Hi there! If you've read my first post it's been over a month or almost a month now that I have been fighting EBAY about my case. Almost two weeks ago I called them and gave them all informations that the buyer received the package in GUAM and so they re -appealed my case and WON and they told me it will take about 5-7 business days and I should have my money back already. A week past and I didn't have my money yet. I called again today, actually couple of days and ended up more than 20 minutes wait I gave up. Today I was able to talk to CS again and after minutes of waiting, the agent told me he's got someone working on it right now but will take 24hrs before I will see the money on my account. REALLY! all these days wait and then now another 24hrs wait! I hope I see it tomorrow then. Doubt it bcuz I really hunged up on the agent. I told him EBAY doesn't support or protect SELLERS only the buyers, they should protect the SELLERS too because we pay all these FEES! oh well makes me don't want to buy or sell on EBAY anymore. They should listen both sides before siding on the buyer righ away and then threatened me that my account will be suspended or subject to COLLECTIONS. GEEZ! i will not let anyone tarnish my name for $153.00 and it's not even my fault...it the shipping! Be careful sending packages outside 48 CONTINENTAL USA. DOnt go through what I've gone through. Take note of the buyer 2nysbag from DEDEDO GUAM what's weird was teh package arrived in YIGO GUAM which is different from the buyer's given address. SO what happened there? I don't have a clue!

never use e-bay again/loss $5,000.00 in scam and fraud thru e-bay. all paper work looks legal but what a scam using there forms, there e-mail, there shipping form for extra money,e-bay agent who is not alive, first and last time i use e-bay never again

I'VE BEEN INVOLVED IN TRYING TO GET EBAY TO GO AFTER A CAR DEALER IN LAKELAND,FL. WHO IS KNOWINGLY SELLING BAD CARS. HE GOES UNDER CLASSICSBYLASH AND PRISTINECLASSICS. HE FLUFFS AND BUFFS THEN SLATHERS THE UNDERSIDE OF CARS WITH UNDERCOAT TO HIDE ALL THE RUST. HE GOT ME 2 YEARS AGO FOR 7500. I LEFT HIM NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. HE OFFERED REFUND IF I CHANGED FEEDBACK TO POSITIVE, I REFUSED. SINCE THIS TIME I'VE BEEN WATCHING HIS LISTINGS AND SEE THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER. I'VE CONTACTED ALL OF HIS NEGATIVE AND REVISED FEEDBACKS, SAME M.O. WE HAVE ALL FILED REPORTS TO EBAY NO RESULTS. I'VE PERSONALLY FILED 3 FORMAL COMPLAINTS. CHECKED THEIR STATUS THE OTHER DAY. NO RECORD OF ANY COMPLAINTS. NOW, IN TALKING TO HIS LATEST VICTIM, SHE LEFT HIM BAD FEEDBACK ABOUT A CAR SHE PURCHASED. ALL OF A SUDDEN ITS BEEN REMOVED. ALL OF HIS NEGATIVES HAVE BEEN REMOVED. WHATS UP WITH THIS. HOW IS A BIDDER SUPPOSED TO HAVE CONFIDENCE IN BUYING FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST. WHEN YOU CALL INDIA CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAY THEY'RE SENDING IT TO THE RESOLUTION CENTER. I have been a MEMBER since 2007 and had some problems with Buyer/Seller but this recent problem I had with a BUYER ( 2nysbag ) from GUAM is really taking a toll on me. She won the set of AUTHENTIC COACH PURSE Cross body bag and Check Book Wallet,would retail both more than $400.00 she won for $153.10. I shipped it the cheapest I can. okay I had charged $24.00 for shipping because the purse were really worth what she paid for. She was okay with that. She instructed me to ship it priority so it gets to GUAM quicker. I have been told by the post that the package will reach her in TWO WEEKS. I Shipped her items August 1 2012 and the TRAcKING # said it got to CALIFORNIA August 6 2012 and since had not given any UPDATE. SHE was so mad and AUGUST 14,2012 SHE filed a case against me and wanted her money back! That's not two weeks even ,not counting the weekends. From the very begining I told her I've been told her package should be there in two weeks and after the items leaves my Hands I no longer have control on how fast the package will arrive in GUAM. This was my first time I ever shipped to GUAM and will never do it again. So after days I received e-mails from ebay that buyer had opened a case against me and wants a refund. I have been in constant contact with buyer and e-bay,explaining my side and gave them tracking number etc. Buyer 2nysbag escalated the case cuz she wants her money back. EBAY reimbursed her and since EBAY reimbursed her, EBAY wants me to reimbursed them (EBAY). I didn't do that and EBAY e-mailed me couple of times that I have to pay them or my account will be temporarily suspended and that I will be SUBJECT to COLLECTIONS. Can you imagine $153.10 I will or my name will be tarnished!? I have been in constant call with EBAY asking them to HELP me with this CASE. Finally the package reached GUAM on August 29 2012 and called EBAY again and asked them again to help or what to do about this CASE. Not my FAULT the shipping was slow. This is Already Sept. and I have not received any e-mail from EBAY. Pretty poor huh! When they want their money they send you e-mails as fast as they can and even threatens us/me, now that I am the one needing HELP no one would call or e-mail back. NOw I am out of PRODUCT and out of MONEY! Do they really think that this buyer '2nysbag' will ever return my items? I have been e-mailing her couple of times,asking her to return the purses to me when she gets them because EBAY gave her refund already. It's now SEPTEMBER and I haven't heard from her. Who knows this lady might be a fraud? SHe got good feedback,but how come this now? Granted she went on VACATION like she told me before,that's why she wants the items quickly,she sure is checking her mails. I would even if I am on vacation,especially if I'm waiting for somethng I wanted. Now I'll be calling ebay again and this time HQ I am tried of CUSTOMER SERVICE that doesn't help much and will just repeat everything you say. EBAY doesn't care about the SELLERS where we're the ones paying all that high FEES! By the way I appealed my CASE and they declined and that's when they sided with the buyer and reimbursed the FREAKING BUYER (sorry about that) I am just mad,it's not always about the money,it's the PRINCIPLE. Since I called EBAY and informed them,gave them DELIVERY CONFIRMATION that the packge arrived in GUAM, there was no record on my CASE about the conversation and no one called me or email be. It still said judgement was to the buyer because I didn't give them tracking number. HEllo! EBAY I gave both to you,so what are you saying?! Oh well please let me know if you have the same problem with this buyer '2nysbag' or with EBAY. Maybe we can all get together and do a petition? Thank you and hope this helps. I buy more on EBAY than SELL and maybe, not maybe but I will be very careful next time I sell. She got upset too when i told her she should have just bought the purses from a mall and not wait but pay retail price. If I won something and great deal,I wouldn't care less if it takes a month or two before I get them. I saved a lot and that will be great.

