TO CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS: I PURCHASED A CUP OF COFFEE AT YOUR 86TH STREET BROOKLYN,NY STORE JUNE 2010. I DESPERATELY NEEDED TO USE THE BATHROOM AND THOUGHT THIS LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT SINCE IT WAS LOCATED NEAR THE SUBWAY. WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR TO THE BATHROOM ..IT APPEARED THAT NO ONE HAD CLEANED THE BATHROOMS IN SOME TIME. I WAS UNABLE TO USE THE FACILITIES AS IT WAS A HORRIBLE MESS..FECES ON THE TOILET AND A FLOOD CONDITION ON THE FLOOR. I QUICKLY INFORMED THE MANAGER THAT THE BATHROOM NEEDED TO BE CLEANED. HIS RESPONSE WAS .."WHY?"..AND WAS CLEARLY UNCONCERNED AND HELPED THE NEXT CUSTOMER...I AM HOPING THE BOARD OF HEALTH COMES IN TO OBSERVE THE CONDITION OF THIS FACILITY AT 86TH STREET BROOKLYN NY BECASE THIS BATHROOM IS WHER THE EMPLOYEES WASH THEIR HANDS AND TOUCH THE CUTOMERS FOOD!!

I am a old school Dunkin Donut coffee girl. I get a cup every moring and grind my own coffee bean for home coffee. About a year ago, the Hess Station near my house has begun offering Ducan Donut coffee (no donuts). So each week I buy gas and every day I buy coffee and other "stuff" from the store. Recently, the Hess Station # 09314 begun using index cards and punching them for the free coffee promotion (instead of the actual Dunkin Donut punch cards). I had no problem with this, except now when I travel, I don't get to use the punch card. I can only use it in that one Hess Station. Today, I asked for a Dunkin Donut punch card and was refused. The girl at the desk said her manager did not allow them to be given out and they had to use the index cards. Really? I am held hostage to this Hess Gas Station to get my coffee? Don't you provide these punch cards for customers to CARRY with them to enable us to take full advantage of the coffee promotion? Dunkin may want to get in touch with this store before you loose more customers. I will not frequent that Hess Station #09314 again.

I walked out of a location in Elmsford, NY today (6/8/2010) and I noticed that the bag that contained my breakfast sandwich said "Please Recycle this Bag" which I found quite comical since in my other hand I was holding a large STYROFOAM cup!!!! Why is Dunkin' Donuts the only business on the planet still using styrofoam?!??! I like the coffee but that is just ridiculous. Not only are you contradicting yourself you are also losing a huge percentage of market share to other coffee businesses that are much more eco-friendly. Get with the progam. WHY DOES IT SAY "PLEASE RECYCLE" ON THE BAG AND YOU STILL HAVE STYROFOAM CUPS?!?!?!?!

I VISITED THE DUKIN DOUNTS IN KUWAIT CITY (360 MALL) LOCATION THE MANAGER HIS NAME IS MURAD HE TREATED ME WITH VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN HE DO KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE...SHAME ON DUNKIN DOUNTS TO HIRE STAFF LIKE THIS GUY WHEN I CALLED HIS BOSS THE OPERATION MANAGER HERE IN KUWAIT HE DOSENOT CARE TOO, HE SAID IF IF YOU WRITE TO THE HEAD OFFICE THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO YOU EVEN TO HELP YOU.... ????? BAD STAFF AND BAD MANAGEMENT

My 11year olg daughter was sipping on her coolta when all of a suddan she feels something in her mouth. It was a roach. WTF! Somebody needs to handle this. This happened at 1165 w. 49st in Hialeah, FL.

Please note that employees must pay into their tips, even when they do not receive them. I believe this is illegal and I plan to pursue this through the MA Better BUsiness Bureau.

I am very disappointed in the service and donuts that I receiced from Dunkin Donuts. Dunkin Donuts is my favorite donut place. I have to drive 30 mintues one way just to enjoy them. I decided one Sunday to take my children (I have 4 children), my mother, and myself to enjoy what I thought would be great donuts. We went to the location in Acworth, GA. We went at a reasonably decent hour-it was before noon. My favorite donuts are the toasted coconut and the regular coconut. This store was completely out of both of them. My third favorite is the cinnamon. Again, they told me they were out. Well, for me that was strike three, therefore ruining a great little meal and wasting 30 mins of my time, not to mention the gas. I can't believe that a DONUT place would be out of so many choices. That's like going to McDonald's and them telling you they are all out of Big Mac'. I am very disapointed and do not know if I will continue to be a LOYAL Dunkin Donuts customer

