262 Boston post rd , portchester ny 10573:: On Sunday jan 20 2013, I entered this dominos pizza and was in the process of ordering , when I noticed an employee handling the cash register . He then went over to handle pizza dough without washing his hands, I mentioned it to the employee taking my order and he laughed, even after telling him that i can report it. I then watched as the other employee went back to the cash register and back again to handle pizza dough, I canceled my order and walked out in disgust.

Just ordered pizza from the helotes Texas store, and have a great experience with the manager named Fred! He was very through and very polite! My family orderers from dominos all the time and will continue to do so!

Pouring down rain, ran off the road by a Dominoes delivery driver speeding down a rural two lane road. Called the local store to reprt the driver and was treated rudley and was hung up on by the manager! We order from Dominoes often, but as a result will be taking our business elsewhere. Unfortunately for Dominoes, I have two pizza loving teenagers with a lot of friends.

This is the second time the Palestine, TX store has sentv an order that isnt right. I love Domino's Pizza, but this store hasn't gotten their stuff together. They deliver wrong orders and then, when called, have a terrible attitude and smart answers. I will never do business with them again. If I move to another town, then yes, I look forward to a Dominos Pizza again, but not here....

When they changed their recipe I gave them a chance and I was delighted over the change. The crust was light with a garlic overlay and the sauce was sweet but not too sweet. I was truly amazed at the taste!!! But over 8 months, Dominoes in my area has reverted, The flavor and tasted is no longer there!!! The pizza of 8 months ago is no longer!!! It is "Piss poor" no taste nothing compared to the recent prior pizzas Adios Dominoes find your way into bankruptcy, I am looking elsewhere!!!

I have been ordering dominoes for years, i went into the store at 3484 boston road and got poor customer service.i made a order and was waiting for about 30 minutes , when i asked the guy if my order was ready he said i did not make an order, so i left and decide to order online . I placed a order at 6:00pm the pizza guy showed up at exactly 8:00PM with cold pizza while i was on the phone with customer service, i decided to drive to the store and speak to the manager, the employees took everything as a joke ,,just no respect !! right now i am trying to call your corporate number ..

i dont even know why i order pizza from you guys anymore everytime i call in a order i am put on hold and then wait for over an HOUR for my pizza every single time and i order pizza from you atleast twice a week

On Dec 25 at about 616pm i placed an order of 3 pizzas a bowl of pasta and a order of ten wings. We waited over an hour to receive our order the wait was not the issue it was the quality in which we received our meal.. one of the pizzas was completely wrong. The other one was not fresh. NOT TO MENTION THE WINGS AND THE PASTA !! A horrible burn dried out pasta. The 10pc wings were also burn. I did not spend $10 nor $20 our total came out to be $52.15 i was disappointed. I cant believe someone will give out a meal in those conditions. I called the store in various occasions but was always placed on hold. YOUR WORKERS SUPPOSE TO DRIVE IN COSTUMERS NOT TO PUSH THEM AWAY FROM THEIR STORE. Im just so disappointed. My family's reaction when i opened the boxes of food was so horrible. For it to be christmas day and be the only of a few locations open was the worst experienced EVER i should off just bought a cheap pizza from a un brand place and maybe it would have been better. We've been ordering from Domino's for some time now, but today is the last time. We've waited for our delivery for over an hour, and when my husband called, the employee said that the delivery man claimed he couldn't find our place and called our home. He said that when he called, someone said they didn't want the pizza anymore. My husband explained that we've had an online account, and that the information was valid. The employee then began laughing at my husband, and when my husband insisted on talking to a manager, the employee changed his voice and thought it would be funny to act as the manager, and my husband could hear other employees laughing in the background. If he was, then shame on Domino's Pizza for hiring such unprofessional people. We had to call several times to make sure that the will refund the money. We orderef from the Domino's in Newhall, CA on Lyons Ave. They absolutely don't deserve one star.

