Dollar General Corporate Office & Headquarters

I went in there about 2 weeks ago and bought a hanging mirror I'm a very loyal customer was Office Manager for Save-a-Lot for 10 years before I had to move. The girl at the register said do you have your receipt? I looked at here very nicely and said all the employees can tell you I have you throw them away. The costumers behind me Bless her heart said I've seen this little lady even help you caught thief's. Then I couldn't believe it when she said you could of picked up the glass and brought it to us. I held my cool and said for a 20.00 dollar mirror you'd taken the chance of me seriously cutting my self and have a law suite. She wasn't to friendly need customer service classes. Just would like my mirror replaced there is only one.

WOW, went to 3 different Dollar General Stores this am and 2 stores had no Marlboro Lights of any kind, the 3rd store had locked it's self out of the cigarette cabinet. I started getting cigarettes at Dollar General for convenience, but the store nearest to me (lone Oak), never has any in stock, NEVER.....

I'm not sure if anyone reads these, but in every store that I go to, the layout is similar. I am just a customer, but because of the way you have your candy and gum near the check out, I've caught several kids stealing stuff. The way it is layed out, the check out clerk can't even see that someone is stealing something, and if I happen to see it, I make them put it back. I'm a teacher, and hate seeing something like that. I just wanted to let you know. Hopefully you'll be able to fix it. -Lisa

Just had the scariest interaction with a new manager. He is very threatening and extremely rude. Blasting rap music and too busy hanging out to restock the weekly specials. Will not return and will share with everyone in neighborhood and on Facebook. Yikes. This store needs help now.

I started work at 6 am stocking. This was my first day there.....by 7 am my manager was saying I had nice strong arms, kept starring at me, touched me on my shoulder several times and I told her I was done with that type of harassment. she proceeded to ask me if I smoked weed or knew anyone that did.....at that time I laid her box cutter down and I walked out,......im in the process of talking to corporate to see if anything can get resolved......dollar general in Troy NC is not the place to work.....there needs to be someone there that knows what they are doing and how to treat their employees!!!!!!!!!

i use this store quite often and like the merchandise but, there is always freight to be stocked. the isles are full. you have to look around them. if there is not freight, the place is messy. not dirty,just messy. stuff in floors or not in the right place.no one seems to care enough to keep it tidy. there is not enough staff. i could get the stuff put away in a few hours after closing. maybe that could be a solution. thanks.

Dollar General on Hwy 365, N Little Rock AR is BAD!!!!!! store is always dirty, got people with a key that is not trained, got cashiers not trained, no one friendly, manager never works......... this store is out of control

We live in Albertville, Al and shop at the Dollar Store #00545 and Everytime we go in there we always have to wait in line for at least 15 min because they only Ever hv 1 register open and it's Always busy. The cashier never bothers to ask for help and it's to the point now that we are ready to go to another DG no matter how far we have to go. They need help in there and Soon!!

I have been having trouble with coupons lately... For some reason the registers don't want to scan the coupons. On top of that the employees "can't put it in manually"... What is going on.???

I work at Dollar General. It is the worst company ever to work for!! I can't even explain how horrible it is. We are just numbers to them. We don't get appreciated at all at this company!

Recently visited your store in Richmond,Ky on the Eastern Bypass.Found product laying in the floor,shelves not properly stocked,miss placed items in so many different areas.One employee working.Very poorly run store.

I been coming in this store for a month and it's always a mess, the lines are always long and i can never find anything, it only be one cashier working, the manager has a bad attitude she doesn't know how to talk to the other employees or the customers, she needs to be fired. south Carolina st. Had bad customer service at the store in chauvin la i called several time to get a price and both times i call they told me that they was in the office and they wasn't going see how much the item i want was i will never go back again

I was shopping in your Wilson N.C. store that was recentely opended on Herring Ave. And you Asst,Managers talk really smart mouth and cussing out there employees. I was so embarrased. I know if it was me, I wouldn't want to work anywhere that I am being talked to like that especially in front of customers. That poor cashier was in tears...I ask her to tell someone and she said they were all alike and she needed her job. So I decided I would speak up for her!!!! So please your Wilson N.C. store needs to be looked at...Or may I recommend maybe someone from Coroporate start evaluating these stores under cover and observe for yourself. It is RIDICULOUS!!!!! I purchased airtime for my phone which was not run through the system properly, although paid for. Do not buy airtime for pre-paid cell phones at Dollar General. You will be out the money you paid and they do not help you when their is a problem.

I worked hard for this company for 18 years made one mistake of allowing employee to work off the clock because they would not give us enough hours to get the work done..and was terminated for that! I just called to see if I could be rehired just to help do new store setup and all the lady would say is that I could never be rehired..thanks DG for taking 16 years of my life and not caring about what work I put into the company!!

I enjoy shopping at the Smackover, Arkansas store with exception of one employee. In all my years of shopping, no person has ever been disgusting enough to put meat or cheese in the same bag with hazardous chemicals. Why put food in thin packaging in with products one CAN NOT ingest?? I've asked this man to stop but he doesn't listen. I've moved groceries in front of him. He is clueless. I don't want bathroom cleaner possibly leaking on my hot dogs. Is that too much to ask??

I was at the plantersville ,ms store on 10/5/213 ,and i witness the cashier working and she had a line that was really long and i noticed 3 workers outside smoking ciggaretes and i asked the young lady are you by yourself she says "it feels like it cause they do this all the time they go outside and smoke ciggarettes and text every five minutes". I really think this was wrong and i thought they banned smoking from in front of the premises.This is not the first time i have came accross this. The manager there is not friendly and i really belive that this store may be the worst dollar general to shop at i will not go back.

This store is never stocked. I have been in for two weeks straight and it seems nothing gets stocked.When I asked the manager"nikki" when does tyruck come in she was very rude in saying"Saturday sometime. check back wednsday and we may have it. I was lookin for some garbage bags.
