On Wednesday 6/30/10 me and my wife and my two children shopped at your Dunkin Donut, store location Erie and Torresdale Ave. Phila. Pa.. We bought 2 lg coffee's and 2 ice lattes, when I took a drink of the coffee it was filled with urine, the two young men, one hispanic the other african amer., in thier 20's were laughing, I told the men to take a drink of the coffee they just made me, they kept laughing and ademenly refused,I told them it was a cup of urine and I had sallowed a big gulp, I was so sick to my stomach and head, my wife was horrified and the children were so frightened because I was sooo angry. I told them to take a drink of the cup of urine or they would have no heads on their shoulders they continued to laugh and they challenged me. My wife Gina, forced me out of the store, she was frightened for all, especially the children...I was coaxed by Gina to just get our money back, I returned into the store and was determined to get my money back, and I threw the cups of coffee back on to them...once the other customers in the store got involed. We drank 20 cups of coffee a week at D.D. now I can't even drink a cup of coffee without gaging and either can my wife. I was going to the police but was sidetracked because my nephew was in a serious car accident on the turnpike and in critical condition, I was supporting my aunt and caring for her children until Jim got out of I.C.U... Bottom line I will tell everyone I know and new people we met of the employees that work at Dunkin Donuts. I am still going to hire an attorney. If anyone wants to join me in a class act suit my Names is Adrian Bayne Walsh, agewalsh71@yahoo.com You have lost a loyal customer on a mission.
Hello, It's to my understanding that you have illegal immigrants working at your RT. 28 location, in Centerville, Ma ( these employees have no working papers, no Visa, and a phony Social Security Card, one of the employees name is Regina Aguair),you see signs posted at different Dunkin Douuts, saying that Dunkin Dounts, does not hire illegals. (but you do), if you look into this matter closely you will see. don't you relize that there are plenty of people who are out there looking for jobs, and it is illegal to hire illegal immigrants. Thankm You
I am a employee that works at d.d. im complaining about the manger and the owner of this franchise,he screams at us for he's problem,it was 3 orders in the drive through to be made he was in the back of the store we were handling every thing right but when he came up there he looked at the screen an started to make drinks he messed up on an order and he just started screaming in front of customers about how we messed up,so he grabbed an employee by the neck and shook them an told that person just get it right next time(to let cooperate know this is not the first time this has happened he did it to to more women)and the man that did that is part of the franchise, the manger saw what happened and she said it was OK,later on he came back an said sorry because he relized he was in the wrong an he made the wrong order,so if there not going to do anything corporate needs to.they have employees working more than 8 or 9 hrs. with no break, money has gotten stolen, flies are in the building on the food.i work their and i even say their nasty i strongly agree that corporate needs to check out the two stores without them knowing because some kind of way they know when corporate is coming an they try to clean up before they get there.they can get sued BIG time for this.the stores are (nashville tn. harding place/#346212)(nashville t.n.briley park way/#n/a).
Hi I drive to the beach parking lot everyday. this morning the gate happened to be closed, due to constuction, forcing every person who also drives to this parking lot,to therefore park in a nearby restaraunt lot which is very close to the Dunkin Donuts in Nahant,Ma, right at the begginning of the nahant Causeway. to continue my story,I was walking around this parking lot for my exercise routine, and, I was finally finished,so I always do a little bit of stretching to keep limber, and, that was fine. All of a sudden,as I was stretching, this man came out of the Dunkin Donuts place, and, asked me what I was doing. Before I could answer him,he remarked "get your fat ass away from the view from the window across of my Dunkin Donuts, you are offending my customers!!! You very rude!!! I was in shock that this man would say such a vulger thing to me instead of asking me to please strech somewhere else. I then asked him why did you have to be so rude!!! I would have gladly moved away to another spot to do my stretching. He then replied how "I" was the rude one!!! I really think that this was uncalled for, and, I was highly insulted!!! Could you please take care of this matter, because, that is not the way to treat people, especially, him being a manager or something else. He did carry a small briefcase when I saw him about an hour before i was done with my walk, enterin Dunkin Donuts IN Nahant.
