I am so disappointed in your Dollar tree Store in Lawton Oklahoma on Sheridan road and i am speaking for at least half of the people living in Lawton.. I dont even know where to begin but let me start by saying that not one of your rules to the employees are being kept. they cuss people out if they ask to open another register after 9 people are standing in line we ask very nice and got an attitude from the store supervisor she even told me her nam Ms. Laquisha or something like that and seh said that no one is going to tell her what to do...really thats how business is being run in your stores....they never have any name tags on , the shirts are not botton up and the show their breasts never a greeting only people with a bad attitude all the time , they have their ipod on while they work , treat customers rude and the store is always dirty and filthy....peopel in lawton call the store the "ghetto store" and we are all trying to go to the other store on cache road were everyone is friendly and helpful....i am concerned that you will not do anything about my complaints and i am sad to say that since the store manager has left a year or two ago this sore has been going downhill ever since i am shocked and outraged by the way you handle things and that they told us they dont care if ewe write a complaint because you who are on top of the company will not do anything anyway...they laughted straight in our faces screaming the worsed cuss words through the whole store....i will film the situation and put it on the local news if you dont change what is happening

I was recently in the Dollar Tree in my area (Wilmington DE) and I told someone in authority in the store that profanity was being used in the room where they unload supplies. Loud enough that I heard it as I was passing down the aisle. He looked at me without commenting and walked away.

The Dollar Tree in St. Augustine,Fl.#199 has very nice employees, very helpful and polite. Some of our other stores in this area need to trake a few leasons from them about customer service.

I have been attempting to place an order online since 10am ... it is not 11:42pm and I have had no success. When attempting to place my order I received the message that the page was being updated and "try again". I tried all day today. Finally called customer service line and spoke with a wonderful representative James Rep # 9760. He took my order via telephone and asked me to call back ... the order was on hold as the system was still not up. I called back 30 mins later and spoke with Deb. She was not as helpful as James but she was trying .... I ultimately asked to speak with a supervisor to ensure that my order had been placed and was connected to Pete. Pete was of no help at all, impatient and abrasive stating only that "there was nothing he could do". Sincerely, this is a very sorry example of customer service. He offered no further assistance other than "there is nothing he can do as the system is down". I find this unacceptable. I order once a week, usually $200 to $500 each week. I cannot fathom that this is the way you treat faithful customers. The last time this problem occurred, my order was somehow cancelled in your system and I was left without supplies for my company. I have, to date, had extremely negative results with the customer service line. The store I receive my shipments at in Palm Springs on Vista Chino is super friendly, accommodating and customer service oriented .. unlike your customer service call in line at 877-530-8733. I am very dissatisfied with your supervisor's "customer service" .... I received no service from Pete. I would demote him immediately!!

Customer service phone contact is substandard. After reading comments from disgruntled employees regarding poor management, I believe I should take my business which is $800 to $2,000 a month, to another store. I just had a very bad experience with the customer service Supervisor and do not want a repeat performance. However, I will say, the instore customer service at the store on Vista Chino in Palm Springs is fabulous. They have always been fast, friendly and accommodating. A model for other stores it would seem!

Is it true that top management of Dollar Tree doesn't care about training their managers in good customer relations. The store near me has a very nasty attitude all the time and it is apparent that he doesn't teach his employees to talk to their customers and smile.

Our store Coalinga ca. Has the worst customer service and it is never stocked, rude employees manager told a customer while I was ther what do you expect it's only a doller.that day I was buying some stuff for my grandson going to live in collage housing I spent 60.00 bought some glasses and. On 9/20/12 @ 9:50pm the door was locked at Dollar Tree. The sign on the door said that closing time was at 10pm. This is the 1st time, to my knowledge that this has happended. The employee came to the locked door and said that the manager gave her orders to lock the door. Is it up to the manager to close at her discretion or what? I have spent a lot of money at the Dollar Tree store. I guess I have to start going to the 99 cent store now. I hope this will be taken care of immediately.

Our store was taken over by a new manager....I think Hitler's sister! I've been in retail for many yrs,know the game,but this is just ridiculous! NO-ONE should have to be treated the way this woman treats people! I speak for myself and my fellow employee's....we KNOW our jobs....WHO R U to come in and DEMAND YOUR WAY! I don't care if you are BOSS or not.....we were trained according to the rules.....when did they change???? OR is it YOU?????

