In Texas groceries are not taxable but Dollar tree is addind tax to frozen orange juice and ice cream.

I should have read the reviews, before I wrote one. In the NOTE: it states the corporate office aren't affiliated with these. Instead of being posted to air every one's gripes about their local store, the Corporate should use them as a tool to be able to help solve problems in their local stores. Corporate.....not smart management on your part. Who do you think pays your salary? (The public) The staff members are you. If the public is dis-satisfied, after awhile they will go some where else to shop. Think about it Corporate. Like the old saying, "If Mamma is happy, no one is."

This is the most un-professional management I have ever seen. Do you idiots read these reviews. And yes I am saying idiots, because you people at this company don't seem to care. Never have I seen so many bad reviews about a company and their management. You idiots in mmanagement ought to have to shop at some of your own stores for punishment. I for one will never go to a dollar tree again .

I'm just wanted to say, I shop weekly at the dollar tree store on central avenue in hot springs at, I went in at 9:49am today 5-25-13 and again at 2:11 pm and I was very dissatisfied. he 1st cashier Maria was very rude n showed no consideration for other shoppers, the second cashier Yolanda was rushing me as I was trying to check out n Maria was also still there n again was very rude. Now I also shop at store on airport road n I truly enjoy the associates at that store, always welcomed n greeted with smiles n if need assistance they never complain about helping. Customers should be treated with respect n appreciation bc without us ur store wouldn't be in business

Every single dollar tree I have been to in the IE has very rude workers. Being in the retail business myself, I understand that at times dealing with the public can be draining but what dollar tree workers must understand is that corporate does pay you!!!!! Your customers pay you!!!! Without customers not even corporate employees can get paid!! I suggest that ALL dollar tree employees take a course on customer service before they all end up with no jobs especially in the IE cause there are no jobs!!!!

Management is very rude to customers and employees. At the Dollar Tree in Alvin Texas. Dollar Tree has always been my favorite dollar store unfortunately I will not ever walk into that Dollar Tree in Alvin Texas again while the same managers are still there. the employees are very helpful. they give your company a very bad image. I've already spoken to several friends and family of what I experienced everytime I've gone there before and they vow never to shop there again. so many people in Alvin need jobs that are much nicer than the people you have working there now.

I went in store number 1985 and almost dropped dead so many of the employees and managers were bagging things up themselves taking them to their!! I mean who's in charge

With the management they have at this store right now, this store is clean and organized and a pleasure to go into. The management team is great. What I don't like is how the DM treats the management like they were 10 years old, cuts hours and is trying to sabotage the store. She needs to stop. She is unfair, mean and a negative part of this store. Cuts hours, brings in other stores employees like the employees there can't do their job. Maybe if the DM would back off, things would be better.

The District Manager of McMinnville Tree Dollar Tree is by far one of the most unprofessional managers I have ever seen. That store has come along way since 2 managers left a while ago. The store is clean, neat and work gets done. The DM cuts hours, degrade the employees, never tells them they are doing a good job just how bad the store looks when in fact it is one of the cleanest and organized store I have seen. This DM needs to learn some respect and communication instead of degrading the hard working management and employees the have now.

I have a question? everytime I try to use a coupon in every store they have a different policy every day it never stays the same 1 day is 1 another is 3it alwaysdepends on who is the manager i need an answer please how many coupons can i use. i go to the ons on southmore, pasadena and spencer and strawberry in pasadena

The manager at the dollar Tree store in Madison, Wi (Odana Road) treats his employees with such disrespect! It is deplorable! I have reported his behavior several times to corporate, but he is still employed there and continues to treat his employees terribly. It looks like this is a prerequisite for this company! Shame on them!

Compared to any other stores in my small NH town, the dollar tree is by far the best. It good to see that some people still care about things in little Berlin. Never once have I had any bad experience in that store. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Would like to see a dollar tree in Bremerton, Wa at Wheaton Way there at on time was a dollar store. But now we need a dolladr tree bad so many people would like to see one. Also would like to see one in Mannett, Wa that would be a great place for one please. And have a sign down at the ferry with the address telling people. Why because lots of buses stop there also. Please build more dollar tree in these area. In 2013 and 2014.

I went into my local Dollar Tree store over the past couple of weeks. Although the manager is very nice to the customers I cannot say the same as to how he treats an employee. There was a newer woman working there he was so mean and disrespectful to that poor woman I was sure she would quit. I saw her outside the store close to tears and trying to avoid vomiting. This is very uncalled for and it isn't just one time I have heard him speak to her in a disrespectful manner on at least 3 different occasions. I think your store should send in people who the managers do not know work for you and put a stop to this type of belittling. It was shocking to say the least and being from North Carolina all my life we were not raised to talk to people like that.

Went to my dollar tree today. They was not open at the time stated. This has happened on many occasions. Im getting frustrated with this and the store not being stocked.

I know of a girl who works for the dollar tree and she's having trouble with her manager, she laid her off until she had a doctors note. The manager heard by word of mouth from another employee that's she was sick, I don't think she had the right to do this!

I went into one of the stores located in Suffolk va. And the manager on duty was very rude and non professional . Called corporate office and no response.

I hope I was misinformed and Dollar Tree is not opened on Easter so that employees can spend the day with their families. Very sad that companies feel the need to be open allllll the time.