My family visited the Dunkin Donuts located at 5 E Crescent Blvd, Collingswood, NJ on July 4, 2010. This franchize is owed and operated by Indians (from India). My husband went in to order doughnuts and was told that he had to pay first and then a white male came in and placed a order and was not told that he had to pay first; he was given his order first and then paid. My husband had stayed and watched this and came out to our vehicle to complain. He also asked another African American, and this individual stated that they always do this. This is definitely discrimination and I went in and told them that I was going to report them. I hope you take care of this matter or I will take this further.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my son who graduated from college last week. Ever since he was a small boy he loves Baskin Robbins' Ice cream cake with strawberry ice cream. His college tenure was very difficult due to financial issues, illness and other personal struggles, extending his tenure to six years. There are no Baskin Robbins in Kalamazoo, MI so he was only able to enjoy the cake once in the psst six years. The first thing he asked for was an ice cream cake. I placed my order on Thursday, 6/29/10 for pick up on 7/3/10 at 2pm. I paid for the cake in full. My phone number was listed on the order blank. Upon my arrival at approximatelly 3:30pm, I notified the gentleman that I was there to pick up cake for Deborah. He walked to the back and took several minutes to return. He told me that my cake had been made, but the power went out and all the cakes had to be thrown out. He wasn't clear about when and where the power went out. Was it at the place where the cakes are made or was it at that location. I live around the corner and was at that location yesterday and the power was on. He walked me over to the cooler and told me to pick out a cake. I told him that this was special occasion and I wanted the cake that I ordered, with a graduation cap on it with strawberry ice cream. All he had was a small girly looking cake. I would have asked for a refund, but it's the day before the holiday and I doubted very seriously that I could find a more masculine cake. I have visited this location quite regularly for the past 2 years. Sometimes I visit twice daily. I have been a loyal customer. Every since the original manager, Al left the service and the appearance of this location has declined trmendously. They have lost a loyal customer. Deborah 313 820-2328

to whom it may concern: I have been going to dunkin donuts for many many years with my husband and we have always enjoyed your very good cup of coffee, and your muffins. In November of last year my husband passed away and at the end of november my kids gave me a gift certificate to of course dunkin donuts for $50, which they knew i would enjoy and keep up his our pattern, which i have been still doing by going to the same place in palm bay florida. well about May 30 i moved from my big house to a small apartment, and i was so lucky that i have a dunkin donuts right up the street and i keep on putting $50 on my card, if you need any proof just let me know. When i started going, it was really good and my muffin was so nice and soft , i would go between 6:30 and 7 a.m. and it was great, but for the last 4 days my muffins have been terrible, they have been hard on top and dry throughout, when i go through the drive thru i tell them that i want a fresh muffin, and i was told that they make them early in the morning and that what happens to them when i get there at that time, i told him he was dead wrong, because since may 30, i never had a problem, well he was new and maybe he was trying to protect himself, but the othere women heard me and didn't say a word, i might as well just give up, i really enjoyed your place while it lasted, and i'm glad that i didn't put anymore money on my card, i only have about around $7 and change, sometimes they give you your receipt with your balance and sometimes they don't. I will give it to someone else I know that needs it more than i do. thank you jf
Recently I applied for a job in local DD store, I wanted a managerial position as i have experience and college.I attached a resume but not a cover letter. A few days later I returned with the cover letter,to my surprise about 30 Spanish speaking candidates were being interviewed. I left my cover letter with Ms. Mia Barana but she never called me in for an interview. The location is at Pine Island on State Rd.84 As I have Great Credentials [Recently I just worked for the U.S.Census} you can be expecting to hear from my lawyer . You will be sued for discrimination. I never thought I would experience discrimination and bias against a perfectly good English speaking job candidate. Shame on your company. Ms. Pamela Ruggles Ft. Lauderdale Fl.33314
We have a vacation home in Ocean City, MD and my husband goes out in the morning to bring back at least 2 coffees. The one day he went to the 123rd Street location, which is the one we frequent for almost 26 years now, and the coffee was extremely weak. None of us drank it; we chalked it up to a screw up. We now have a new Dunkin Donuts at 54th Street, midtown Ocean City, which is within walking distance. My family came down for a few days and my husband did what he always does and went to the new store and got all of us coffee. Guess what, that was the same strength/weakness as the northern location. Here is my theory: The owners or franchisees may be the same because the coinsidence of both stores serving 'hot water' coffee is uncanny. Most consumers probably did what we did and threw it away. But here is the truth, we will never go back into those stores again. It is a rip off and the owners are obviously aware of this. They know how much coffee is needed to make a pot of coffee. By the way, I buy 2 bags of your coffee ever time I go to BJ's (total $34). I will continue to do so. But, as far as the people you award the franchises to, I will consider which ones I make a purchase in. You can certainly look up the oweners and figure out what I am NOT writng. WE WILL NOT BE RIPPED OFF AGAIN IN OCEAN CITY, MD! Royal Farms make the best coffee ever, they are in O.C. and also located to and from O.C. on Route 50 and Route 113. Enjoy!