I purchase an item, and returned the item because it was not as advertised, Ebay put a time limit on sending the item back. I sent the item on the last day and gave customer service the tracking information. In there infinite wisdom Ebay decided not only does the sell get to keep my money but also the product I sent back. What happened to buyer protection, more like screw you and I really don't care. If there was a rating lower than 1 star you would get it, I am out $90.00 and no product to boot, yeah real happy about that. I had been an advocate for Ebay but no more if anyone asks me from now on do not shop Ebay your purchase is not protected or gauranteed. You have just earned nothing but bad advertising from me and everyone I know follow it on twitter, facebook and youtube. Congratulations

As a seasoned seller on Ebay, I can tell you that Ebay has changed for the worse over the years for sellers. We are no longer respected or wanted by Ebay. Ebay has changed to a site where there are too many rules, policies and other things to prevent a pleasant selling experience. For a honest seller like myself (45,000 feedback, 100% positive), then it's a shame when I get slapped with policy violations, and it takes me hours to list my items due to having to check this and that to make sure you don't violate policies. I could say more, but who cares, we know Ebay doesn't. That's what happens when you build a site and have no real close competitors. Just remember, every big dog hits a low and then you might need us small sellers to get you back up. Will we be here still? That's The question to ask................

Do You think you talk to a supervisor when you ask for a supervisor at ebay customer service you are only talking to the clerk at the next desk these people only try to make you mad so you will hang up, if you don't hang up they will put you thur 10 different clerks(this happen two times to me) explaing to each one why you are calling after you reach the 10th clerk they hang up on you then blocked call when you call them back. they screw the buyer just as much as they screw the sellers, i closed out my ebay account which had over 5000 feedbacks as a buyer this will take 6 months to do i have not bid on anything the last two months i now go to Ebid, Wesny.com, webstore, & Bonanza which is a lot cheaper buying and selling, Lets Make Ebay go broke by going to these sites.

I had an family emergency the month of July 2012 that did affect my selling performance on ebay. To resolved this issue I was advise to appeal my seller id and fax over police reports, court papers and a business plan to seller vetting and I also faxed over to below standards department. After this was done my account would be above standards again and I would be able to sell. Today my account is still on hold,shows seller performance is standards in my seller dashboard and DSR 4.8 and above. However ebay says on their side it show below standards and low DSR because of this I will stay on hold until a next roll off. I have done everything ebay asked for me to do and I they did nothing. I loved selling on ebay but I know now don't have any personal issues happen if you are a seller.

