Dollar General Corporate Office & Headquarters

this site is a mess. A lot of the shelves are empty and everything is all clumped and cluttered. I have went intothis store four times looking to see if they had stocked for something I go there to buy and still nothing on the shelves. Corp really needs to check into what is going on at this store.

went to the dollar gen. in my area IN SEFFNER FL. on 10/04 at 11 in the morning and found they had only one person working and watch people walk out with out even thinking of paying . Did not fill safe and will never go back. How can a co. have a store and not care about the people who work for them. Was told that they were cutting hours because of people stealing how dumb is that. Have a family dollar down the street and will never go back.

The people that work at the store in Gahanna Oh are very nice. Also really helpful. The store is clean and organized. The parking isn't great because of the business next door.

I was in the Dollar General store in are town of Northeast,Pa. I was very unhappy at the way it looked. The store looked a mess. Holiday items for Halloween where very messy. I feel that the manager of this store is not doing there part in the position that they applied for. Messy is not what are town is all about.

I was in the DG in lewisburg, ky on Sunday. Oct 6, 2013. Cashier was so rude. She threw my items in the bag. I asked her to please check a coupon She said omg really and rolled her eyes. I will not return to that store anymore.

Over the weekend, I visited a Dollar General in Rowlett to get a bottle of water. I had never visited this store before and was surprised by the filthy conditions. In speaking with the Cashier I found that she didn't even realize it was dirty which says a lot. She also mentioned that the district manager had just been in the store and didn't voice any complaints. Looks like this store needs a complete management / personnel change! This store is located on Hwy 66 or Lakeview Parkway near Dalrock Rd.

Our local dg in salem wva is so disorganized..I shop an average to 3-4 times a week or more but latley I cant find anything because there stuff everywhere ...Dirty looking I thought I was at a yard sale..Please get that store a manager that actually cares...This was once a very nice store..

Are they going to re build the dollar general that burnt down sadly in Catoosa Oklahoma???? When will they re open it????

this use to be a very nice store, im in there every day buying stuff since the new manager there took over the manager and assistant manager can be very rude there can be lines a mile long and they wont open the other register like the other managers use to plus u cant get down half the aisle because of boxes and other stuff jamming them . its a shame this store is being run to the ground and the district manager andy will give ur name to the manager telling u reported them and he not suppose to.

So i went to get a job at dg in brevard nc. i am 18 and have no record well two weeks came around an i didn't hear anything so i started calling her (manager) the last time i called she was very rude to me and said shell look when she felt like it. she was very rude! Don't work for this company!!!!

I go to the dollar general in franklin, tn in alexander plaza and I am very disappointed with the customer service there. Every time I go in I'm either waiting at the register because no one is there or because there is a line of people and only one cashier when I see plenty of other employees in the store. I absolutely can not stand it! Do so.ething about it!

The store was dirty, items in the isles, items on the floor. This is not the first time this has happened. Use to be a very clean store and a manager that was very thoughtful. Very disappointed with the manager and the condition of the store. Have filled out survey on line but nothing appears to have been done to address the problems.

I'm a long time cutomer shopping there many times a week at store #6873 in Oklahoma the manger Shelly needs to be investigated she was mean, rude and lied to my face. Is how you want your company to be portrayed. This store has my money and lost me as a customer.

I was going in to the dollar general in Henry Illinois and a young blonde lady with short hair was outside at first glance I thought she was outside on a cigarette break. I smelled a dense odor of marijuana and looked over to see her having some sort of metal pipe to her lips. This girl was getting high outside her work. What losers Americans have become #dollargeneral

It's funny after searching for the corporate number I notice thousands of complaints. Im NOT Alone How is this business still able to function ??? About 2 or 3 times while visiting a DG store. I've the same cashier arguing with customers I've never personally had a issue , But I did speak with someone concerning the issue . I'm assuming the company is desperate for employed They'll probably hire a killer as long as he can reach out his hand to take your money Disgusted with DG stores.. the Company & The people that "represent" the company. I'll stick to Walmart where I've never noticed a rude Cashier hence top Retailers ! A few extra dollars totally worth it

Boy working on a few weeks and still not getting paid. Guess Dollar General don't take care of their people......

I have always loved DG and I applied for several positions. I must say that the 63 questions assessment does not make a lot of sense. Most of the answers are ones I would not choose. I hope this doesn't stop good people from becoming good employee's.

The Dollar General in Bellfontte Arkansas is nasty. The moved all the shelves around 3 or 4 months ago and still have not cleaned the floors where they used to be. The floor is stained and rusty.

I was wondering if your stores hire professionals to come and clean at night. The store at 6225 Upper Valey, El Paso TX 79932 is a very dirty and unkept store, I have walked in there several times on a Sunday morning to find dead cockroaches all over the place and the floors are so dirty they are gray with spill marks from some sort of liquid!! Ive started going to your competition, Family Dollar, which is out of my way, but ive yet to see that store filthy, it is so clean and everything is in order that it makes my shopping experience very pleasureable. I only live a couple of minutes away from your store and will not go back until management does something about the filthiness!!!!

My mother, 81 years old, was recently hospitalized and, though weak, was cleared to drive. She made the trip of 12 miles to Fork Union, Virginia to the Dollar General store today. She loves this store because it is more accessible to her than a neighboring DG. She became quite exhausted and asked if a chair was available for her to sit in, and was told "No". The last time I was at this store, a week ago or so, there were lawn chairs sitting outside for sale. Could she not have been allowed to rest in one of them? She will never speak up for herself, so I am speaking up for her. I plan on contacting the Corporate Headquarters tomorrow.
