Dollar General Corporate Office & Headquarters

I was falsley accused of stealing something when in fact i did not steal anything at all.I was told that I could not shop there any more... What's up with that... something needs to be done with the manager there because she is rude and driving away business!!

I live in the small town of Crosby,TX. We have a Dollar General as one of our main stores. I will never spend another penny there because the manager is very rude to customers. Her tone when she talks is very offensive,like she is talking down to you.

I work at a local branch, and I was disappointed to see my manager throwing away brand new shoes and clothes that had been "pennied out". She also poured bleach on them to make sure that they could not ever be used if someone went sifting through the trash. Instead of throwing away these clothes that DG obviously doesn't want, why don't they send them to Homeless Shelters or Hospitals or even Foster Facilities? DG claims that they want to Go Green and even take up donations for literacy. Why not add other organizations on top of that to help make a difference?

We have a new dg in Palisade Colorado. It is an old farm town. Alot of people did not want the store here but I must say it is Great. The managers are always friendly and willing to help you as well as the other employees!!! My family and friends are pleased that we have dg!!!! Give everyone a great big thank you!!

The DG in Wapello, Iowa, is a disgrace. When it opened it was immaculate and well stocked. I have called your headquarters a year ago and was assured a visit to the store would be done. I used to go there on my lunch break and would enjoy it and always find something I wanted. Now, the only thing I buy is cat food . For the past month they haven't had that and say the back room is full and they wouldn't be able to find it. A week later they still don't have it stocked on shelves. I want to never go back, but I will be driving 25 miles to a cleaner, stocked DG in Burlington. If I go in there today and they don't have it, I will never go back, and I will pay more, as necessary.

my daughter didn't have shoes and I was going to place her in the buggy after I put my son in the buggy. the manager kim decided to yell at my daughter saying she needed shoes and then took the liberty to pick her up and put her in the buggy and told her to sit down. last time I checked I was the mother and this woman was nothing to me or my children. I'm going make a phone call ASAP. and I hope this gets resolved.

I do store reviews, and I went to the West Brattleboro, VT store. The store was dirty, boxes everywhere, as well as unsanitary conditions,very dangerous, especially to the elderly, a wheel chair would not be able to access this store safely. Items not priced , or items priced for the wrong items, sales not ringing up as sales, rude employees, unable to get refund, or item on sale corrected. I highly recommend not going to this store, and if you find yourself at it, check prices and watch the cashier as she rings them up, as well as expiration dates. Also, don't call corporate, hoping to resolve these issues , I see where they get their training from. My opinion, use a different store or pay extra.

once upon a time the one near my house was the nicest cleanest in the city. I even worked there for a while. the manager was a strictler for keeping everything clean and well stocked. since she left it is one of the worst I have seen. I just made my last trip there ever unless something changes. they were out of everything I went for plus it looked like my 3 boys had free reign to mess it up over an entire weekend.

this store is filthy, and dangerous to shop in.you can not safely walk down the isles. some of the isles you can't get through.. The isles are full of boxes you can't get through.It needs cleaned.In my opinion the store needs to be closed and cleaned out and start over.I and others will not be shopping there until this is address.

i was shopping in the fanning spring store and i over heard two workers ,lisa,and a heavey set older lady with red hair, complaining about there other employees. they were saying that the day crew dont do there job and they didnt like how the store MGR ran the store.. no im sorry but ive been coming in that store since it open and i mainly come in during the day and all the workers are very helpful and the store is clean most of the time but i dont think its right that these two ladies should be talking like that about the other workers like that....its very unplesent to here thing like that when your shoping..so please take measers to make sure this dont happen again...ty kristin barnes

I went to the Dollar General Store in Jackson Ohio. I felt so sorry for the employees they said they had no air conditioning all of them were hot an one was actually sick. This is not safe and should not be allowed.

We live in a small town was very excited yo get a dollar general here. The manager and one of the employees is just so rude people are not shopping there like before. Manager treats employs like they are in grade school and have no sense. Taylor and other employees there are so nice and respectful they are only reason I still go in that store.

I currently work for Dollar General. I have worked there for 2 whole weeks and I still have not been paid. I don't have the gas to keep going into work. Idk what I am suppose to do. My manager keeps saying its going to be on there but I am dissapointed every day to find out that I still have not been paid. What am I suppose to do. Every time I call the store no one answer.

I want to buy something at dollar general but then I ask manager that I was looking for this but he said it wasnot here yet it should be coming soon so he tell me to wait until they get all supply that I need but then I wait and wait but then I decide to buy something else but when I check out and then at that time they get supplies arrive at store and then I told them to exchange but they didn't let me exchange they told me now its your keep we can't take it back....

The Buna Tx store has no ac and all their workers are about to pass out their so hot and you can never get down the aisle because it has tons of invetory that hasnt been put away!

when we went to the dollar general store in sardis, ms. what we bought from y'all was $15 plus tax,we got a mega water blaster. my son gave them $40 by accident and she said that we only gave $20 and we gave her $40. she got an attitude when she told us we only gave her $20 instead of $40. we were there on June 8, 2013 at 4:10p.m.

I shop daily at the dollar general in beech grove Indiana on Thompson and Arlington. There is a older lady with unnatural red hair that is the rudest woman and I let it go, but I was in your store with my daughter and she was cussing up a storm needless to say I won't be shopping at your store anymore. The rest of the employees at that store are wonderful it makes me wonder how she got on there. I'll rate this store four stars bc the rest of the employees are really great, I love Lonnie!

I live in a small community, however there are six stores within 10 miles of each other. The dollar general next to Givorn's grocery story is always lined up with carts and carts of merchandise, it's so bad every time you go in shopping is impossible. The other five stores are always spotless. I won't go back.

Please put a dollar general store in west valley city Ut we don't have any thing like your store out here i get your ad but their is no stores close to us the people i work with also want one here.

The Dollar store in Hutto Texas was always tidy and well stocked. Since the manager that had been there for a while has left to a new location, this store has fallen apart. It's filthy, AC works on occasion, never stocked up anymore, and some of the workers are a joke. This is the only store I always depended on in a small town and now have to travel to the next town to HEB to get my basic necessities. I like keeping money in my own town but this store has gone downhill!! What is going on??
