I visit a DD store at 334 Ramapo Vally RD. Oakland,NJ. I find that the employees always say WE ARE OUT OF..... It is really bothering when you are in rush!! I guess the manager is not well aware about things or he does not care about the customers!

On 9/10/2010 I noticed my checking account had 16 D&D withdrawals one after another on the same day. So my wife checked to see if they just held it for the week then ran the POS. that wasn't the case the day we used the debt card they took the money. This also happened in my other account different bank. They are not supposed to hang on to credit numbers. I was told to see the store manager in Whitinsville Ma. We had been there twice. we are supposed to do this around her schedule. I am having the police investigate... This is fraud either way you look at it.

I have noticed that when I am in any of your stores ( NJ) late in the afternoon the employees are dumping tray after tray of donuts etc into the garbage - I was shocked - I can't believe that there isn't a place or charity that could benefit from this food . What a waste in this economy !

To Whom It May Concern, Today (9-17-10) at around 3 o'clock my son and I visited your store. We had a coupon "buy 6 donuts, get 6 free." When we tried to use it, we were told that we couldn't because you had a special- 6 donuts for 3.99. I questioned the worker and a manager as to why I couldn't use the coupon and they said they were instructed by corporate not to take it. I'm sitting here wondering why your manager, Tom, wouldn't sell me a dozen donuts ($6.99 regular price) and discount them by 50%. My coupon said buy 6 get 6. I didn't want to buy 6 for $3.99, I wanted to buy a dozen. I had a valid coupon, yet I was allowed to walk out of your store after expending the gas and the effort to go 30 miles round trip. Question: Why would I want to buy two half dozen donuts for $3.99 each when I see that a dozen costs $6.99 and I have a coupon for 6 free donuts? This makes no sense to me. I have been frequenting this store for quite some time now. I get coffee from the drive through at least 3 times a week. I buy my son Baskin-Robbins Ice cream in this store and occasionally donuts. But no more. I wish I'd have never purchased the coupon book I used to get your coupons - Your coupon was a factor in it's purchase. I feel that I was treated unfairly by your corporation and your manager. If I have to drive 40 miles out of my way, I'll go to Krispy Kreme for donuts from now on. What am I supposed to do, call the store to see when there'll be an appropriate time to use my coupon? I hope that you're satisfied with this situation, as I am not going to ever go back to any of your stores again. I hope that it was worth the $1 that you would have made had I bought the two half dozen donuts. I hope it was worth all of the ice cream and coffeee sales that you'll be missing from now on. Not only am I not going to fre

...continued Not only am I not going to frequent your stores any longer, I'm going to tell everyone in my family and all of my friends about what happened and how my son and I were treated. I know that you probably could care less, but at least I'm able to get this off of my chest. This was the store on Enterprise Dr. in Clayton, NC.

i am very disappointed in how the man that franchises the dunkin donuts in the adirondac new york area treats his employees he over works them and under pays them i realize that you need to make a profit but respect your employees. you are very one sided because before you let people go you should get both sides of the story instead of just one person how can someone be working for a fair amount of time and be praised for the work she has done and then you fire that person because of a certain guy that is robbing you of work time he puts hours in but doesnt do anything but sit in the office and text on his phone. i used to work with you before this and he used to be a manager now he is a shift leader and when i was in training for management in his store he would go to the bank and be gone for at least two hours but you feel he is not robbing you. maybe not cash but of hours you really need to take a good look at how the adirondac area dunkin donuts are ran that is why i had quit awhile back. i watch them put their bonus almost where they are unattainable but doesnt look at how hard the employees work for him its almost like slave labor. he wants you to work with a skelton crew so he can make a profit he cant keep help because of this and he just keeps putting up more stores when he has a hard enough time trying to get help for the others but hes not the one that is working in the stores so what does he care. i feel he loses alot of good employees for not giving them alittle respect i was always taught if you want respect respect others as well please remember that your employees are human they may not be a millionaire but they do deserve some respect from you.

First, the DD in Hanover Park, Illinois stops selling dunkin donuts (the ones with the little handles), so I switch to plain. Then they stop selling plain, so i switch again to cinnamon. Now the don't have any cinnamon. My husband stopped in today at 12:30. They were out of all the bagels except for sesame, no croissants, the only donuts they had were yeast donuts. We dont like yeast donuts. We will not go back, the customer service seems to get worse and worse. There are several stores in our area and all of them are terrible. We tried the one on Irving Park, the one on Barrington Rd & Irving Park, we tried the one on Barrington Road in Hoffman Estates. Maybe they are owned by the same people, but its a shame when you cant find what you want. We are now offically McDonalds clients and we will spend our hard earned money there.

