I have been penalized for a long time from request friends in Facebook, I am happy to find people that I had not seen in years and when I try to add them that friends I am penalized for 7 days for trying to contact people that I don't know. That it is frustating that I try to contact friends from 20 years ago or longer. How I can fix it or it is Facebook and it is nothing that I can do?

Hi, My email was hacked this past week and I do not and never have signed up to have a facebook account however someone has made a fake profile with my name and last name with my images of myself.I want this removed from your facebook site!! I have tried to contact facebook but I can not get a person on the phone. I also never want another account with my name and images ever again on your facebook site. Thank You, John

My comment is on sending friendship request to people you don't know as an offense by facebook. I think social networks are medium where one can meet people they don't know before and become friends. It's only facebook that considered this as an offense. Friendship is the glue which holds state together without friends no one will choose to live, even rich men, those in possession of office and of dominating power are thought to need friends most of all!!!.

I have tried, unsuccesfully, to "UNBLOCK" two facebook users. I followed instructions, but when I get to EDIT BLOCKED , I have no one in the 'list'. Nobody is shown as a blocked user, so I can unblock them. please help me out. etlinrd@att.net

I would like to know why a Company such as yours has no contact support. You have blocked my account on two occasions and it is currently blocked for what you determine spamming. You have a feature that says find friends. I attempt to befriend even relatives and you block my account. I do not expect an answer from you because I think that even though this is free to the public, with the Zynga Games and ads you are making millions. Facebook SUCKS!!

I need someone with Facebook to assist me, there is this evil lady who is on AOL who has made a facebook account using my name and AOL SN. She somehow obtained photos of myself and my family and is using them to slander myself and my family using facebook. I know this because a lady on AOL came in angry saying that I was harassing her using facebook. I am hoping that someone with facebook can assist me in stopping this evil person.

There are people on FaceBook who don't mind receiving friend requests from complete strangers and those who hate it. Shouldn't it be up to the users, and not FB, to say whether or not a friend request is spam? With that being said, FB could remedy this by having a feature where all friend requests are disabled. This would prevent "spam" in the form of friend requests. Currently, FB has the choice of recieving friend requests from "everyone"... as opposed to nobody? If they have one, why not the other? Also, my experience with FB is that they aren't nearly as customer centric as Amazon.com. I feel like I am more valued with Amazon. With FB, it's my friends on there who value me, not FB themselves. If they disagree with this statement, they can: prove... me... wrong.

I have been a Facebook user for over three years, In February of 2011 my facebook account was idsabled by the company. I was not given any reason for the disabling of my account. I have attempted varaious avenues to contact Facabook to get so sort of answer to this but with absolutely no response from Facebook. I have numerous family and friends that I communicaate with thru facebook, which I am not not able to do. I find it deplorable that Facebook can disable an account and feel that they are not responsible to the account member in giving anay reason for disabling that account. Facebook has made its reputation from the members that use their service and yet they are so irrseponsible in their own actions. They supposedly have a "help center" which is non-existent. You never get a response from Facebook whatsoever. Maybe facebook has become so errogant that they feel their members do not deserve any commom courtiousy but to me that is just 'BAd BUSINESS".

We as members who have built your company are saying to you, 'We have had enough of your errogance.' We can easily take our business elsewhere. Many good companies have later failed because of the business practices that you are now showing to your members. To do things and feel that you are not responsible for explaining your actions is the highest form of errogance. If you feel that I am not worth responding to, then I will be one who will express my distaste for your company in as many places and thru as many web sites as I can.

I have tried unsuccessfully for 2 days to get some assistance with some techinican from facebook to tell me how to unlock my password. I rest my password and now am unable to change it in order to get on to my facebook page. I've emailed, reviewed all the options for correcting the problem and none of it has worked. Why can't I simple get a straight answer intend of the computer answers that dont help at all.
