Dollar General Corporate Office & Headquarters

1st person in the store and was told pac mans had been on sale for 3 wks and they didn't have any more. Thus. ad 4 or 5 items they didn't have. False advertising and the staffs attitude was horrible. Either train your mgrs to respond to problems and not grunt bacause there mad. Sorry excuse for a stores. There are to many other stores to take this I can always go to Family Dollar. If I could you won't even get 1 star.

this store is a real dump. you cant get though it to buy things the mangers are always out side running their mouths and the customers have to go out to get them to come in to the store so we can for things .

I do wish I could give a good review about our store in Hooks, TX. But I cannot. The Christmas items are STILL mostly in boxes that are piled down several isles...partially up and then some just opened and still in boxes...I have went to several DG stores in our area, and their Christmas isles have been set for weeks now. It is always like this...the isles just look messy, you cant even get down some because of boxes piled up! PLEASE help this store get back in shape!

South Glens Falls Store, 12803 The Manager & two other men you have working at that store are just FANTASTIC employees! Please tell them so! If I owned a business, I would hire them for certain!

management at dg in Rockport Indiana are rude, they don't do their jobs and expect more from there employees but get all the credit...no wonder why the store has so much of a turn around

This happened at the DG in Matthews nc, employee Mike had a very Disrespectful language and rude behavior do not belong in the workplace didn't care at all that i am 8 months pregnant, the story is too long to tell , he made me and my 7 year old daughter cry it got to the point that i had to call the cops i have never been treated like this it was my first time at the Dollar General and Last!

some of you guys are always putting down dg workers if you only had a clue how they are treated by corporate you would understand why they never smile or greet you they treat the employees like thieves and they need their jobs so the just keep on keeping on until they get fired for dumb reasons if you want the employees to be happier you need to complain about corporate about how they make the work environment so unhappy

everpet dry cat food is sold in most dg stores and i use to buy it til i found a huge medal machinery part in the bottom of the bag. it has killed alot of cats and i just buried 4 of mine in 1 week. i will never trust or buy this food again and if its not taken off shelves soon, in hopes nobody loses their animals. i will personally take legal action against the company and all who is involved. watch ur animals people for vomiting and blood and severe diaharrea. good luck.

The one in Palestine Texas has a horrible manager named Chelsea brown. She's hateful and mean and dresses horrible and smells nasty

If you are going to run a sale either make sure you have enough for everyone or offer a rain check. i have been to your store 3 times this week to get the liter bottle of Dr.Pepper for $1.00. Neither time do you have them in stock. If nothing else make it so you are only allowed to purchase 2 at a time.

I didn't know managers were allowed to harass people because they were wearing a certain color or looked a certain way... Seriously, do you know how unpleasant it was to be singled out and accused of stealing something that coast a dollar when the shoes I was wearing coast more than anything the employes were wearing. I am fourteen, I was upset and bawling, and even after I proved her wrong she did not say sorry. I don't want to victimize myself, but what she did was completely uncalled for.

Employee in Dollar General informed customer wrongfully concerning the items on sale in AD. The next day, the Manager would not allow customer to purchase product according to Saturday's AD. On Sunday there was a new AD. Therefore, customer contacted Dollar General Headquarters, since the Manager would not assist with employee's mistake. HOMEMADE BAKER

I live in johnstown, pa. We has alot of little towns that all have a dg. I went to three dollar generals looking for their buy one get one free on peak 50/50 anti=freeze. all three stores I went to only had one gal in the hole store they all said that was all they had but still left the sign up saying buy on get one free. how is that when they all only have one. I went to another store who honered the sale,

I live in a small town and we are a very proud town. The Dollar General in Lincoln, Arkansas is a disgrace to this amazing town. There are at least 50-100 out down every aisle. There is more product on the floor than there is on the shelves. There is product stacked up in the corners blocking fire extinguishers, fire doors and emergency exits. There was trash all over the floors a slip, trip and fall waiting to happen. You as a company are doing yourselves a huge disservice. And you are putting good hardworking peoples lives in danger and making shopping there not only stressful but dangerous! Please do something about this store!

I just ran into DG on 5th S. Alabama Avondale and I was not greeted I am CNA for St. V......the lady on the phone was rude and I left I will never go there again I will continue at Irondale seriously lifes not so bad

Why does this store keep changing employees like I change underwear, when new store opened everything was great ,now they fired or run off all the good employees, what's up with the management, someone needs to talk to x employees ,about the manager. store number 3267.

I go the the DG frequently in Gibsonville, NC (Whitsett Ave) and there was one the the sweetest cashiers ever at that store. Recently I was in there and I witness such rudeness to her by your DM and acting manager. Later I found out she was fired because of some nonsense. I fell that they were not only rude but are very prejudice to her and another African American employee in the store. The managment at this store is very pathetic. Myself and my family and friends have vowed to never shop at this store again.

I am a key holder for dollar I love my job but I have a problem with stores not up to policy I will not put my name on a deposit that I never touched Im suggesting every emplyee be trained about the policies of the company.

Same on you for being open on Thanksgiving and not letting your employees spend that day with family like everyone else.

My mother and I shop at the West Liberty,Iowa location and noticed a very rude employee. She never greeted us, not smiling, and didn't say thank you. My mom and I donated to charities. The employee didn't tell my mom that she left her Christmas lights at the store. My mom found out when she got home and had to go back. We like shopping at Dollar General because you have great prices and variety! The other employees are really nice! This one wasn't.
