I joined facebook about two years ago and have never been able to use it, bcause of soem idiot creep called MY LIFE, they demand that I fill out credit card info and I refuse. I called them an demanded that they get off my pc,that I would NOT pay nor give cc info for facebook which is free. They informed me they got my info from my profile I had out on facebook.They also blocked me from my facebook account where I can not get into facebook. I canniot, after hours of attempts, login to Facebook. I was under impression that I had two things that were needed...first a user id (or something) which is my e-mail address or hjohnson@hjadvisors.com. Then I needed a password. Facebook is allowing sites that call for the destruction of democracies. The 3rd intifada site calls for the death of a people. Time to take that site off line. I did not sign up for facebook with the knowledge that it would allow for sites to call for the destruction of my family.

i am kind of new to facebook, only been on a few months and communicate with my grandchildren and parents and get together with out oftown relatives. you can only imagination my surprise when while playing poker with my granddaughter and a woman popped in with her breasts bared. in looking for her name so i could contact you, i found three more with the same last name and they are VERY pornographic. is this a family based social network, or a porn net work. i will definately not allow my grandkids on there again until it is cleaned up! be fore this experience i would have rated your site at least a four star but at the present time, i wouldn't rate it at all!

I say its about time that we as users of facebook and the games that zynga produce be sued in a class action lawsuit. I have spent hard earned dollars on these games. One that I had been playing for 1 1/2 years and spent money on was just simply GONE one day. No reason was given, no email, no NOTHING! I have a BIG problem with FishWorld, and have been in contact with a guy named "Gary". This person continuously maintains that the problems I encounter are from my end, and my computer. Its the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. THEY control the games NOT I!! AND, they REFUSE to add coin, or give credit, or anything else, when I have loses from their games that are THEIR fault due to some malfunction on their end!! I found a number for Zynga on-line and when called you are given 3 options. Needless to say when you press either options, you get a response that says they do not support billing, or complaints, or issues, etc etc. I have never encountered anything so incidious in all my life, and the worst part is that NO ONE CARES ABOUT ANYONE OR ANYTHING! Its all about the all mighty dollar, and how much can they get! Good luck to anyone out there, that has problems with FACEBOOK. I think it is becoming a SOCIAL DISASTER in the making. I absolutely hate the new facebook layout. These new adds are slowing down every single action i want to do. I can no longer look at pictures, like and comment on status, and can no longer use the facebook chat. Every time I get taken to a page that says www.facebook/ajax; if that is what you consider social networking, you should seriously brainstorm a new concept because it's not working. Please just keep your blackberry facebook app the same.

If most companies had "Customer Service" like Facebook they'd be out of business - or the Federal Government. They're made to not have to respond to questions, they have a site and you must use it, even if there's no way to fix your problem using it. I'm sure they think if we can't get stuff fixed through their super helpsite WE must be the morons, too. I was about to send them snail mail but it seems from prior posts this may be a waste of a stamp. What a horrendous company - they must be too busy counting their ad revenue or in the boardroom working on that IPO to give a watery crap about the USERS THAT GOT THEM ALL THAT MONEY. Good Afternoon, I received a post on my FB page yesterday from someone stating to be from Facebook, UK. They mentioned that out of an entire database of users, I was randomly chosen as a winner of a Facebook UK. Lotto! I have since responded accordingly to the entity that submitted the post via E-mail as suggested and since received an E-mail back from them confirming my winnings. I need to know if this is a hoax or in fact real. I also have left a message for someone at Corp. Facebook to call me back to discuss. This, if not true, could result in Legal action as "False advertisement!" I look forward to hearing back from someone as I am an avid user but will not be "SCAMMED!" All the Best!

I do not like it that facebook does not have a help number we can call for help. I have been playing Cityville and bought several game cards to build my city. However recently facebook sent some correspondence saying I needed to change my password, but when I attempted to, it say I could not use that one. Well it ended up being so confusing, that I forgot the Code they gave me, cant find it, and dont know what my password is. So after spending all that money, to build city I cant get into my account, and all they have is a Help Page, which offers me no help for what i need. Their help page is not very user friendly so I guess I wont be buying any more game cards!!!