i am a regular customer at dunkin donuts at diversey and kimball and milwaukee in chicago,il and i was very upset to find out that i had been cussed out by the person in charge SHARON! she had slide the cup of coffee at me and it spilled on me after i had to asked her 2 times to please put more cream in my coffee....i know i will never go to this dunkin again after 5 YEARS of going there....

The manager now says that noone gets any discount and I cant find any place to get coupons. Can you help? Connie Roup, P. O. Box 815, Ladson, S. C. 29456. e-mail ccrbr99@aol.com
I've been living in Newport, Maine for well over 10 years, and previously have always counted on Dunkin Donuts for its consistency of excellent coffee. I don't know what's going on at the local DD, but the coffee has never been good--it's almost as if they use the grinds twice! We don't go there anymore because the coffee is so weak, and way too expensive for how weak it is. Someone might want to check into the practices of that particular DD.
I am writing on behalf of a friend of mine JOHN Valastro who frequents the Dunkin Donuts store on Lake Worth Road (betwen Jog Rd and Sherwood Forrest) in Greenacres/Lake Worth Florida. The manager of the store who I believe has been there for 10 years goes by the nick-name of Roger but his name is KARAN PANDEY. This store is owned by a gentleman named JAY MARCEL. My friend John worked at this DD location for several years and had to quit because of the torment, harassment and insults he endured while working there by KARAN PANDAY. Mr. Valastro has a slight speech impedment and is very shy and quiet and a good worker and a very nice person. While working there he made many friends with his co-workers and customers so he has been going there twice daily for breakfast and lunch and visits with his friends there. MR PANDAY has called Mr. VALASTRO, "Gay", "Queer", "Fat", "Stupid" and "Retard", and also makes many references ro Mr. VALASTRO's speech issue. Many of the customers have told him to stop the harassment but it continues daily - now my friend is afraid to go there because of the torment he receives each time he walks in the store. This man is out of his mind. He has sent people to where Mr. Valastro lives to drive by, knock on his door and harass him even when he is NOT at the Dunkin Store. He is forced to go to other Dunkin establishments for his coffee and meals and this is unfair. He apparently treats his current workers with violent rages in front of customers. Something must be done to stop this person. I work for an attorney in New York and am sending Mr. VALASTRO to a Palm Beach County attorney to write a Cease and Desist letter to DUNKIN DONUTS and MR. KARAN PANDAY to stop the toment, harassment and defamation of charachter of Mr. Valastro. If this does not work, we are considering a civil lawsuit against all involved. Please pass this on to the owner of this store JAY MARCEL who owns another DD on Boynton Beach Blvd. in Boynton Beach Florida. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE - THERE IS A PREJUDICED MANAGER WORKING THERE WHO IS CLEARLY NOT CARING ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS, OR HIS EMPLOYEES. I can be contacted at am@walsh-amicucci.com to discuss further.
I was a regular customer of Dunkin Donuts 40 jeffrey drive, in Newark, DE. Few days ago when I went to the store I had ridiculous experience. The girl who took my order was very nice and polite and I had seen her trying to speed up the process, but the girls who were helping her were dragging each order and taking lot of time. Becoz of that reason it took like long time for me to reach at the counter to give my order too. Then I had to tell again that my coffee needed some changes even after repeating it three times, so one of the girls came to help me out but the guy in blue shirt whose name i did not know becoz he was not wearing his cap or name tag, who i think was manager, started yelling at her in rude way so I had to interrupt and tell him that it is okay. It was very unpleasant scenario coz that girl was yelling and arguing back and forth too and then when I got my sandwich, it was not what i had ordered, so I told the guy who was making sandwich that my order was something else and suddenly he too got cranky. Then he started yelling and talking to this guy in blue shirt in his language. I could say from his gestures that he was very upset that he had to again make the sandwich and then they were talking in their language and making fun or maybe abusing people who took the order. while i was waiting for my another sandwich i overheard employees saying that the guy in blue shirt was cranky coz he was "tight" either from drinking or maybe taking drugs and that it is same scenario every morning. Overall, it was very unpleasant atmosphere for me to start my day with.
