to jokingly as a Luddite. I have enjoyed contacting old friends and keeping tabs on current friends. Your company however has reconfirmed my distrust and dislike of Computers and Computer Programmers. Please contact me on our FB page "TheBrotherHoodofthe BlackFlag" and let me know that all blocks have been removed or give me an "acceptable" reason for why this action took place. Otherwise, I shall walk away from FB and never return.

I am beginning to believe that Facebook is an information collection service and not a genuine social networking site. BEWARE!

i have MANY issues with the help center on facebook. i have many friends that have been disabled for simple things like using nicknames like "scooter" or 'ace" facebook support is VERY difficult to get a hold of and when you finally do get a reply its not helpful at ALL. facebook as a site is decent enough but customer support sucks BIG time
