Dollar General Corporate Office & Headquarters

I dont have alot of problems with my store.I just have one issue the magazines for 18+ and the cosmo magazines they arent covered up by anything and are in view of children.its not just one store its all i've visited in Northwest Ohio and Indiana.If someone could just please give these stores the black outs to put in the front of them i'd be a very happy with taking my kids in and not having to see that right as we walk in the door.

This store has been without air conditioning boing on two days. Previous day was 107 temp and the employees had to work in this heat, and the customers servicing your store had to endure it as well. to make matters worse, you have food in your store shelved that should not be in this heat and is possibly causing bacteria contamination. This is a health hazard. The bottle water is hot and other shelved food as well. It is not humanly to allow employees to work in this temperature all day. And it is a health violation and hazard as well to sell food not kept at a reasonable temperature.

Your Dollar General in Sayre, OK is in need of some major management, the store is filthy and there are always carts filled with unopened boxes lining the aisles, the floors are lined with trash and are almost black from needing swept and mopped, there are 6 employees there today and 4 were outside smoking while I was there, searching for someone to check me out, while the store stays filthy, with 6 employees working on any given day that store should be clean and well organized, please send someone out to take a look.

iI am complaing about the store located at hwy 96 kathleen ga ,th .The e store is nasty ,junky. it is totally disorganized , the isles are always full of racks of mrrchandise .,,,employes and mgr are so dirty looking no wonder store is so dirty, there is 5 or more dg stores in my area they are all neat and clean please do an unannounced visit see for yourself,

I use to shop at the Madison, Ga store occasionally, however, I will never go inside there again! I, along with MANY others was ready for checkout, but no one was in the store to check me out! I stood there for several minutes with a line of people behind me. I excused myself to go look for someone to check us out. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE WAS THERE! I went outside & noticed a girl sitting in the car with a man smoking. I asked her is she knew who was supposed to be working. She said, "I will be in shortly"! I told her there was a line of people waiting, She said I just stepped out". I said no, I've been in line for several minutes and was on my lunch hour & needed to get back to work. She said, you c an wait or go, it's up to you, lady!", so.....I left. Went to Family Dollar down the street & was welcomed. So they will now get my business, because evidently, you don't want it or care where I shop!

All Dollar General employees need to be properly trained on the use of and redemption of coupons before they are ever allow onto the floor to work as cashiers. Especially in the three I have access to in Coushatta, Campti, and Natchitoches Louisiana!!!!!! Natchitoches needs it the most.

The employes at Dollar General Versailles Rd location. This store is a disgrace! The floors are filthy, during the last few weeks I asked why is this store so dirty? The reply "oh we have a cleaning people coming in". Well why in the world would a decent store wait weeks when it is so filthy. Also you cannot manuever your basket for all the stuff that is left in the isles. While I was there one lady threw up her hands and left. I told my husband when I got home "I will not go back to DG until it is cleaned and at least the staff will help you find something without a dirty look".

I forgot a purchase in your store and when I went to retrieve it with receipt in hand the clerk stated that I must have left it in the cart..I only purchased 3 items, I had no cart. The purchase was for toilet tissue. I would not think this would be an issue but I can tell you I will not shop there again.

D.G. you need to start sending someone around to see how clean your stores are i found one out of 10 stores i have been in clean the rest looked very dirty that may help if your stores were a bit cleaner maybe your D.M.needs to start looking how clean there stores are

we no you no we need to save money / well D.G.stop and think you took hours from the stores now the casher has to do more stockering it would realy realy help to let your stores have a BELL so your shoppers dont have to wait till we get there to help them i no its not good but our shoppers would be much more happer that way we no there is some one need help / when we have no hours it works very well stop and think please try and see our side THANK YOU

I love you store and the employees. The only problem is I'm 62 years old and I hate more than anything having to show my drivers license in order to buy cigarettes. I think the cashers have enough sense to see how old a person is. If you want to card , card the younger group , don't harass the seniors. Thank you so very much for your time.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know about the two employees I encountered on Sunday, June 30th, 2013 at one of your stores in Wichita, Ks. on 47th Street. It was very hot in the store and obvious the air conditioning was out. The young man and woman were very positive in regards to the situation and didn't seem to mind the hot, humid conditions. I asked how long they'd been without A/C and they stated for 3 days and that today (Sunday) was their day off but everyone called in sick and they were called and came in. Now that is employee loyalty and dedication. I come into this store on a regular basis, simply because of these 2 employees and their friendliness and willingness to make you feel like a valued customer. I certainly hope the air was fixed today and I would like for these two to be recognized in some way for their willingness to come to work in such horrendous conditions when the other employees wouldn't. Praise, recognition, a raise, a promotion, paid vacation, I don't know what you can offer but people like this are people you certainly want to keep around, on the payroll, and working for your store. Trust me, they are far and few these days. Thank-you and have a wonderful day!

Since our local store in Draffenville, KY remodeled it's been one big mess. I have never been able to walk down the isle that sells curtains and sheets etc. because its always full of things that need to be stocked. The whole store is filthy. I'm not sure why the old staff was let go after the remodel because the at least cared about the appearance of the store. I'm giving it one star because I have to, but it doesn't deserve it.

The store in my area is not organized and does not keep the consumer in mind. I feel that they ( the workers are only there for a paycheck) they have no respect for the company they work for or themselves. If I were there boss they would apply to helping the company make a better profit and look better to the general public. I would like the opportunity to work for you in doing that . Thank you

The store in Winnsboro TX has become dirty and junk do y. It is impossible to navigate the store with a buggy. I do not have to shop in dirty stores or where employees are rud. The Family Dollar is around the corner and it is nice and clean. I will no longer shop at the Winnsboro store.

I was hired at a Dollar General and worked in Durham NC. Told the DM Rodney Hooks about people working off the and Manager scheduling herself hours and not working them. I guess I made a mistake because he turned table on me . He sent me to a store to work in three days everything I did the manager wrote me up until she had fired me. I the think the DM was behind this.

I was wondering why there are never any buggies in the store, why we have 3 registers but never open but one while there is a line half way back the store waiting to get checked out! You always I rerpeat have to wait for someone to come to the register to check you out or ask to be checked out! No one ever brings in the buggies from outside! I would buy more but never have a buggy! The store is dirty and the girls are either outside smoking or talking to each other or on the phone! I just don't understand why one would not want to improve or keep business in the store! I get so frustrated waiting for someone to come up to the front to go to work!!!!!I I like Dollar General but really get frustrated every time I go there. We have two in our home town and one is postively, utterly ridiculous to go in. Its a disgrace to your stores....

Every time I go into the store you have to hunt someone to get checked out. evry time!!!! buggys all outside, store cluttered and dirty, mamagement sucks and are not doing their job. It just amazes me how you can do business this way and or why!! your hepl sucks here in Ripley, MS in every store and doesn't care one bit about their customers, Need a good look as to what you have going on in your stores because it never changed

Dollar General needs to hire and train people who can follow store policys. Your employees are not trained well at all. I've been to you new Deville, La store and your staff puts chemicals in with meats, also puts 6 large veggie can's in with glass items. Result with the cans was broken glass in my bag. when I asked her not to put chemicals in with my meats she said this is how I bag. I will no longer shop at your new Deville, La store.

I would like to say im not happy with one of your stores in winchesterva store # 09566 i am a regular customer and your employees like to follow me n other customers through out the store instead of helpn a line of customers at the registers. You and your corporate office employers need to take care of this. Thank you for your time.