Everyone always writes letters when they have complaints, but I wanted your offices in the corporate arena to know how pleased I am with the service at the Domino's Pizza in Alamosa, CO. I have ordered pizza fairly frequently over the last few years and I just wanted you to know what a fantastic staff you have in Alamosa from the manager down to the delivery people. Every singly time I call to place an order the employees have been courteous, patient and friendly. I have never had one be short tempered or rude, ever. These are younger people , but i have never had any of them show me a bad attitude. Which is the reason I quit ordering from our local Pizza Hut. Ordered from Tucson Arizona for Fort Lowell location. The gentleman on the phone was so helpful and so fun to talk to. I usually go to hungry Howie's or blackjack pizza but tonight I thought I'd change it up. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich for the first time and wondered if that would be enough for just me the guy on the phone gave me a suggestion of a coupon for 10 change and comes with a small pizza I ended up getting it and it was so good. Honestly delicious! I have ordered from you guys before but I am officially coming back to you guys Domino's is the best. I just wanted you guys to know how great of a job you are doing great job

Last night I walked into store #6821 (Fort Worth, Tx) where there were 8 employees working. I was the absolute only guest in the lobby. I made eye contact with each of the employees yet not one acknowledged me. No one greeted me, asked to take my order or let me know that someone will be with me soon. I waited about 3 min and 30sec and then decided to walk out. Even then no one made an attempt to service me. After six years of faithful service to that location this was the first time I was highly disappointed.

Yesterday the 26 of November I ordered a pizza from store #8241 in Oakland ca. I was really disappointed with my pizza, I ordered a large Hawain pizza with extra cheese, & extra sauce. I ordered my pizza around 1:50 pm and I didn't receive it till 3:30, I wondered why, if I live close by it. I usually receive my pizzas in 25 - 30 minutes. The employee was rude, & gave me an attitude when I asked him how come it took this long for me to get my pizza. He's response was, my driver called you 3 times & even left you a voicemail ( which was a lie ) I didn't receive any calls or not even 1 voicemail from anyone. While I talked to the employee, he said, do you still want us to send out your pizza again, & I said sure. By the time I got my pizza, the cheese & everything else was cold & it usually has a lot of pineapples & ham but this time it had very few. I called the store again & talked to the same employee wondering why my pizza was cold & all he said was cause you never picked up my drivers calls & hung up on me. So I ended throwing away the pizza & ordering food from some where else. This is just sad how I paid for food twice, & all because employees at Dominos didn't want to make me a new pizza..

I went to the one in Fulton, NY....first mistake. The employees are very dirty looking and the place wasn't clean at all. Then the employee tried talking politics...really???

Store #8434 11921 Beach Blvd Stanton, CA 90680 This has got to be the WORST pizza I've ever ordered in my life. We ordered 2 pizzas, one came back BURNT with the WRONG toppings, the wings we ordered came back smothered in sauce to cover up the BURNED taste. Not to mention they tasted like theyve been sitting under a hot lamp all day. The delivery driver came in jeans and a t-shirt, no uniform, was 20 minutes LATE on top of the 30 origionally said, and had the nerve to ask for a tip. I honestly will NEVER eat at Dominos again.

My husband and I order a large pizza and boneless chicken on the internet. I ordered a specialty pizza which was made wrong. The time before that they had made the same mistake with my pizza. But the boneless chicken had none of the sauces we ordered. So we called and they put us on hold then another person who didnt even say whohe was spoke with us. He didnt want to resolve the issue just give us a coupon for next time. We had them bring us new chicken and sauce and let them keep the coupon. When the women delivered the food she was rude to my husband just like the man we spoke with. I wont b ordering dominos again.

9509 livingston rd fort washington md 20744, has the most rude people working there! They never give good customer service and the owner of that place need to give it up! I think he hires anybody that has two legs and two arms he can careless if they know how to talk to people! When the mgr there tells you, " yes I hung up on u proves that he has done this many of times and dont care because his boss will allow it! I hate this place with a passion! I will for now on drive the extra miles to go to papa johns orpizza hut! They really need to close this place down and start all over!

I ordered Brookly Pizza as that was the one preselected online. I knew it would be thin. The pizza that was delivered is very, very, very thin as if the dough had NO time to rise. It was a sausage type pizza so I expect some grease but this pizza is swimming in grease and is so thin (while hot) that it can't be picked up or folded without tearing. The Market St. manager did not appear to care about customer satisfaction so it's back to Papa John's I guess.
