If these Rude Managers at Store # 433 in NC don't get Fired Soon then I'm sure it won't be long until that store goes UNDER. I've been finding better deals everywhere else lately ANYWAY. Esp. Harris Teeter & they accept Returns & Double the Coupons--Sometimes Triple!! And Walmart!! So--Either they Go & I get an Apology...or it's Buh--Bye!! It's Nasty in there Anyway all the time--in my Opinion! Aisle's Full, and God Forbid if you ask them a Question!!

I had a incident in one of the Dollar Tree Stores in Los Angeles Calif. A drawer fell on my foot and the manager came and the associate came he screw it back together in front of me! I have went to the Doctor talked with a rude person in the claim department but yet nothing has been resolve he act like people can go into stores and get hurt but it's not their problem it's the manufactor problem!

We were shopping in the Grand Island NE store when my 3 year old granddaughter had to go potty. We asked the clerk where her restroom was and she said in the back BUT I'm to busy to open it up. We left our cart filled with items and left. I won't be shopping there any more.

I live in Mt. Myers, Fl. I have to make a special trip down to store #4078 to shop. I buy a lot of your frozen products as well as other items in your store. I am wondering why you would not put one of your stores in the Lehigh Acres, Fl. area??? It is a growing area and even has a super Walmart. Other $$ stores are going up all over the place and they are NOT dollar stores as far as me and many of my friends feel. It would be wonderful if you were to put a REAL $$ store out here by us. Please and Thank you.

Worked their for 5 1/2 years to ended up quiting cuz the boss is unprofessional i went to work n a customer pulled me to the side n told me he was talking about me to orther co workers so low class anf ever since he came in the store has went down hill unorganized dirty messy messed up everyones hours dnt care about his workers as long as he gets paid then thats all that matters

worked for the corporate office and was fired. I was cursed at daily and complained about another employee who did nothing. Of course she got away with everything. She was even sleeping with another employee while housesitting his bosses house. Well all my complaints were ignored and I was fired. Couse two years later she is caught stealing which she did since first day hired. Now I say to all those in the corporate office and their lawyers job well done you deserve ever thing you ever get. You fire your good employees and keep buttholes that steal from you. You are a disgrace to ever have worked for.

In my opinion, no one in order or customer service has a clue to what is fact or fiction.The worst buying experience I ever had on line and I buy exclusively on line.In my opinion, stick with Amazon there customer order & customer service is the best.

Today, I was in line to make a purchase. The cashier asked me as she was ringing up a customer in front of me if additional items on the counter belonged to me; I told her no. So, as she began to ring me up, she asked me again about other items on the counter. I told her that she already asked me that. Well, the cashier began waving her hands in the air and saying, "I'm just asking." I then told her it's not my job to know and that she needs to be on top of her job and not expect me to know. She slammed my change and receipt on the counter and told me to get out of her store and never come back. Lovejoy, GA Dollar Tree is extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. They don't mind causing a scene and insulting their customers.

I worked at a store for roughly 3 weeks and during this period I was accused of falsifying records (as a cashier no less) and my manager LEFT THE STORE for a period of no less than 30 minutes during which time we had a code 5, a manager from another store come in looking for her AND a customer come in wanting to return items. This business engages in so many illegal work practices it is literally frightening and their corporate office doesn't respond very well (I've received fax's and phone numbers, none of which work). Avoid at all costs.

I am a former store manager that was terminated for what reason i don't clearly understand , the explanation given was bull i managed a very profitable store for over 6yrs and suddenly was told i was not meeting company standards i have never been written up for any reason by the company and was very loyal and went the extra mile to get things done . The company was not right for doing this to me especially with no real reason .. I am very hurt because i thought this was a great comp. but i guess i was wrong..

I was approached by the store manager from the dollar tree in royal palm beach,fl and was offered a management position. When i was approached i was currently employed at a gas station where she often visited. So i went ina spoke with her and she told me not to say anything about the job offer and i did not understand why...so she started me out as a cashier and told me to wait 3 to 5 days and she would promote me. Well it never happened, not only that but my hours were cut and now i am without a job. I will take legal action for this matter.

i was termination and put in a police car for reason i can't seem tor reach any of my district managers to find out why i am been terminated and discrimination for..this i not how an company do business i still asn going to fight my case with them to make sure that what they are trying to pin on me this is an up management mistake.

I worked for this company over 13yrs and was terminated for not folliwing company policy in which was not true. My assistants was also fired for the same reason, which is not true of them either. My dm denied my unemployment but approved my assistants and when I filed my appeal was very nasty on the conference call.. this job was my career and it was taken from me. What goes around comes around.

I went into the foley dollar tree they have butterfly wings and princess dress up clothes for little girls. But nothing at all for dress up for little boys! No cowboys, pirate or anything for boys in the dress up section on the toy isle! I am highly offended by this because I am a mother of only boys on a budget! And since its needed for school and I don't want my son left out I am forced to spend $ I don't have because dollar tree left boys dress up out !

HORRIBLE. mother and i went to return some items and wouldnt give us back money what-so-ever. The manager got into our faces for no reason and pointed,screamed and threated us. VERY RUDE. would never recomend shopping at the Leominster Ma dollar tree.

You have two stores in State College Pennsylvania.The one on Benner Pike is clean well stocked and the employees are freindly and very helpful. The male cashier even helped me put stuff in my car. (a large order of glass)(and put the glass in boxes for me). The store on North Atherton Street is a DUMP is is dirty (the floors).The refrigerator section is only 20% full and the store shelves 40% full. This is not the way to run a business. The employees do not smile and look very unhappy. Why not hire a regional manager to look after the stores to make sure they are operating properly.Empty shelves make for a decline in sales and profits

Went to san Carlos store to buy usual items. but was not happy how manager treated me and the employees. she was yelling at them pretty bad. hostle enviorment . I still bought my items after it took cashier awhile to ring me up.

Loyalty & Service, and years of experience don't matter at Dollar Tree. I've been dedicating my life to the company for almost 3yrs now, and once again, another woman who has like almost 5 months on her belt, is apparently more qualified then me, for management, even though I know just about everything there....

I was supposed to be working for your company but the managers of two different stores lied on me. I applied to another store at Bowie Town Center and was told by a friend of mine that they could not hire me. That's discrimination and I will follow-up on this matter. I can't believe that they lied on me because I tried to get my grandson a job. I did not know that people are so simple.

I visited the store in Macon, Ga and made two trips in one. I stood in line for over 10 minutes before another line was opened up. The cashier was in no hurry. The other one opened up for select customers who had not been waiting in line. I spend a lot of my hard earned money at the store near where I live, and I have never experienced such discrimination and aweful service.
