Dollar General Corporate Office & Headquarters

Wow, same song, second and third verse. Complaints about stores everywhere. Doesn't anyone at DG Corporate listen and react in a positive way?? Folks, we are stupid to continue to spend money with such a company!!!

We live in toledo ohio and I've nevwe had such bad customer service as I do at the dollar general. There is never a store attendant at the counter, you have to walk around the store to find someone to ring you out. I have several different cards and their checkouts never work properly to take them, so they hand you a plastic bag and tell you to use it until it works. They are rude and have no idea what they are doing. I do not recommend the dollar general on secor and alexis.

I just left your store #06951, in Arcadia, Fl. I was rather disgusted when I was told that the store could not make a complaint about pricing to your corporate office. On a price ticket for the Jack Link 3 ounce teriyaki package. The white ticket price was $4.75. At the bottom of the ticket it stated that the price was $0.83 an ounce. My question is: Doesn't 3 x .083 equal $2.59. Personally I think you need to have a math class.

I have been to the stores in grove and Wyandotte Oklahoma, they are both ridiculous, shelves not stocked, boxes in the aisles. Surprised your not sued all the time. Straighten up.

Okay I live in New Castle Pa and stopped at your dollar general store on Moravia Street in New Castle Pa and was totally disrespected by your so called male manager you have at that store! The way I look at it if he speaks to one person a day like that for no justifiable cause, you are going to loose a lot of business! I will no longer patronize that store and will go to other dollar stores but not dollar general for the way this manager talks to people. Whatever his personal problems are, leave at home or if this is just his personality, how did you hire someone like that!!! I normally don't like to have anyone fire or speak badly of them, but he needs a public relations class as to how to speak to people!!!! I wanted this posted on this site !!

I live in Alice, Texas, South Texas, I recently shopped at one of the two stores in town. As I was handed my plastic bag with the items I bought I noticed that dollar General will sell school uniforms. I think this great. I no longer have school age children. But I work with Child Protective Services and have several kids in my care. Recently, I made a home visit with two sisters that have been placed with their paternal grandmother. The grandmother expressed concern that she will be unable to travel 55 miles to Corpus Christi, TX to buy the girls their uniforms. She does not have transportation. JC Penney use to sell school uniforms to most of the residents of Alice, or least that's where most went, but it has closed it store in Alice. I called Dollar General Store at 1700 E. Main St., Alice, Texas and asked for a small stack of leaflets to mail out to my kids and others. They complied. I hope that this in some way will help the least of our little brothers and sister. I do not know if this is DG's first year selling school unifroms, at least it is my first time.

I had an xtra dolla of spending money this week so i decided to go the dollar general to spoil myself.. to my suprise i could get NOTHING for a dollar the cheapest thang i found came to 1.07. since i only brought my ONE dollar i went home emptied handed. I guess next week if i have an extra dolla of spendin money i can put that with last weeks dolla and get something real nice. lookin forward to that

Your Mt Pleasant Michigan store does not allow customers to use the bath rooms in store. The sign says out of order but seems like after a year or so they would be fixed

I "LOVED" to shop in your stores...until lately! You can't get a shopping cart because they are all full of merchandise that are setting in the aisles. If you have a cart, you can only get down part of the aisles! This has been going on at the store on Cleveland and the store on south Van Buren, in Enid, Oklahoma. PLEASE send someone out to these locations to help them get a handle on this!! I hate going in there anymore and I hate that!!!

On 7-22-13 I went into DG Store # 00271 in Clinton, OK. What a disgusting store. There was merchandise all over the floors in the isles and I could hardly walk down the isles. Now this store has always been in disarray but today was worse. They have decided to move the shelves closer together? Not sure why. You can see on the floor where the shelves use to be, they never cleaned the floor when they moved them. I am a small person and my mother will never be able to enter your store again. She is disabled and has to use a walker, there is no way she will be able to go down the isles. I have contacted the American Disabilities Association and reported this violation. You have lost 2 more customers. If my mother can't get into a business then neither do I. Hum......How many customers will you loose due to this kind of disregard to your customers? Your distract manager should make a surprise visit.

Store 3428 has a manager that acts just like a regular employee. The manager steals stuff from the store, lets the first assistant manager do whatever she wants (like yelling at employees in front of customers) and plays games with everyone else (like myself who work in this store have not got my vacation check in two weeks and I don't think she has even called it in, I've been asking her everyday since i got back from vacation). We had a meeting and it was said that we were to all clock out if we left the store to do something other then store related stuff. The assistant manager never clocks out, but the Manager allows it. The Manager of this store doesn't do anything, and she is stuck up in a world that she can't come down from. So I hope she figures out soon what she is doing because 4 more of her employees are going to quit if she doesn't change.

While I was at my local dg I fell and am in unreal pain.its been a week and still nothing from dollar general. I believe I am seeking counsel for further action. The pain is unreal.

Store number 12278 in Pope Mississippi has an absolutely incompetent, rude, and lazy manager who was heard talking about her partying and sex life to someone else. There were several customers in the store at the time. Where on earth did you find this manager? She is never there and when she is there you never see her doing anything! AS FOR THE OTHER EMPLOYEES THEY ARE GREAT but I feel sorry for them because they have a wannabe manager. I know someone who works at that store and they are totally disgusted with the manager for several reasons. She calls in all the time, I guess she is gone to try to get her license back after her DUI which is public knowledge. the store would do good if you get the party girl out of there. I would give a higher rating but The manager brings it way down.

The Dollar General at 732 W. Main St. in Lexington, SC has been without AC all summer. The store has box fans lining the perimeter of the store in a feeble attempt at making the store less unbearable. When I asked an employee about the situation, I was told that the corporate office was aware of the problem. Since this is how Dollar General treats its employees and customers, I will no longer shop there.

I have been to the dollar general in stringer,ms. 3 times in a row and have experienced just plain out uncalled for rudeness from the manager! Waited to check out over 5 mins!! Only myself and one other shopper in the store, manager comes up front and i still have to ask to be checked out! Slung her box of deodorant she was carrying and didn't say one word just rung up my purchase, gave total and that was it!!! I go to dg very often and i find myself not even wanting to stop here because of rude workers who are being paid to do a job! Have talked with others and same story...!!! Ridiculous.

I was just wondering if anyone ever had a problem with Dollar General that was solved by using this e Corporate Office web site ? Maybe posting here is like preaching to the choir loft. I don't DG really gives a hoot ! Talking to the people at the phone number listed here does no good at all.

Are does Dollar General pay eCO for this site to keep them from having to hire more staff to answer their phones at Dollar General Home Office? Because calling the DG phone number posted here will get you no where at Dollar General.

Hello, I visited the dollar general in Arthur Illinois on 7/19/2013 at 5pm. There were 9 people in line and only one register open. That was the first problem. The other thing I considered a security issue that might interest you is the cashier ran out of ones. I guess it was the manager that opened the safe to get money out. laid all the cash and coin on the floor and started digging for what she needed. The cash was in an orange bag. I could have easily gotten the combination to the safe when she punched it in. Not a good idea with a store full of people. You never know who is watching.

In these hard days of a pitiful economy, this in intended "ONLY" for the betterment of Dollar General, not to hurt any employees, but your store #11560 Goldsboro N.C. is an absolute "DISGRACE" to your company. That is the most (and has ALWAYS been the nastiest Dollar General I have ever walked in to. I try "NOT" to go in there unless its an emergency. You should sneak in there unexpectedly and see just how filthy it it.
