Dollar Tree Corporate Office & Headquarters

Dollar Tree does not even recognize Easter as a holiday any more. Seems they'd understand, without Easter, you would not even have Christmas. Lots of luck with the business!!

This person is one of the most condescending individuals I and several other people have come in contact with. Smart untrue answers in response to consumers that are supporting his salary. Will take the time to send a letter to their corporate hdqtrs to spare other people his boorish ways.

This store has the worst customer service. I will no longer shop at the lima ohio location.

I think that this dollar tree store should adopt a new method of calling in workers. Everyone should be on an on-call shift even on days they are off; and when they do not answer a call from the management they should be able to be written up. Management should not be ignored and corporate shouldn't tie managements hands.

I went to to our local dollar tree at hwy 42 in Garner. I showed the manager that the end aisle where they had displayed their chocolate bunnies for Easter were melting. The sun was shining directly through the window onto the bunnies and melting them...ALL of them. His response: I'm sorry Mam that's where Corporate says we have to display them and we can't move them. My response: Good Luck selling melted chocolate bunnies.

I have tried several times to use coupons as Dollar Tree stores advertise. Most of them say they are good on ANY product that the company makes. Guess what? Because the picture on the coupon shows a different product, they say they cannot accept them. Am I living in Oz? Since when do we go by pictures and not the word content? Unfortunately, the people employed by this company cannot read or understand what is written....thus, look at the picture. I plan to write to our BBB in Tampa...I would love to know what manager thought this policy up. Either start accepting coupons for the product specified or stop taking them at all.

The store i am talking about is in La Junta colorado I bought some 4 pair of 2 sunshine glasses along with 2 reading glasses as i paid out and the nice lady gave me my change i didnt grap all of my packeges i forgot one i found this out when i got home with no glasses pairs of glasses might not see a lot to you but being on disabilility i live in Lamar co some 60 miles away the La Junta store, mananger is think her name was tony she went above the call of duty, i would like to share this type of sincere about her customers this woman is awosome, I then called back to the store and spoke to the mananager and she was ver sincere I was not just a number unlike these big box stores she represented Dollar in the upmost respect for the customer, so from now i an a DollarTree customer i would like to have the Dollar Tree Corporate Headquarters know about this. My young daughter had an accident and hit her EYE and it blew up immediately 911 was called,report was written I was given a contact and now almost 4 mos later and $800 in medical bills from a ped and an opthamologist! We r in collections and our credit is being damaged. So when u to to the dollar store BE CAREFUL it may end up costing you more than a $1

I have been purchasing White Rain hair spray, shampoo, conditioner and mousee from Dollar Tree stores for a long time because the products work. Seem you have changed the hair spray to two unknown names. One smells so bad and the other sprays so wet it ruins the hair style. Please understand women areonly going to use something on their hair once if it doesn't work. You had a good product and traded it in for garbage.

I have been couponing for about 3 years. When Dollar Tree started accepting Manufacture Coupons imagine my excitement. I went to Dollar Tree in Fredericksburg Texas on 2/28/2013 at about 7:00 pm. When I told the cashier I had coupons she said "your kidding right". I told her no handed them to her and she said "if there is the slightest thing different we won't accept them. The cashier called a different person up to the register and looked at the coupon. It reads "Limit one (1) coupon per purchase of product and quantity stated." The cashiers collectively decided that I had to purchase an additional toothbrush to get the .50 off of another. The specifically stated this is what their manager did and this is what they are going to do. They refused to take the coupon and I left. Sad.

I along with many other people, especially those of us who are parents of special needschildren will be watching to see what the Corporate Office of Dollar Tree does in response to the situation that took place at the store number 1676 located at 11935 Reisterstown Road in Reisterstown, Maryland. A class of special needs children along with teachers and other helpers out on CBI (community based instruction) were "greeted" by a female employee whose greeting was to ask ""Why do you have to bring those children into this store?". in this day when so many decent people are needing jobs, there is no excuse to retain an employee who is at the very least ignorant if not outright mean. At the very least she and all of Dollar Tree's employees should be trained on customer service and especially service of the special needs community. One day these children will be paying members of society and it is invaluable to them to take them and show them the proper way to do business. Unfortunately those children were shown the wrong way on this visit. Dollar Tree could gain much respect and many loyal customers or be irreperably harmed by this incident depending on its handling of the situation..

I have just learned that an employee at - Dollar Tree number 1676 located at 11935 Reisterstown Road in Reisterstown, Maryland, was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards a group of special need children that came to the store to learn important life skills. I will never again shop at a dollar tree until I learn that this employee has been fired!

There is an dollar tree located on south blvd in charlotte N.C ,today I stood in line for 20 minutes,while one teller attempted to chip away at a line that was down the isle. No other line was opened and finally I walked out..i believe the address is 5409 or 5609 .Someone needs to address this issue ,that location has horrible customer service.

Logan, Ohio 2006 store, Feb 13, 2013. Customer Relation is terriable, long wait time in lines. Staff is smelly of smoke. Manager was not in store to help. Very unpleasent place.

I can only pray the new minimum wage closes all your dollar tree stores. No doubt you will change over to deals stores which also God willing - fail miserably. What goes around comes around.

i would shop more in ur store if u had riding carts like walmart. i was in ur store last week but i had to take s stool ti sit on it was too.much for me. i like ur store but u need to hsve carts for people like me.. l no lots of people would shop there but csnt cause no handicap scooters thanks for ur time god bless u. itwas

The person writing how dollartree cares about the bottom line and not the worker is so right I'd love to put all the officers who sit at a desk and handle what we do everyday and see if they can even last a day and in some of the areas these stores are located ill give them a couple hours before the crooks tell them where they can go and walk out with their free merchandise

I applied for work at the fall river location and although i was denied employment..the store continues to advertise for help...i have experience in management and i specifically asked to be considerecond for any position....i also have security exp..and What troubles me is that every time i shop...i witness people stealing...do they even care

I saw on the news last night that some businesses were charging their fees to use your cards (in addition to the bank sharges). So after I checked out I asked if Dollar Tree is one of those businesses. They are! They are legally supposed to post that in the door window, but they are not in compliance. I complained, but it went no where. They got me the last five times I have been in there, but I will never be in their store again.
