Dominos Pizza Corporate Office & Headquarters

I ordered a med 2 topping pizza, 8 wings And a 2 liter of coke from the dominos pizza in fayetteville nc. The website said it would take 41-51 minutes to recieve my food that was at 1800. At 1838 the tracker stated that my food had been checked for deliciousness by Albert at 1913 I called the store asking about my order. Albert placed the phone on the countertop and walked away. Approximately 10 mins later another employee picks up the phone...i explained to him i was waiting on Albert concerning my order. Albert returned to the phone stating oh i am sorry i hot side tracked. He said that they were busy under staffed and my order should be on its way. I hung up. At 1926 i called back to the store asking to speak to the manager where i was told by the employee that answered the phone that he was busy and did not have time to speak to me. I explaines to the young man that that is unacceptable he them again expressed to me that the manager was busy. Finally at 1933 the manager came to the phone. Apparently Albert the young man i spoke to earlier was the manager. He explained to me i dont know what to su again we are really busy and i had to call in drivers. I did finally recieve my food which i paid 26.00 for and of course it was cold and not good at all. This is completely unacceptable!!!! I will NEVER order from ANY Dominos Pizza every again

I went into the Thomasville NC branch on main street and wanted to order 6 hot and ready They only had 2 ready so I ask If i could get fresh onze and the manager told me no that i would HAVE to take What They had so i left and went to another pizza place and paid extra 2 dollars to HAVE them made Fresh

your domino pizza here in oneida are not ambitious about selling your pizza. as a matter of fact they are blatantly rude and last night i had ordered pizza delivery. i heard a door slam shut outside, i had no tv or anything to obstruct my hearing. i finally look out and see the girl at the passenger side. i wait for the knock but it never came. i look out and no one is there. the person on the other end states that she could not get an awnser. i was listening for the knock. i call and they state she knocked 3 times and called my phone with no awnser. they are rude and say " she knockedd 3 times and could not get anyone to door. and i would have to come and pick my order up. this is a lie i was waiting. i hear a door in my parking lot but cannot hear a knock at my door? something is wrong. other times the evening supervisor has hung up on me. There is always an issue here. one other time the eve. supervisor hung up on me. i am a polite person and i dont understand a business not wanting to sell their product.

Ask the employees at the Madison, New Jersey Domino's why they falsely accused me of a crime that was committed WHILE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL. The charges were dismissed, of course; because of the over-whelming evidence that proved that I wasn’t anywhere near the Domino’s in Madison at the time in question. They should be reminded that lying to the authorities is perjury and could carry jail time. Though this transpired more than a year and a half ago, the passage of time does not diminish the truth or make the memory less painful. I was subjected to the humiliation of handcuffs and finger printing and treated like a criminal. When it was over and I was exonerated, there were no apologies or admission of wrong-doing. Is this the kind of people you employ?

I ordered a pizza for delivery in 9272 Flatbush Ave. Brooklyn,Ny. My pizza arived 45 mins after the tracker said that the delivery guy left. I only live 8mins away from the store. The pizza arrived cold an today I just noticed that I was charged an extra tip on my credit card. Although my pizza was late I still tiped the driver in cash. I will be calling to complain.

I am an imployiee at dominos and i am not complaining about the food its realy good and our store is almost always on time but my prob is with manigers not doing there job right i lost out on four and a half hours all because they never sent my new inc card off i have a three month old baby and a mom a wife and a little brother to take care of WTF.

on my laptop my order was 2 pizza with 2 toppings of bacon and pep & bacon and chicken and they put onions on 1 of them so i call the manager from this store and he just try to argue with me and told me that the pizza was right and that i was wrong and he couldn't even apologize. U guys hav drug sellin employees in ur pittsfield ma north st store who use drugs inside the store n outside. theres a bug problem in the kitchen and the cooks dnt wear gloves when makin food. they also wash dishes with jus hot water and no soap. the delivery drivers are rude

WOW, (DOMINO's St Robert MO)I ordered delievery was not told it would take over a hour, after one hour I called the manager yelled in my ear to ask the delivery guy if he was taking my order out he said "yeah when I get done with this" so after another 20 min I call and speak with Doug who says I dunno what to tell ya we are behind and we have been telling people we are running a hour to a hour and a half behind. (OK Doug I am a liar when I told you no one told me it would take this long) I said let me speak to your manager so I speak with Mandy who stated "I dunno what to tell ya we are under staffed and doing the best we can sorry about that it's on its way out it will be his first stop" So he gets here about ten min later and I finally get my chicken bacon and ranch sandwhich and yes its not only ICE COLD but the bread is FULL OF GREECE AND THE CHICKEN IS AS HARD AS LEATHER!! I left a message at corporate (b/c obviously Mandy and Doug are just too fabulous at customer service) wonder if I will get a coupon that I will never use because I am done with DOMINO's whatever happened to customer service and having pride in your work!!!????

I called dominoes like three times and asked for delivery and they hung up!!! this was the last straw dominoes has always had bad service and in my opinion is the worst pizza place in existence. Pizza hut or Papa Johns is the way to go. Dominoes pizza sucks anyway never ever going to order from dominoes. Worst food chain in the world in my opinion. Never ordering from 2680 N. Main St again!!!!!!

I have never had anyone disrespect me like the head manager at the Grandville store on main telling at me for no reason and telling me to get out of there when all I was doing was sitting in My car by the door

I will never order from dominos again!I ordered my pizza at 9:30 and at 11:30 the pizza is still not here. i have kids who want to wait that long for some pizza? nobody uyou guys def need to fix that. then i called and i have been sitting on hold for 15 minutes waiting on them. Against my better judgment, I ordered from the dominos in Oneida TN The last time I did not only did it take over an hour to get here, it was wrong and cold. I decided to give them another chance. The pizza took over am hour to get here and as a result was cold. I will not order again.

The assistant manager tonna or how Ever you spell it in Gainesville Texas by far the rudest immature person to work in a customer service position . My sister ordered dominoes yesterday and she told the cashier 3 times to make sure to put garlic on the pizza. When the pizza came she looked and there was NO garlic so she called again and she spoke to the managerand said hey i'm paying to buy your pizza and i said 3 times to put garlic and your employes didn't put what i wanted so the manager told my sister that they will deliver her a free pizza with garlic when the pizza got there she opened it and there was a pool of garlic....WTF the whole pizza box was wet and you couldn't even tell there was a pizza underneath it.once again she called and told the cashier to give her the corporate number and they told her to call 1-800 dominoes...she called and it was the wrong number so what my sister did was take pictures of the pizza.... dominoes is the worst pizza company in the whole entire world
