I have tried and tried to get a deceased friends Facebook disable ,I have sent proof of death ,date of birth everything but it is still there Facebook has done nothing,I even called facebook. What can I do now?

Sooooo i went on to facebook the other day and they told me that my password was changed at 3:16. I was down at the beach on vacation doing nothing, never on facebook. Obviously someone hacked onto my account... super annoying. So I went through the whole forgot password steps and they keeep asking me the same security question over and over again and when i signed up for fb, i had a completely different question! Ive emailed the fb team millions of times, and they willl notttt respond. Very upset and dissappointed. I love fb, but come on fb team, at least respond to our emails!!! We neeed your help!!!!

I briefly used Facebook. The silhouette logo which indicates my gender Female was changed by someone??? to Male. I tried to contact the company regarding this and also a bunch of people who I don't know tried to contact me via Facebook. When I tried to contact the Facebook Corp. there is no human being to contact! Sooo I contacted two people that know me that are on Facebook via e-mail and cell phone about the problem so they are aware of it! I hope Facebook has user friendly service in the near future to come! It is great to have real life friends and not artificial reality ones anyway!

Dear Facebook Team, I have opened my Facebook account since 2004 with name Zee'ty Reno Sariousity , around 4 month ago someone hacked my acc, and I can't take it back......I just let it go since they are no feedback from Facebook team regarding to my report. Suddenly 3 days ago some one add me on my Facebook with named Siti Reno Nilam when I saw the profile this man using my picture and also my personal information thru his fake acc, I was surprised I do really dissapointed with your service.....to be honest now I. Am feeling un secure.....I do really need Facebook team to close down that 2 Facebook accounts since is already hacked by someone and also fake acc as well. Facebook are a bunch of Thieves, we should have known this from the very begging with unethical actions from the founder when he developed an idea of another instead of including them, higher than mighty attitudes. He cares for no one except for himself, instead of including and developing others, a real leader, he is NOT…. When asking Facebook to remove credit cards information from an account they make it impossible, keeping the information and continue charging unauthorized. They make it impossible to do anything. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! POOR LEADERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoy Facebook except for one thing...there is NO WAY to contact a live person to discuss a matter which cannot be resolved through the "help" section. There is another FB user who is posting my personal family business for all to see (through FB link on various sites), stuff that is currently in litigation, and I need this person STOPPED. I can report this person but nothing fits. So I am obviously frustrated by FB lack of caring about their users.

I hate it that I have almost come to rely on Facebook. Too many rip offs, too many scammers. Of course the great bits, like being able to keep in touch on a daily basis with everyone, sometimes outweigh the negatives but personally I'm trying to "wean off" and start relying more on emails, phone calls and even good old-fashioned snail mail. Why are you not getting your issues resolved? Simple. The CEO and colleagues have made their millions.... so why would they give a damn what issues you have? They are a large corporation-- and these days integrity means nothing-- they all do this.

My brother gave my grandaughter a cell phone from Cricket communications in Feb 2011. In March 2011, my 11 yr old grand-daughter got many text's from a sexual pervert. She, thinking it was a friend of hers, responded. The pervert asked how old she was, did she have a boyfriend, and to send him a picture of her. On Saturday, 4-2-11, I went to the office location #7303 and I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a Jermaine Rogers in San Antonio, Texas. After showing him the texts (I had locked them in) he refused to deal with me as I was not on the account. MY BROTHER, who WAS with me gave him (Rogers)verbal permission to deal with me, but Rogers refused. Not only was he rude(Rogers) but he dismissed my presence. He would only deal with my brother! When I asked for his name(Rogers) he told me his name was "Rudolph, the red-nose reindeer"! It was then when I got visually upset and asked for a manager. The manager came out and was not aware of Rogers actions. I did not go in angry but Rogers changed all that. THE ONLY THING I WANTED FROM CRICKET WAS NOT BE TO CHARGED THE $15.00 THEY CHARGE FOR CHANGING A PHONE NUMBER! After all, my grandaughter did NOT solict any texts from this sexual pervert. If Rogers was not able to deal with me, a 65 yr senior citizen, then he has no business dealing with the hispanic customers that frequent this store. The reason I am sending this email is to ensure that the manager, Beatrice Gutierrez, takes apporiate actions and a follow-up is done from a corporate level. Given the competion out there for customers, I would think that Cricket would only hire the best customer service represenatives. It is quite obvious that Rogers needs additonal training and not take his employment with Cricket as a self-appointed right. This man does a great disservice to your company.

I had a Wendy Clay aka Wendy Clay Alfredsen aka Wendy Leigh Clay blocked from my FB acct and now I see that she is no longer blocked..I would like to know how that happened and would like her on my block list please. I want to know the person who has hacked my sons account...we know who it is but the the proof from facebook. Also do we need a court order to get this information? Can you tell us what we need to do to get it?