I went this morning to dunkin Donuts on 160 in Fort Mill SC. I was on my way to an open house and I had advertised coffee and donuts. I went through the drive through for my box of Joe and paid with a debit card. When I got to the open house I realized I had no cream in the bag. Since most people don't drink black coffee I just wasted $13.50 on coffee. After, I went back to the store with the full box of Joe and the cups and sugar, and explained that I would like a refund. The cashier left me there for 5 minutes saying she had to get the mngrs approval. After a while I said are you getting the manager? She said oh I called her, she is not here. I said fine, get me the managers card and I will call myself, I have an appointment. After leaving me waiting another 5-10 minutes for the number, the manager appears. She said do you have a reciept? I said no, I was not given one. "then how do we know you bought it here" I said well here is the card I used it at about 10:02 this morning, my guess is you could look it up.She said"we don't do that" My response was okay, so you want me to pay $13.50 for coffee I could not use? She then proceeds to say"we tried to tell you to wait for your cream" okay, so a minute ago you needed a receipt because you were not sure I bought it there, but now you remember telling me to wait for the cream?!! (which I can assure you is not true!)I have to say that the $13.50 is not going to change my life, and my guess is that I won't hear from Dunkin Donuts. But I will say this.... Jobs are tough to find right now and there is no need to hire rude people. If I owned the Fort Mill SC Dunkin Donuts I'd be looking around. Your poor employees are a reflection of you and your business.

I went to the Dunkin Doughnuts store in Toledo,on Secor Road, between Douglas Road & Alisdale. Today is National Doughnut Day,and I saw an advertisement stating you would receive a free doughnut with beverage purchase. When I got to the store, there was a sign on the door clearly stating this fact. When I purchased my hot chocolate & asked which doughnuts were free, the man pointed & said "all',but when he rang up my purchase,he charged me for the doughnut. When I said that wasn't right,it was supposed to be a free doughnut,he said the free doughnut came with purchase of a BAGEL,not a beverage. I pointed to the sign where it said beverage, but he still tried to refuse me. So I said nevermind,I don't want any of it then. Then he decided to deduct the doughnut from the total. As my friend & I were leaving,3 college students walked in,read the sign, and asked for the same thing. The man refused, telling them it was Bagel, not beverage. Those poor boys walked out with nothing. The man working behind the counter did have a heavy accent, but I know he had to know the difference between 'bagel' & 'beverage'. It was clearly stated in the sign. How many people walked in there today, expecting a freed doughnut,& didn't get it? I suspect that, along with myself, alot of people won't be going back to that store. A promise is a promise. Don't advertise something you won't uphold.

I love love love DD's coffee. I will not drink anything else. I was wondering if you are ever going to put the coffee up in kcupsod for the kerruig machine. This would be fabulous!!! Any idea when you might do this? or not thinking about it at all? I know tons of people that would like to see DD coffee in the pod form. Thank you kindly Joe Ann Carfora jacarfora1951@comcast.net

I recently went to the local Dunkin donuts shop with the full intent of buying a pound or two of your coffee. The price was marked at $9.00 a pound. Now I had just left a local super-store where the price was $ 7.50 a pound. I really don't understand. Your store, your coffee, your price is $1.50 higher than the local retail market. I'm sorry but it just don't make sense to me.

I have visited the Venice location in Florida on 1801 tamiami trail many times. I enjoyed the employees and there smiles and laughs. The manager was amazing friendly and always helping out. The managers name was Rina she was always very friendly. Though one day i bisited that same dunkin and i was informed rina no longer worked at that store i was not a happy camper. Come to find out a new manager was placed. I then ordered what i usually did though that new manager i believe her name was mellissa that helped me she made my order completly wrong everything was just horrible and when i told her that she had complatly messed up my order she seemed to act as i have ruined her whole day she threw my cup into the garbage with anger and started to make me a new one i then just walked out i didnt even care about paying and not getting what i asked for i just did not want to be around that lady she was so rude. I was just in a hurry to get out and never return.

dunkin donuts publishes discounts for military but the one i go to will not honor this. i go every day during the week and have asked the manager about this but he says noone gets any discount.

Good evening. This is employment oriented. After reviewing the above attachments I have have a full understanding that you can't please everyone every time. (Given the fact you deal with millions.) With 25 years of experience in hospitality client service is first and foremost. I am most upset that you don't want to find the best candidates for open positions as I sat in Dartmouth today waiting for an interview for 1 1/2 hours this morning. Upon observation the place works well at a busy intersection and the staff were extremly up to speed. Very client friendly and upto speed. My concern is I guess with the management then which is no contact and why did I waste my time? I made donuts at 1 am when I was in high school!!! Let us be curtious at least with a response. Thank you.

