Dollar General Corporate Office & Headquarters

I have been a very good customer of Dollar General. A brand new facility was built about a year ago. For about the first (5) months, the store was very clean and all isles were clear. Now, it is dirty, clutter is every where. Very disappointing

In the past week I have visited the Dollar General Store, #08039, I must complement the associate that had assisted me both visited. Upon my entering the store extended a very welcoming greeting. Also each time asking if I found all that I was shopping for, in each case I did not. HOWEVE she ( Kenya) immediately stopped what she was going and found the products. This date I was there to purchase a cold remedy, when checking me out she also add that she hope I would feel better soon. You have a great employee there. Thank you , for caring about the consumer. I nwver have visit your stores and not done at least $10.00 impulsive spending Thats why it sadden me your store on Lake June @ JimMiller Dallas Texas 75217 it has become the worst example of the exception its dirty,merchandise is never stocked,its always in boxes, trash on shevles and the employees are rudest dollar general employees I have encounter. The reason for this note is I dont want to drive 5 miles to another Dollar General or change from a proven winner the dollar general family.

The Dollar General store in Arthur, Illinois is an awful store. The aisles are always blocked with boxes of stock;shelves are empty;the shelves are always disorganized and never straightened. The clers and management are rude;they will ignore customers and will not open a second register even if the line is wrapped to the back of the store. The store is always filthy and dirty. I was treated so poorly the last time I was in that store that I literally threw my stuff down on the nearest shelf and walked out. I have not been back to that store since, nor will I EVER go to another Dollar General anywhere again.

the dollar store on edgemore rd is the worst store to go to the manger that they have is mean went in one day with my sister and went to use the restroom no tissue so i asked the manger she was in the office sitting on her butt not doing anything and rolled her eyes at me and told me i would have to wait so i walked around the store for 15 mints came back still no tissue asked again and this time she said my God do i have to get up and do this then my husband went in today and the same manger gave him problems she needs to lose her job that is the worst store ever and i think giving it one stare is to many

I had been going to the Dollar General on 8070 Pines Blvd. Pembroke Pines, Fl for years, however I stopped going because it became really disorganized and dirty....just recently I gave it another shot...and was truly amazed how it was turned around...very clean and organized...congrats to this store.... and the employees there...THEY ALL DESERVE A RAISE

I have been going to Dollar General Stores for years. As a manner of fact I go there more than I go to Wal Mart. The closest one to me is in another state and about 10 or 12 miles away. The one I go to is usually clean but sometimess the iles are crowded.

Im writing about the Dollar General in Centreville Ms i was in the store one evening and the cashier had a lot of customers she call for some assistance 4 times and know one came. I saw the manager stting in her office reading a paper didnt try to assist the cashier. But not just that a girl walked into the store and the manager came up front and told the girl you cant come in here becuse the cashier told me the you and my niece was steal all this was said with a line full of customers. The manage could have gotten that child killed for just telling they was stealing. Bad Managing i wonder did she report it or not because it was her niece i found another Dollar General to go to.

I love the fact that we have a brand new dollar general store in Hayden. but I HATE is the fact that there is always stock sitting in every isle & you cannot maneuver around the store , and god forbid if you should happen to get a cart, you could not make it around that store. every time I go in there stock is piled up in the isles & you cannot even get to what is on the shelves for the pallets. VERY VERY aggravating. I have a picture that I took a few days ago I would love to send to you, providing I find an email address I will send it on so you can see why I am so frustrated.

I am writing about the Dollar General store in Wilmer, Alabama. The store is very un-organized and also very dirty. The outside area around the store is filthy with trash thrown everywhere. The parking lot is nasty and very un-welcoming.

Regarding the store in Cranford, NJ - the store is kept clean and clear; the assistants there are friendly, and very helpful and always pleasant. However, the problem is that during this summer, which was one of the hottest on record, the A/C unit was broken and was never repaired...or what was said, they were trying to repair it...4 months??? During that time, I could not go in because of the heat and I am sure they lost many customers. Now, that it is cooler, I have gone back but am faced with the same problem - there is no air in that store! As I said, it is one of the nicest store and the I enjoy going there but due to the conditions I will have to find another one in the area.

Whitter N.C and Andrews N.C, are the worst two stores,very dirty,clutter WHERE is the district manager to follow ,and to help at the locations ,I could not get in the door for trash cans full of trash stacks of drinks at the front entrance.

went in to store #10603 in metairie louisiana. i had to actually step over boxes and crates of merchandise to get to what i wanted in front of the registers. i bought an item that i was told i couldnt return when i went to return it. the manager practically didnt know anything and told me to return tomorrow to talk to another manager.a return policy is posted NOWHERE on the premises! so how can you have the audacity to deny someone a refund??? maybe its time to get litigious!

I stopped at the Monticello Ms store on Sunday Oct 14th. I purchased 4 cans of store brand pineapple. I opened one can it had ants in the juice, I tried to contact corporate via email no luck. To say I am furious is an under statement! What else is lurking in these cans??? I still have the can of pineapple with ANTS! PLUS the unopened ones.

Store# 11254 indiana ave Fairmont wv October 17, 12 Was a great store until new management took over. You can NOT walk thru store without tripping! Absolutely cannot use a cart. Boxes and supplies blocking everything! Safety issue.... Filthy to

I went to dollar general store today to get groceries and a can of cat food and a cat treat the cat food and cat treat was rung up separately, it would of came to 1.54 cent. the cashier told me there was a 1.07 cent tax on it. She then argued with me, when the manager came over and reviewed the receipt he seen she rung me up twice. No apology. Then had to do a complete refund, then I was wondering why my total was still wrong, looked at receit overcharged me again, do you think they gave me an apology no. Instead I just said give me my money and left, bad manager lees summit mo. bad employee it is a new hire and she is snaughty.