I have visited the store on Lincoln Highway East,in Lancaster, PA....for morning coffee, I could not believe that store.... I was waited on by a male named Nick, he was very rude sneezed in the donuts and wiped his nose with his bare hand it was Gross... it seemed like he was having a bad day... very unprofessional and rude and his customer service was terrible..... The store has really gone down hill! I will not go there anymore... Management seems less to be desired also!
I work for the Commonwealth of Mass and there is a dunkin donuts in my building which is convient. The service is usually excellent and the people are always nice, until this afternoon. I ordered a large ice coffee with a little ice like I order at other dunkin donuts and never have a problem. Well I was told by the gentleman waiting on me that he is charging me double because I did not get alot of ice. I don't understand I do not like a lot of ice for two reasons one the ice ice cold hurts my teeth and I do not drink the coffee right away. But my reasoning is what does that matter. If some wants extra extra cream do you charge the person double. He than rang in a large ice coffee than added another $1.00 to that because I'm getting more coffee and less ice. I did not understand this way of thinking and said I do not want the coffee any longer. He took the coffee back and poured it back into the ice coffee dispenser ice and all. I believe this is against the law since he already poured it and added ice to it. This is a health code violation and a discrimination against a customer that does not like alot of ice in the coffee. I will be contacting the health department of both the city and state since you cannot pour the coffee back in. And just because someone like more or less of something you have no right to charge that person more than what the posted price is, I will be contacting the Consumer Affairs office of the Attorney General.
The location in Chambersburg, PA leaves a lot to be desired. In addition to this comment, I will be CALLING corporate to make my complaint. First, I believe that everyone has a right to work and/or own a business in this country, but let me tell you that CHEATERS are NOT welcomed!! I called this morning to order 2 dozen cinnamon twists. I wanted to pick them up this afternoon, after work. When I called, I could not even understand what the person who answered the phone said. I asked if I had the right number, and she said yes... I then stated that I wanted to place an order, and told her what I wanted. She asked me to wait a minute; then, a man got on the phone and asked me if he could help me. I repeated my order. He repeated what I asked for and got my name and phone number. Now, please understand: I asked for 2 dozen cinnamon twists. Are these not donuts?? I've always considered them to be donuts. Evidently, all of these past 50 years I've been wrong. When I got there to pick up my "donuts", the woman set the boxes on the counter and began to ring me up. I looked at the cash register display and saw the total was $32.XX. I flipped out!! What, I asked, was the cost of one dozen donuts?? Well, the man said, you didn't order donuts. I asked to have a box opened, and to my surprise, there were no donuts, but some sort of small loaf looking long "pastries" for lack of a better word. I just looked at these people in total shock. I looked at the array of donuts behind them, identified the "donut" I wanted (they call this a bow tie), and asked how much those were. I was told that only "donuts" are sold by the dozen; pastries are sold each, and the ones I wanted were $1.32 or something like that EACH. HOLY COW!!! That is basically just robbery. I told the people that I did not want whatever they had in those boxes, that I was not paying for them, and started to walk out. The woman tried to get me back and said "but we put extra in there for you!" Good grief!! What part of NO didn't she understand?? I am very disappointed in many aspects of my experience at this Dunkin Donuts! I will not ever go back, and I will advise people to not bother going there, either.
I am a single mother of a 5 1/2 y/o special needs child attending summer session for 6 weeks. I gave the owner and manager several months notice that I would have to get out at 12Noon to meet his bus after school. Now that it's here, I was told I couldn't leave at 10 minutes of 12 because I would be leaving them high and dry as the store was busy and several coolers had broken down that morning. When I reminded them I had given them lots of notice the manager told to "do whatever the f--k you want to do." I have no one else who can pick him up at that time. I called another staff person to come in 10 minutes early but felt I didn't deserve to be treated that way. It would do nothing to c/o about her to the owner as he suppports her no matter what she does. I have worked for them for several years and done extra shifts when asked, stayed to cover if somebody didn't show etc. I feel I have been a good employee and get little or no support from management.