I have just been totally humiliated by a new employee at your Butler NJ Dunkin Donuts Store, After purchasing a large green box of tea bags for the last three years there is now a new manager there that insists I've never ever purchased tea from the store. Believe me, I am not senile yet and I know what I have been buying it is the only tea I can drink. The manager that use to run the older Main Street Dunkin Donuts charged me $10.00 for a box of 200 tea bags, then when the new store opened up down the street the cost went up to $12.00 a box, still worth the price to me as I have had a gastric bypass and the only thing I can drink is tea~~ and your brand is the only one that I like. The woman waiting on me told this "new" manager that she remembers me and yes indeed they did sell it to me, he became nasty and irritated telling me that there isn't even a key on the register to ring it up, so therefore I "never" bought it from them. IF you sell coffee, why not sell the tea too? What the heck am I suppose to do now that the old manager is no longer there and this arrogant jack ass has taken over. HELP, I am running low on tea bags! Thank you, Donna Lombardo 355 Hamburg Tpe Butler, NJ 07405 973-283-0662

the dunkin donuts on route 9 in clifton park NY store #338717 is the worst in the area. my family and I visit that location often, but no longer will with some recent events we have witnessed. In the past 18 months that store has the rudest employee's I've ever seen and the district manager is insane by yelling in front of customers at the employee's and the managers to move customers and he rushes customers and they aren't allowed to finish their order when ordering in this drive thru. I have had this happen so many times to me there over the past yr. Last week I was told by the district manager who's name is Anthony that I must come in from now on to order my sandwiches because I hold their drive thru up by ordering 5 sandwiches in the drive thru with 3 coffee's. I have ordered the same thing there for 3 yrs and now i have to track 4 kids into the store which 2 are in car seats yet to order food for my family. This is very inappropriate and because of this district manager I will no longer go to that location in the future. I would spend $16.00- $24.00 2x's a week in that drive thru ordering food for my family when we didn't have time for breakfast at home. I am not the only person to experience being told to comew in from now on. I have 4 co-workers who have also been told the same thing by this District manager. I will make sure they loose business because of their attitude towards people who choose to visit their restaurant. In the future I will be finding another dunkin donuts to visit who has more respect for their customers.

The local store # 342471 in Taneytown MD 21787 has been a big disappointment. For over the last two years I have had to put up with a morning crew of employees who seem to think they can talk down to me and act rude. In the hard times we live in one would think they should be happy to have a job with a fine company like DD. I am retired and like your products but someone should get to this store with a list of how to treat people. I was a VP of the company I worked for and have a collage education, and should not be treated like they did'nt care.I will be sending this rating to both the local store and corporate office.

Since March of this year I have been visiting two of your stores in Indianapolis through the each work week and some on the weekends. I am always there at 5:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter. I love the coffee but most of the time when I arrive at 5:00 a.m. and pull up to the drive through, the lights are not on and I have a delay in getting someone to answer the drive through. In my almost thirty years of managing in retail and distribution, this would not have cut it with my superiors. In my experience it was always expected that the staff is ready as well as the product you are selling no later than five minutes before the store opens. This morning I pulled up to the drive through at 5:00 a.m. and waited five minutes until the lights came on and someone to wait on me. I actually watched the clerk pull in to the lot, get out of her car and then proceed inside before waiting on me. It seems to be the pattern in both stores and I would hope that this is not the norm in all locations. You offer a good product but service needs to improve in order for me to keep coming back. Your competition is told that they must be ready and actually start taking orders if a customer arrives ten minutes before the scheduled time to open. I would suggest these rules be implemented to keep up with the competition. Hope things change soon so I don't have to. Thanks, Dave Tackett dtackett2003@yahoo.com Indianapolis, IN

i think that the dunkin dounts in smithfield NC should work on their management skills and stop letting their employees use drugs while on the job as well as drinking. i also think that they should have better customer service and their employees shouldn't be so mean and spend all their time on their phones. i went in to the smithfield NC location the other day and on of the employees i think his name was john was smoking weed in his car!!!!!!!!!! i think some kind of action should be taken..

My complaint is different.I worked for dunkin donuts in tilton NH the one by the tilton diner. My experience for the last ten months has been horrifying.I was yelled at and pushed around like a dog along with other employees as well.I got sick of it and put in my two weeks motice. My last day was yesterday 09/04/2010.My boss Annette decided to pick a fight with me on my last day,but i refused to allow her to belittle or degrade me in front of anyone again so i decided to stand up to her with some serious words exchanged, she fired me before i could finish my shift that day,and on top of it she got a restraining on me so i couldnt come back and get my check, and so i couldnt see my fellow employees.I feel as if she used me to show off her power to the rest of those who work there. To show them what she will do if anyone should decide to defend their honor or simply stick up for theirselves. This place has lost ALOT of employees because of her and i would have never put in my two weeks if it werent for her.All of her best has quit.People who have been there for ten years or better, and she is still losing people all the time. This place should be thoroughly investigated, and replaced with a more proffesionally behaved store manager who can handle people, and treat employees like their valued and not like their expendable. Please somone do something! Thank you,Sincerely Tracy Akins

I visited a dunkin donuts baskinrobbins today on 19 Bayshore rd, Bayshore N.Y. While i was waiting I noticed the employees were handling food and not one employee was wearing gloves .I found this so un sanitary and discusting . So I bought an icecream that was packaged in a carton . I was not having them make me anything .I will not be visiting them any time soon ever again . They were handling food and money . discusting