I work at dollar tree in gardena ca the managerment suck i believe it's favoritism going. I look at my schedule and seen im only working 18 hrs while everybody else had 22.3 hrs I ask him about it it was excuses after excuses so when i look at my schedule for next week i have 13.3 hrs.

with mimmum wage being $7.40 an hour and your store selling everything for $1 (or less) i'm surprised your store been open for the past 26 years.

i was hired as cashier but never got too all i did was stock 9 hrs a week basically they used me to unload truck at 5am it didnt work out and the mgr purposely stiffed me on my last check which was 4.5 hrs dollar tree is evil and im going to follow through with the way i was treated

why hqave 6 check outsw and only use 1 or 2. i waws in my localdollar tree today there were 8 customers in line and only 1 register open. not a manager to be found and the girl at the check out said she couldn't call anyone else to another register. you needd more people on the registers or else a lot more people will walk out the door besidews me

I love my job at Dollar Tree. I am happy to be there for so many year's and never ever had a issue. I was talked into doing something from my Store manager and i did it. I did it to stand up for all my worker's and speak up about someone. The day i did it i had to report to work. I went right to my Store Manager and told them i did it. Now i may loss my job , but i didnt lie of the issue, but now i am on my own and left out to dry. My Store manager said now you are on your own. They didnt care that i may loss my job over this. I am not a mean person or hurt anyone , but i will never ever stand up for any people i work for. I lost one job in the past for doing that and now i may loss another job, and this is a better job then i had . Never listen to anyone. Go with what u think is right

One wonders if the top people at Dollar Tree ever see these comments. My guess, would be a sounding NOOOO. Seems with the above comments most are the same, I work in Ft Wayne Indiana and can say without reservation that DT has great management and assistant manager problems. They are rude, they gossip about their employees to other employees, one manager was great friends with the DM in FT wayne and going to him with my concerns was a joke in itself. Well sorry to say, but the manager at the Illinois store needs to be replaced and the assistant needs to be fired. They are rude, obnoxious inconsiderate not only to the employees but to customers. They talk on their cell phones all day, make fun of employees to other employees, and make fun of customers. I filed a complaint with the DM's boss but alas she did nothing either, bottom line people - employees won't talk for fear of losing their jobs Dollar Tree doesn't care about its employees only the bottom line $$$$$$$ This page is a joke. Nothing will be done about any of the complaints, particularly those coming out of Ft Wayne stores. IF DT is seriously interested in its employees, it would interview employees in private and confidentially, but even then I wouldn't trust that what I said in confidence stayed that way just as I have not signed my name for fear that I will lose my job, but am betting I will lose it anyway.

i will say this much dollar tree is the saddest place to work for.i have worked in retail for 25 years and never have i ever been treated so bad.i worked for dollar tree for almost 2 years and i tried for a asst manger and was told because of my teeth they could not have anymore there with no teeth or broken teeth has a manger and dollar tree prides themself on appearce and this was told to me by a manger who teeth where far from prefect.now mind you my teeth need some work. but the one thing i can say is they are not broken,i had cancer people and i have no insurance cause dollar tree has no insurance for part timer and what they offer doesnt help for the dentist.but for a manger to tell me this is wrong and yes she still there and the bad part is she is having a fair with the store manger.also when can manger be on facebook writing about the people who shop at the store and making fun of the people who come in or on facebook while at work.they are always on the phone or texting or on facebook,but lets us do this and we are firer.fair is fair.when i did call the big office she(carmen) said i will take care of it.well she did nothing at all. i get a phone call two weeks ago telling me by a asst manger that he was the reason i quiet because he stole money from me and the reason I QUIET WAS BEACAUSE THE MANGER TOLD ME THAT ABOUT MY TEETH AND DOOLAR TREE PRIDES THERE SLEF ON APPEARCE GET IT RIGHT THATS WHY I QUIET DONT MAKE SOMEONE FEEL BAD FOR SOMETHING YOU DID AND SAID!i have talked to a lawyer cause is seems like nothing is getting done and i will see to it it does.

they suck here badly.it is sad how the get away with so much and how they treat people who work for them.why can the mangers get to be on facebook and on the phone and texting and talking to there workers like there dogs.WHY? WHY? WHY IS THIS STILL GOING ON?

My view is Leader and manager are copelemmnt of each other .To become a manager there should be a quality of leadership because without leading the things no one can become manager and in the same way to become a leader there is need of managment.eg. If i want to lead myself ,then i need to manage myself first. Without management no one can Lead .in other words managment is the foundation of leadership.e.g.Leading company always have good management.Answer of your above defined problem: Here project manager manage the project and give assignment to his/her project leader.Project leader again manage the things and assign it to their team members so we can say project leader is indirectly a manager as well as leader also .so we can not blame that leader reports to manager ,indirectly manager reports to manager.

No ATT and every other big national cell phone careirr, has it setup where only the codes in there prepaid cards are accepted once activated at register when they scan it sorry Sucks I know their rates are rip off's

I just went to the Dollar Tree in Douglas, AZ and walked out not purchasing anything. They sell ballons but they don't have helium so you have to find a place where they can blow them up. They have about 6 employees in there yet it took me awhile to get help and when I finally got the help, none of tgem could speak or understand english! She had to turn to a customer for translation but that customer didn't speak english either!