How about the tracking upload within 24 hours???? to qualify for the "TOP RATED SELLER" I sell custom products since 1998 on eBay. I CAN NOT give a tracking number till the customer approves the sample. 85-90% of my customers will take 3-4 days to get me the information needed for me to complete their order. So basically if you haven't noticed eBAY is aiming for "BIG" Business... as soon as you log into eBAY all you see is SONY, BEST BUY, NAME BRAND CLOTHES, PURSES, SOME DINNER WITH SOME FAMOUS PERSON and so on... They do not want the heart of their business any more... "the small business people" that made them what they are today, sad very sad. I only wish to speak with the "HIGHER-UPs" like i'm always told that the customer service manager will do for me. Shame, Shame on eBAY

Ebay is extremely buyer friendly. I too have flawless feedback over the past 10+ years. I had a buyer purchase a phone from me and request a refund because the item was pink and not black as described. The deal is that the phone WAS black and the CASE to teh phone was pink. I think then had to inform the buyer of this and how to remove a phone case. 5 DAYS LATER the buyer requested a full refund because the phone's power button was not working. It took him 5 days to realize this apparently. The buy obviously broke the phone. I informed Ebay of this and escalated the case at their customer service representative's advice. Well, Ebay sided with the seller for some odd reason. Now I am stuck with a broken phone and issuing a full refund. Ridiculous.

Sounds like you want to blame someone else for your lack of care in checking out your purchase before paying. Ebay allows sellers to list and sell these items with payment by cash in person at pickup. As a seller, if you were irresponsible enough to pay cash before confirming the item's mechanical condition, I'm pleased that your case was not supported by eBay. If you had paid by Paypal, they would have surely returned your money, and that would be wrong. That is precisely what all the sellers are complaining about on this site. Too many people in this country take no personal responsibility, and expect others to back them up.

Ebay offers almost no protection for small sellers offering either new or used merchandise. Case in point I sold a PC Motherboard I had bought brand new (Intel) from Amazon originally. This board was used flawlessly for over 4 months. When we shipped it to buyer in ORIGINAL Motherboard box (designed for shipping) and even put this box in ANOTHER box with packing to insure no damage. Buyer waited a week and filed a complaint that 'AS IS' USED item we sold him was not as described and dead on arrival. This buyer has a 66.0 % feedback rating, as opposed to our 100 % for over TEN years of buying and selling on EBAY! Ebay sided with this buyer even though it was 100 % working tested, PLUS by our reputation. After going through an agonizing 45 minutes of the indignity of a 'Robot Operator' I was able to get through to a 'Live' Ebay Rep. The first one didn't speak English very well and I suspect just hung up on me, even though I was calm and explained I needed help with this issue. The 2nd Ebay rep spoke better English but told me 'You don't know the situation'..I spoke to her supervisor which offered no help and basically spoke in script like terms telling me to refund the buyer's money or suffer the wrath of Ebay and threatened me with NEGATIVE feedback! I'm crying at this point. Buyer said he took it and had it tested but refused to provide proof. AT this point the 'Buyer' has had our Merchandise for this time frame and possibly he has damaged it. Because of Ebay's rules buyers can keep merchandise new or used up to two weeks and then decide to return it if they feel like it. We will likely throw it in the garbage if it is damaged. All because EBAY does not stand by the seller. This isn't fair.

I AM LIVID. I SOLD AN ITEM ON EBAY, THE PERSON NEVER PAID. UNFORTUNATELY THE ITEM WAS MAILED TO THE PERSON BY ACCIDENT, IT WAS READY FOR MAILING ONCE THIS PERSON PAID, OTHER HOUSEHOLD MEMBER MAILED BY ACCIDENT. ANYWAY, I WAS ADVISED TO TRY AND CONTACT THE INDIVIDUAL WHICH I EMAILED 5x WITH NO RESPONSE. I ENDED UP CONTACTING EBAY WHICH THEY ADVISED ME TO CALL THE INDIVIDUAL. I HAVE CALLED THIS PERSON 3X AND EVEN SPOKE TO HER ONCE SHE REFUSED TO TALK TO ME. IN THE MIDST OF THIS I CHECKED THIS BUYERS FEEDBACK AND SEE THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TUME AND HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR OVER A YEAR WITH BAD FEEDBACK (in words), BUT HAD GREEN NEXT TO THE BAD COMMENTS, I ASKED THE REP WHY THEY HAD POSITIVE +, WITH BAD REMARKS, SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT SELLERS CANNOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. I THEN ASKED WHY HAS THIS BUYER NOT BEEN BLOCKED SINCE THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR OVER A YEAR, SHE REPLIED WITH "I DON'T KNOW". I WANT THIS BUYER BLOCKED, I'VE REPEATIDLY ASKED HER TO RETURN MY ITEM, STILL NO RESPONSE. I KNOW MY ITEM WAS A SMALL PURCHASE, BUT IT'S THE PRINCIPLE THAT EBAY IS ALLOWING BUYERS TO CONTINUE THIS OUTRAGEOUS BEHAVIOR. I WILL DISCONTINUE MY DOINGS WITH EBAY
