I just ran into the Plant City Florida store (2502 Jim Redman Pkwy) for a few school supply items, after checking out, I used the restroom. I could NOT believe how disgusting the bathroom was! One of the stalls was out of order, and the functioning one was completely filthy! Rolls of toilet paper on the floor, floor dirty and had waste on it. When I came out, I decided to le the manger know. She seemed to have an attitude, and stated that she had been trying to get corporate out for a long time to fix the bathroom! WOW, REALLY? I told her that aside from a non functioning stall, the place just needed to be cleaned!

The newest Dollar General store in my area is in Berwick, LA, 70340. they still don't carry black hair care products at all, even though management has been asked about it months ago. It would be very convenient for a lot of people if they did sell black hair care products, and get some African Black Soap (good fir acne/skin care) which is sold at Walgreen's for $5, anyways...!!!

My fieancé is an asst. manager at dollar general and is a very dedicated hard worker, she recently got pregnant and was having complications , the manager would not let her off to go the the obgyn 2 times in 1 week, my fieancé got to go finally on her day off yesterday and we found out she lost our child and if she had come in 7 days earlier " the days her manager wouldn't let her off " it could've been saved, I'm hiring an attorney to handle this! .... SO I THINK DOLLAR GENERAL NEEDS A REALITY CHECK!

This store has very bad customer service. Manager is the worst. Store is dirty, unmanaged and just unkept. Wait time was very long to checkout bc manager taking care of personal business instead of customers. Did not schedule a cashier for the shift and didn't mind sharing that info...where do find these Ppl? Will drive 30 minutes away to another store so I never experience that again. If I could give the a negative star rating I would. We were so pleased to be getting a store in our neighborhood. NOW, a year or so later, we drive 10 miles to Publix just to avoid this store. They are RUDE and LAZY. They Don't give a damn about "CUSTOMER SERVICE". I would FIRE every last employee there. I have filed a formal complaint with their corporate office.

I'm a customer at this store in chama n.m. I called 12 days ago and ask asst mgr if he had any dog brushes. He said he did but they were in the back and he didn't have time to get one. Today I went in store and guess what? The entire dog supplies section was empty. I ask the same man what was going on. He said that lots of stuff was in back room but they have not had enough help and time to get it out. He said if I was not happy to call corporate hq. I then walked around the store and I noticed two other display racks were complletely empty. He said that the dog supplies rack had been that way for 12 days. This man sounded like he didn't have enough brains to get out of the rain and he is asst store mgr. This store is in need of management right now. thanks

i live in san antonio texas i went to one of your local stores and i got three 8 pack of mountain dew and the price for them was 3 for 9 dollars and when i go to check out the cashier tried to charge me 3,50 a piece for them and when i told the manger the sign said three for nine she got smart with me and she gave a close friend of mine that works at that store a warning if i say any thing else again that is marked wrong she will be fired

I like your store put the one here stinks to small the mall parking lot can eat your car u have built a new one in carthage il which thw ppl still comes to keokuk when r u building a new one here

Store number 5161-7 is a very convenient store but however management there does not know what they're doing appearantly. One week there's a few different employees and then when you know, there is the same faces everyday which is about 4 compared to like 10. What does that tell you? Obviously something is wrong when so many people quit around the same time. I'm really considering taking my business elsewhere.

Dollar General in North Jackson Tn is the nastiest store I have ever seen. The parking lot, buggies, floor...everything is not sanitary. The lines are always long and it is always very hot in the store. I refuse to shop here. I would rather drive a few more miles to go to a clean store!!!! Forget corporate..the health department needs to visit this place!!!!

hwy 278 store in cullman needs new managment... food is always expired.. customers wait in line forever ( 3 or more people you call for back up... items are opened and resealed by employees instead of putting them in damage.. most of the products especially the food products have no price on them... stores dirty.. managers seem like they just dont care

The new general manager at the johnston, sc branch store #03825 was very rude and very unprofessional with no customer service abilities to deal with the public. The first incident was not even a welcome and rolling eyes every time we passed one another and just a plan nasty demender. The second incident I was standing with 3 of my family members looking at phone chargers and she didn't say excuse me or anything and all of us tried to move out of her fast pace walk and I was pushed into the rack behind me and more than my family members heard me fall into the rack and realized what and why. The g.m didnt angnolge of her actions and keep walking on. I work in customer service as well and she is not a g.m that needs to be over any store.

The store in Holdrege, Nebraska sucks! The customer service is horrible! Half the time noone is up at the registers and you have to go find someone to check you out or yell. And when they finally do come up, a couple of the people that work there are so rude! I hope when the new store gets done there are some changes! This store needs some help!!

Went to the store in shafter California and they were promoting a buy one get one free sell, it clearly states on the sign look for yellow dot on tag and the only thing it excluded was 1dollar sandals and western wear, the shoes we picked were 8 dollars and had a yellow dot and they refused to give us the shoes for that sell. Don't promote a sell if ya ain't gonna go by it!

Casher refused to to money for purchase because it was in change! I think money is legal tender last time I checked ! Brattleboro store sucks balls.. Everything is in the isles and hardly anything is stocked.. If you want something you need to dig through the carts (which can be a danger to kids) just to get it. They need to do something.. if something falls on me, im sueing them. That simple. So fix your stores before I protest and this stupid pitiful store gets closed down. It's not even clean, It's nasty.. I was forced to give it a one.. theres no negative ratings.

On 6/29 purchased 2 cat litter/3 rawhide chewies-charge $5.30 Debit card used 4 times not successfully by store clerk-so used a personal bank check--as of today 7/3 you are still trying to get both $5.30 charges from me--Store Manager said she could do nothing--Store #03043 Someone needs to get me my $5.30 BACK

Yes I was hurt in the store in tishomingo ok. Three weeks ago and I have a broken bone in my foot and know will return my phone calls. The store is so fifty and stuff every where its not funny. That's why your loosing people to family dollar. They have clean stores.

The empolyees are great friendly and fast.As a shopper the building needs maintance.The desk are run down cant see the regester amountits dirty.Ceiling tiles are falling down and moled.The employees are awsome why can the place they work be that to.Huntingdon Tennessee needs a store make over today.Thanks if you can help.

I live in Freeland, Pa. and the Dollar General store in our city has really hot yo shop in. The store has been years withiut air conditioning for years. I am on oxygen and can not go there anymore until it gets fix. I have purchased things, such as candy that has been either melted or chocolate candy that is turning white like it has been in the refrigerator and gone bad. It must have been in the store a good while. I think a lot of our towns people are feeling the same way. Please do something to make this store better, I have been shopping there since it opened and am really disappointed and aggravated with it.
