Dollar General Corporate Office & Headquarters

I went to the Columbia Illinois store and stood in line while the lady in front of me was visiting with the customer. Another person came up and was immediately checked out. The service was unacceptable. that is the last time I will waste my time trying to shop in that store.

I apply for a job at DG and did my w2 online and everything. I told the truth up front that I have a mistmeter battery on my record. The manager told me I was fine and had nothing to worry about. Now the manager said they haven't got my background check yet but I got one in the mail. No sure what's going on but said they were waiting on corporate to get a hold of them. They didn't think I can work there because of one thing on my recorded but I know at least 3 people working there with the same thing I was charged with or worse. So I am taking it they get to choose and pick which ones they want to hire. No wonder why Illinois has the highest unemployment rate.

I live in MN and shop or use to shop at the dollar store in Rush city MN 55069 1 year and the place in dirty stuff all over the place should be managed right

Love Dollar general. They have one product that is horrible in my opinion. I bought a $400 Green Dot Moneypak and had a very hard time ever getting my money back. They would not apply it to PayPal as they promised. They finally granted a refund after getting PayPal's help. Dollar Store...Please discontinue the product!!

this store here in Livingston tx off hwy 2457 has emploees sitting outside smoking cigaretts and when ur ready to check out they get mad and here lately just got home with a soda from there and its been already open 4 me YUK

I can understand asking for ID's but when a costumers are in the store on a multipliable times a week and that are 58 years old and still have to produce an ID every time they walk in that becomes a pain

thank you thank you for starting to fix our air its just to bad it took 27 calls from our customers to get you to fix y cant you fix and stop being so rude its to bad it takes customers to wake you the manangers dont have a say at all come on wake up were not all bad when you got a good store take care of them your high pocket in the office dont care what a shame

you no if D G would care and a little more careing about there stores and stop being so greedy and start worrying about your stores a little more the money will be there right now all your store are not doing that well thats all your fault just start careing about your people were all not that bad

I've sent over a half dozen emails to the Dollar General Corporation and they never even acknowledge me, in store the clerks are nice, in the corporate offices they are worse than Scrooge before the ghosts visited him. They think if they continue to ignore me I'll go away -- iti s what they do whenever anyone contacts them. Only I am not going to go away and I will let eveyrone know just how bad they are. With Family Dollar, Dollar Tree and dozens of other discounted stores within walking distance of each of their stores you think they would at lest try to pretend to care aobut their customers. The only reason it gets one star is because I can't give them a minus star.

if this is really for the public why does my reviews say they went through but won't post. Lies maybe because is about the discrimination employees be doing and managers be allowing. This has to stop!

It sucks that two dollar general stores approximately 4 miles apart would not have the same pricing. Christmas items in one store reduced 50% but the store in the 3900 block of Gleenwood Road, in the middle of an predominately Black areas, do not have the same discount on the same items. Loses my business for both stores. Merry Christmas

I started working at dollar general a couple of months ago, I absolutely lovedmy job at the beginning, the store manager ignores your complaints, the district manager never returns you calls, you are overworked and underpaid the store is never fully stocked because there is not enough of workers; but yet DOLLAR GENERAL keep hiring new people and now it's even worse because these new people hahave no bbc.co idea about what is going on

I applied online to every Dollar General store in my area. The one in Elkader, Iowa contacted me and had a 3 minute interview and she said she would call me back. She did call me back a week before Christmas and said that I will be starting on December 28th. I forgotten to write it down so I called her back to make sure I had the correct date and she said yes. When I got there today (December 28) she said I was supposed to come in last Saturday and that she had tried calling me three times. I was home all day Saturday because there was a storm and not one time did the phone ring.

I was parked at dg store in wildwood fl and I went in real quick to get some things. When I came out their truck was parked behind me unloading. I figured it would be 15 min tops to unload so I gave it some time. When it looked like it was going to be longer I went in and asked them when the truck was leaving so I could pull out. They didn't want to move the truck and said it would be a half hour or so longer. It ended up to be two hours total. Sick! I will never go back there!

hello Dollar General Corp. I will never shop another $$ general this year or next year. The reason being everytime i go to this store the manager will also be rude or stand offish to me.Last year i filled out a application at this store.He offered me 12-17 hours a week,i accepted then he called for me to start employment,My daughter answered my cell-phone and told him i was not interested,having said all this he always treats me with no respect. I get more respect from John.

I was at the Dollar General in Pearl River (Hickory), La the lines was long I ask the cashier about opening another register she said she ask the manger and she hasn't. While I was up next to check out the manager took over as cashier and I ask about opening up another line and she ignored me and she told the cashier to get carts from outside in the rain and a line of customers down the isle. This is all the time at this store.

you have a very rude manager .she makes fun of people after they leave the store in front of others .ialso have seen her be down right mean to her employees no wonder she has a big turn around with employees.also there wasnt any heat on the employees were wearing coats to keep warm.

In December of 2012, I was employed at the dg store on highway 70 in carthage tennessee for just a short time due to having a crisis come up at home. The manager that is running that store is VERY rude in how she talks to people and employees alike. She comes in to work dressing like a total bum and has a professionalism quality of ZERO.

I visited Dollar General (store #00146) today. Upon approching the front door I was not greeted into this store with warmth and friendliness instead I had a employee raise her voice with me as soon as I came through door. I pulled upfront due to my bad ankel.was just gonna run in and grabe tape. I'm curren Itly disabled and awaiting my second surgery. The employese not only embarrassed me I could still here her talking about it to other customers across the store. I visit this store on a regular basis! I feel the employee had a problem about my parking she could have been a little more professional about it and taken me to the side instead of yelling and cont until I left the store talking about it to customers. ...I will not be revisiting your establishment again.