Im writing to express my regards to this supposedly new policy, that employees are told that they are to do anything the Managers ask of them, of it could be grounds for termination. With the economy in such a downslide, these kids are believing this and doing jobs to me, that are not in their description. Any employee working in the sales/service counter area, should be doing just that, greeting customers, selling the product. I understand they all have in door cleaning projects, as i once did as a waitress moons ago. Applaud to the fact they are telling these kids and adult management they need to do "Landscaping detail, including weed picking and scraping old gum from the parking lot." Maybe they should save money on these managers that sit around and do nothing, and hire a Groundskeeper. I've never heard of any businesses having their staff out there cutting the grass, weeding, or gum detail. This is to me unacceptable, and wanted to know if headquarters was aware of this. Let these degrading store owners get out there on their weekends and do the job. Concerned parent of Rhode Island stores. Subject matter Labor dept should be looking into!

MY PROBLEM WITH DUNKIN DONUTS IS THE EMPOYEE'S ARE RUSHED AND DO NOT TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE YOUR COFFEE THE WAY IT IS REQUESTED. I LIKE MY COFFEE XTRA XTRA LIGHT NO SUGAR AND WHEN I AM LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET MY COFFEE WITH NO SUGAR, IT'S DARK. I AM PAYING 3.00 FOR A COFFEE SO, I WOULD LIKE IT MY WAY. EMPLOYEE'S MAKE YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE, WHAT GOOD IS DUNKIN DONUTS COFFEE, IF YOU CAN'T DRINK YOUR WAY. DO DUNKIN DONUTS EMPLOYEE'S LIKE THIER COFFEE THIER WAY?! SO, DO WE!!

I went into the Dunkin Donuts in Smyrna De and ordered donuts. Midway through getting our donuts the girl stopped and used the same tissue that she was picking up the donuts with to scratch her leg, several times. She then went back to and picked up more donuts with that same tissue. When I told her what she had done and that I no longer wanted any of them, she screamed. The whole appearance of the place was dirty that day. The floors needed swept, there were only 2 people working and she was extremely rude. I called the corporate office, who told me the owner would call me about it and he never did. I am now getting prank calls and it is my hopes that my number was not passed to the same teenager, that I reported. I will never give that store my business again.

This pertains to the Dun-kin Doughnuts located at: 3011 Plainfield Road; Joliet Illinois. I just got back to my Motel across the street with a dozen doughnuts and I don't even want to eat one. I ordered a dozen doughnuts, and he dropped a French Cruler on the floor and left it there until he thought I was out of sight, and he picked it up and threw it back into the tray, and it fell down again, so he picked it up and threw it again, and it stayed in the tray on the shelf and he went about his business....Believe me. I have second thoughts about eating at Dunkin Doughnuts ever again. Also, word of mouth is the best advertisement..I guess ya know I will be letting People know in my travels across the USA. Disgusting...That Clerk should be fired....I'm sure it's on camera. It's 11:00 PM, so it happened between 10:30 PM an now....Sincerely, Walter Carr. E-Mail: kittycar527@yahoo.com Phone: 602-214-9044

Dear Gail, I love dunkin donuts coffee. I used to be a regular customer at a Dunkin Donuts located at 1909 N. Western Ave, Chicago, IL, 60647, but now I have stopped visiting this location because of rude behavior, stale coffee and bad customer service. There used to be a guy named "Abhishek", who gave excellent customer service, remembered all the customers orders and served high quality XL coffee, but after he has left the quality has degraded. The other workers at this location serve stale, warm coffee. They are rude and show bad attitude. - Sammy Johnson

Last night 8/26/10 my friends and I met up outside of Dunkin Donuts on 45th street(LA Guardia shopping center)in Astoria,NY like we do every night. I ordered my usual iced coffee but went back in to get my Fiance and friend hot coffee but was told there was no more hot coffee. It was 1/2 hour before closing and there is no excuse why they could not make a fresh cup.Since when doesn't Dunkin donuts have hot coffee??? Tehy didn't have hot coffee yet served one of my friends a really crappy Dunkaccinno. Does that make sense? The workers actually know all of us by name and how we all take our coffee because we are there all the time and have become friendly with all of them. Then this morning I went in and ordered $15.00 worth of breakfast and when I explained to the girl behind the register that she had given me the wrong size iced coffee instead of just changing the size she argued with me and gave me an attitude. So I snapped back at her...How hard is it to pour the coffee into a different size cup??? So she did so but with an attitude! There are 8 of us who drink your coffee everyday more than once a day and would like to continue to do so. But...we will not go spend our money in your Frachise if we are going to get treated poorly after the amount of money we spend there a week. On average we spend about $300 a week between all of us in coffee. Which means we should definately get treated with respect and not get an arguement or a dirty look when we place a coffee order. I am very displeased with the service we have recieved lately.
