Dominos Pizza Corporate Office & Headquarters

I've been buying your pizza's for years but I don't like the NEW CRUST that is gluten free. It ins't soft and chewy like the old crust and has a strange taste. Please either bring back the old crust or give your customers a choice of the type of crust wanted I'll have to start buying my pizzas some place else. I love our local Dominos Pizza Store in Grants Pass, Oregon as they are very friendly, always answer the phone promptly and never make mistakes on my order,

First time I had their new pan pizza it was good, flaky crust, however since ordering the pan pizza a number of times now from different locations I noticed most of the time the pizza is doughy, Not fully cooked. I wonder if the style ovens are cutting it to close with the pan pizza that we risk getting an under cooked pizza 50% of the time?? Not sure, wonder if others noticed?

i waited an hr and a half just to have to call them back to be told i had a red flag on my acct due to the incompetency of the workers at dominos. failing simple things like getting an order correct does not constitute being banished. i filled out the questionnaire fairly - i told the truth!

On November 5, 2012 I placed a order via the internet. After. I received my order I noticed onion on my pizza, I then called the store where I was told my debit card would be credited. I called the store 5 days later to tell them no credit was issued and they promised to call me back that night (Sat November 10th). I calle back on November 11, and asked for cooperates telephone number and was given a non working number

My Domino's is located at 471 Mclean Ave Yonkers, NY 10705. After Hurricane Sandy knocked out are Electric and cable. My Domino's was open. On. Oct 30, Nov 1, Domino's trucks were coming in with supplies for my local store. They did what Con-ED, FEMA ,@ Cable, could not do..they kept it rolling. Your store manager would charge our cell phones, and serve up an excellent HOT product, with a smile and an encouraging word.Some people are still without elec and today Domino's starts it's $3.99 Medium cheese specials. I LOVE U!.

I ordered one pizza and an order of boneless chicken. I waited on hold for 6 minutes to place my order was told it would arrive 30-45 min. My pizza arrived over an hour later and was cold and dried out as if we're sitting under heat lamps for quite sometime. I told my delivery driver about my order and she instructed me to call the store. I called and waited on hold for 6 min and 32 seconds before anyone picked the phone up. I asked to speak with the manager she informed me that she was the manager and while I was explaining the problem she kept interrupting me saying that they were busy and short staffed she didn't have time for my complaint/concerns. I asked how we could fix the problem but she again started giving me excuses with no concern for my order. The manager's name was Jasmine and I urge anyone about to call dominos to make a different choice because dominos doesn't care about the integrity of their product nor their customers. I will NEVER call dominos again! Also the boneless chicken was the size of a quarter... Big waste of time and money at dominos in Arlington, Tx today! Horrible experience.

Yesterday I had my 57 birthday. We celebrated today. When my husband asked what I wanted for b-day dinner, I said "you know, I have never eaten Domino's". I ordered the Tuscan Salami and the Extravaganza. I cannot remember having had a better pizza, and we have had our share around the country!

We live in Kingman AZ. The staff at Domino's is courteous. The store looks clean. The pizza was ready when stated. Cannot beat them!

I live in St Louis and my family and I order pizza from the dominos on natural bridge. Every time we call there ours NEVER a good experience and they are always so rude!

Most Horrible customer service at Caliente Drive Sunnyvale Ca. Order, The Perfect combo and delivered short on food. I asked to deliver the missing item, and the guy told me to wait and hold (3X)until the delivery guy comes back from other delivery. I asked them again if can someone please deliver the missing food they said NO and hang up on me. I called back a girl answered, same thing I have to wait for their conveinience. WOW, really. So got frustrated and told them the customer service is sucks. The girl told me and I quote "if you think our customer service is sucks, you can order somewhere else." she also said "I have to hang up on you because I have to cook and answer the other line." WOW!!! what a great associates to hire. But I think I will take her advise, and give my business somewhere else. ZERO STAR Appalling services.

My husband and I tried the pan pizza and it was the worst pizza that we have ever gotten, on television you show that the cheese and sause goes all the way to the crust well that is a joke and the pizza was doughy we would never go back to dominos again and were I work at both of my two jobs I also told people about our experience

i have enjoyed dominos pizza for a long time and its not becuase i won the company i love the very flavor ove the pizza crust wholsome and soft to the teeth and taste to the toung.thats all. june mariekimpel plymouth ma.

i ordered 3 classic hogies all of them was wrong i called and talked to the manager i told her what the problem was she said she put them together herself and they were right they didnt even have pizza sause they was dry she was rude to me i just lost my leg and was in a car wreck and broke my rist and this is how i get treated i was nice to her and just wanted the right order and she refused to help me and make everything right this is not the way to run a buisness and on top of all that my son ate half of his and now hes saying his stomach hurts i couldnt eat mine ima save it to show that its not right there is something that need to happen about this if my son starts puking im taking him to hospital and im going to sue this company this is not right

worst service ever i ordered a pizza in hayward ca clawiter ave got wrong pizza and they dint change it for me.wtf i paid for it and the manager said cant make u new one after 3 hours

you have your adds on tv that dominos is better now of how would you choose frozen or fresh dough you still dont got it and might not never in new castle pa how can you make fresh dough when your workers cant even cook a pizza a 2 year old know better we ordered 2 times already and the dough was half raw thats right half raw not cooked never order again learn how to cook first thank u

Just ordered a pizza then spinsh artisans asked for spinish and chicken was sent spinsh and onoins im allergic to onionns cant eat the pizza havent eating all day was looking to this but now i h ave to go to the store to get my money back i am so dissatifide with today its hard to say what i want to say if you would or couldent do what i paied for why should i every comy back ???

i tried to order 2 pizzas online but the ste wouldnt let me for some reason so i tried to call the store 10 minutes before they closed but the didnt answer til 1 min after closing time then wouldt take my order

I called in a carry out order last week four two toppings pizzas For 5.99 my total was 25.00. So I called in the same Exact order today and it was 40.00 when I inquired about the price difference the young lady I spoke to Argued with me when I went to pickup my order it was wrong when I asked for the corporate number she ignored me. I will not ever come to this location again. This was at the Richlands nc location
