Dunkin Donuts Corporate Office & Headquarters

I went into Dunkin Donuts off of interstate I-40 in Amarillo, Tx. Thos would be exit 75 I believe. First it took the young lady forever to take my order (we were the only ones in the store). They had to remake my coffee 3 times! And the breakfast I ordered was disgusting! Like it was old... I ordered the Steak breakfast burrito (paid $5 for it) for my father which was smaller than the dollar burritos you get at McDonalds and tasted old and disgusting! My crossant sandwich had old sausage in it. I am highly disappointed in the service we received there on 7/13/14. This makes me change my whole view on EVERY Dunkin Donuts.

I am a customer at dunkin donuts at 103 n. caroline street Herkimer,ny 13350 . I think it was wrong for them to fire kim hazzard she was a very hard worker, she was very nice and respectful to all the customers. I sat and watched her one day and she did her job very well. they fired her for a stupid reason , because she gave donuts away to people at the end of her shift instead of throwing them in the trash. I think it was totally wrong and so do other customers. that is a stupid reason to fire somebody.

Why is it that Dunkin' Donuts does not stir their iced drinks. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that they are not required to, every time I get ice coffee or iced latte they seem to leave all the junk at the bottom. shaking the coffee does not do nothing. they should learn how to stir their coffee otherwise it ends up to taste like garbage. I didn't ask for a black coffee with a bunch of cream on the bottom. I asked for a cookie dough iced coffee. Learn how to stir the coffees , it's common sense...

How could someone have the audacity to sell customers Donuts out the garbage and keep a shift leader position? Is this not against all health code violations? Tampas 4325 west Hillsborough store begs to differ and keep such an employee and give him a raise. Way to go "Richard" how about you serve a customer a sandwich with "fecal" fingers next time.

Holy Cow! I went to the Dunkin Donuts in Easton PA on Sullivan Trail and they charged me $1.48 for extra cream cheese. Are you kidding me? What is the percentage mark up on that. I could buy 8 servings at the grocery store for that amount. I'm sorry but I don't agree with that price AT ALL. 50 cents is high but even much more reasonable.

the tables and floors were very duty and they did not clean it at all there are steins on the table because they don't know how to clean a table or a floor very sad lazy staff in coney inland hoped they all get fired and hired new staff for that store

I ordered donuts here at sharronville location for my doctors office and no one ate them the doctors got made at me and told me to throw the old donuts away they were hard as rocks my donut had a black hair on it. I we'll my mines made up no more donuts.

190Marietta st. When sweetly is under pressure from long lines and being real busy she get rude and start yelling at customers and employees it's very disrespectful and rude and that not how u manage a business.

Visited the new store in Oconomowoc Wi!! Used the drive-Thru never a good morning thank you or anything! RUDE No napkins in bag, purchased apple chicken sausage sandwich. A greasy mess!! What happened to The eggs benedict sand?? :(

I was a coffee drinker for years and years, but now I have problem with the milk I have to drink lactose free milk. I was wondering why your stores do not have more that 2 or 3 kind of milks. 711 is a really small company compare to yours and they have at least 7 to 10 diferent kind of milks for the public. Is there anything you can do for the 50 + % of the population with this lactose problem ? Thank you very much. God bless you

I love DD! I've been a loyal customer for many years. I do a lot of traveling so I've been to many locations in many states. I on a very rare occasion have had a bad experience. Considering I buy coffee everyday at DD one unpleasant employee is not going to stop me from enjoying DAd's as a whole.

I swear some D D places sell day old donuts And everyone should check receipts from gift cards ! ! I love Dunkins BUT ! One has to be aware today on everything

Rome, NY (black river blvd) has some of the rudest and slowest workers. Also, would like to go in and not buy donuts like look like a three year old drew on them. The manager needs to stop the person that's ruining them.

I picked up 1/2 dozen donuts from the Thomas Rd. Location and the box had tiny ants inside of it. I will not be able to visit this location again.

Friend got hurt in store. They could care less. She never got compensated. Will never go to DD again. I rather go to Starbucks. Better class of employees.

The Owings Mills DD is terrible. The donuts are stale and they did not keep their promise to refund if customer is not satisfied.

what kind of owner threatens there employes if they speak out about the truth that a ex employ had said that could save a innocent mans life not a story that I would spend my hard earn money on and what does that tell you about that owner what is she hideing

DD Your scratch offs are horrible. The paper rips and your not able to see if you won or even what you won. I can't help but think this is done intentionally. I guess the corporation saves a lot of money this way. Very disappointed!!