Your store in Dumfries Virginia should be closed for good. Not only are the floors dirty and disgusting, the tables were not cleaned, the air conditioning did not work when it was 90 degrees outside. The store had approximately 15 people inside and everyone was complaining. I told my wife we would just get it to go. I asked to speak to the owner, the girl said she wash't there. I asked her how they could work there under those conditions, the girl didn't respond. While the girl was preparing our order, we heard the girls say in spanish since they take the tip money they should get the air conditioning repaired. Now, if the owner is so petty that they are taking tip money they certainly do not respect the employees and needless to say they certainly do not value their customers. After the order was finished we got home and not one order was correct. My family, friends, and neighbors will NOT be hornoring this establishment again.

i am dunkin donuts employ. i meat very nice person in dunkin donuts, name mark kann.owner of that store. that time i was looking job any kind and any condition.in back 2002.and i am still in donkin donuts.as store manager.here is no one like mr.mark and there is no place like donkin donuts.thanks

I went to Dunkin Donuts in Franklin Park, IL at 7:15 pm on 5/27/10 and ordered a small iced decaf coffee with cream and sugar. However, it must have not been decaf because I am very sensitive to caffeine and consequently spent all of last night wide awake. The employees should be mindful of the orders because errors could cause health issues. For me, caffeine induces migraines. I am not having a good day at work today. Generally the service there is friendly and the orders are correct.

Ever since its makeover the Dunkin Donuts Shop in the East Dedham Plaza is a horror show. The service is very poor, the coffee is like dishwater, the help is arrogant and can't even get an order right. This morning my Medium Decaf/ Cream, 1 Splenda, came with a tea bag too! When I went back in and complained I got a ration of crap. They did get me another coffee but wanted to charge me for it. I told them to keep it and walked out. Scores of people walk out every morning due to the wait time and screwed up orders. Some of the help, including the "Manager" regularly handle food with no gloves; others fill donut orders using bare hands. This place has probably lost over 50% of its regular customers since its makeover and as of today has lost another. I'm headed to McDonalds fro now on!

I worked for dunkin for only four months. I am writing in hopes that somebody with a higher "authority" and more "experience" than my 22 year old boss, will contact me so we can discuss the problems i have occured with in my short time there! okay, when i started at dunkin donuts in homewood, IL, off of 183rd, everything was great. I caught on quickly, my fellow employees were very nice and understanding to the simple mistakes every "new" employee has! My boss, at the time of hire, was a friend of a friend that was helping me out with employment because of the arrival of my newborn son and the stress of everyday bills! everything went great from the time i started till the time i quit!! my schedule was the same all four months day in and day out! Monday-friday was a total of 36 hours. i was off saturday and sundays! we had two employees that were married, Karina, and Steve!! Karina worked nights at the time and her husband, and i and 2 other employees worked mornings all week long!!! GREAT, no problems! Well about 3 months into my employment there, my hiring manager quit because the owners of the store were making him do more than he was told he had to do, like run two stores instead of ONE! He had health problems and had to quit the job because of stress! After that, we went almost 3 weeks without a manager to run the store! Every day, and night, employees were there by themselves day and night!! They ( the owner) had asked me if i would like to go to other stores and train to become a "dunkin donuts" manager! i had said yes! They said it would be hard and take time and patience! I agreed! Well intead of taking immediate action and sending me off to train, then immideately hired Steve, my fellow employee, to do the job! It wouldve been fine if he didnt bring his WIFE onto mornings with him, and give her my hours plus overtime! I only had 36 hours to begin with and i was barely taking careof bills and providing for my family with that at minimum wage! this morning (monday may24th) when i walked into work, i was shocked to find that i had only 30 hours for the week. thats one whole day in hours he shorted me and gave his Wife, karina, 36 for the week! Not only am i upset about my hours, but when i went to a meeting about two weeks ago from tomorrow, we all sat down, me steve, and the other 5 store managers that work at the 5 other stores that the owner owns, there was a 10 minute segment about only speaking ENGLISH in store because not everyone knows spanish, or any other language for that matter! They said it was un fair to speak another language in the store because fellow emplyees or customers may not know if your speaking badly about them! only the two weeks Steve was manager and his wife, karina, was working mornings did they ALWAYS speak to one another in spanish, right in front of other employees, and customers!! I feel they cheated me and my family. now i am job less and broke...how can i provide with only 30 hours a week??? I have bills and a family as well as needs that i cant afford with those hours!! I think its wrong that 2 people in the same family work together let alone at the same time(same shift)! And one of them being a manager now!!! I hope someone can get back to me or i may have to just go to higher authority!!! Amanda Riggio Matteson IL, 60443

To whom this may concern, Im born and bred Bostonian now retired and living in Hope Mills North Carolina. This is a growing town with a huge amount of growing business establihments, and I cant help woundering why a dunkin donuts corporate or franchise has not been set up. I now that the customer base is here with Ft Bragg Army base only eight miles away, with an estimated 200,000 troops and more to be stationed here soon. Im sure if you were to send a rep to the area you would see what Im talking about. Sincerly yours Albert J Guiliani
