Not a complaint just curious as to how I can contact your people in Public Relations. I have an Idea concerning the "Very Old Photos" on most of the Denny's restaurants we've gone to here in San Diego and I can put together an improvement in that area that would benefit your restaurants as well as your image and help the local communities as well. I have a sample of what a simple change would make in the local Denny's restaurant on Friers road in San Diego. An E mail address for you office would allow that image to be sent. Paul A. Atkielski I will contact the manager at that location to see if he might be able to put me in touch with your people or if that location might be interested in updating their location without Corporate assistance. The public relation benefit would be significant if your PR people were to give it some thought.

to whom it concerns, a good company knows happy employs equals happy customers..I love my job and meeting people from all over the world.I was employed for 5 years and new mang. was brought in and all the old employs shifts were changed from morning to night and the hours were cut to make way for the new bosses friends. All the people that were let go were older.I ve contacted my regional manger no help written every Dennys site on the net no answer .. Your motto is our family taking care of yours. What a joke you do not care what your franchises are doing? I was eventually fired taken to court and had to fight for my unemployment. I told the judge there was discrimination and my boss and regional mang there was not. Nwo they are being sued and I am ready to jump on the band wagon. You need to look into this store, if you believe this should apply at your franchise store .. Your about to have some problems if no one looks into this store. We were passing through Thousand Oaks and and saw Denny's off the freeway, so we stopped. The server was a nice person. I took my children to the restroom, and my son went into the stall and excitedly said mommy look what I found, he walked out with A HYPODERMIC NEEDLE, I screamed so loud and flicked it out of his hands. It was horrific.

Last year (2010) i visited "Denny's" in Austin, Texas off I-35; the service was poor and i told myself i would never be back. This week my wife and I went to Vegas. We visited Denny's on the strip and ordered the new "Mac and Cheese Patty melt. An hour later we still had not received our meal/ refills..notta. I spoke to the manager who stated only one cook was working. One~! One freaking cook working a large restraunt in Vegas. I turned to the customer sitting adjacent me who had just walked in. I stated i had ordered my meal over an hour ago and still had not received it. We left. Others left with us. I WILL NEVER EAT AT DENNY'S AGAIN~! Your service is unacceptable. This is breakfast food...not a 5 Star restraunt. I hope your business collapses.

This complaint needs to be adress as so as possible. On 9/21/11 at approx. 5:30 PM. I entered the Denny's restaurant located 83 rd. ave & W.Bell rd. Peoria,Arizona.I was seated in a timely manner by hostess, who was also the person who took my order.My food order was placed at approx.5:35 PM. At 6:00 PM. no food.During this time,after order was taken,I observed waitress seat and cash out customers,until approx.6:25 PM. and still no food.All this time,I never seen this person wash her hands after handling the cash that was given to her by customers. At approx.6:30 PM. still no food.At that time,I left the restaurant. It appears this Denny's is not under control of any manager whatsoever.Other customers were mad because it took solong to get their bill.This complaint is about poor sevice and about health viloations.

this is a review of the denny's on west lake mead, las vegas, nv. terrible service cold food and wrong food sent to table had to wait forty mimutes for the food could not get a cup of coffee and couldn't get check as everybody was in the back . this is not the denny's used to be. this denny is pure crap this was 10:30 in the morning on september 20,2011 with six people in the store

If you think it is bad to eat there.. try working there for $2.13 an hour. Dennys is noting but slave owners. They dont seem to feel the need to follow federal or state labor and wage laws. Who is really in charge here?

We stopped in Elk City, Ok at a Dennys and the food was spoiled. Both my husband and I got sick and felt lousy the next day also. We have never been in a Dennys that was that bad. The waitress was all about her being pregant, blah, blah, blah,the dress code was something else entirely. Most of the people looked like they were going to a halloween party. If we should happen to stop there again for the night we will definately not be going to Dennys's..... We stop at Denny's in Victoria, Tx., that is just wonderful. People are pleasant, service is great and food is hot and delicious.

Restraunt #8557 9601 I-40 East Exit 76 Amarillo TX 79111 (806) 335-9790 / (800) 694-0707 Smoking is ALLOWED in this restraunt, and there is no physical barriers so the entire restraunt has the smell of smoke. Filled out electronic survey and then rewarded with a coupon code only good at the restraunt which I will not return to due their SMOKING policy.

My wife and I went to the dennys in Burleson and we had a new waiter was trying to do well. We waited about 30 minutes for our food we asked what was going on and he said that there was only one cook. Then after our meal we were waiting to pay and heard the general manager of the store talking bad about our waiter. yes he is young looking but he tried. general manager at that store was very rude. rest of staff was very nice.

Fuck Denny's I still havent got paid, I recommend to never eat their again.. we got shut down and all the employies didn't get paid

I went to Dennys In Janesville, Wisconsin. The food was good. The bill was $22.33. I used my debit card and noticed two days later that Dennys charged same amount twice. I called up the restaurant and they said that they do not know how to fix it. If I let my bank do it, it will cost Dennys a large fee. I am a senior citizen and I feel taken advantage of.

I started working at the new Denny's in Wharton,TX amd i was fired after only the 2nd day of the restaraunt being open, for not knowing the whole menu by heart. They let me work my whole shift and when the shift was over the let me go. The work the workers 8 hours plus with out a break. When the servers brought back orders that were wrong instead of throwing the food away they would put it back with the fresh food. And that is considered cross contamination. So think twice before ordering food there.

I went to Dennys in Seattle wa on sat i order my food when it came the waitress never told me the plate was hot I burnt my handand then when i went to pay they ran my credit card 3 timesim never going back to dennys ever againafter I told the waitress the plate was hot she didnt say a word but then when she gave my friend his fiod she tild him after i said the plate was hot .Pat

I WENT TO DENNY'S AT CITY OF COMMERCE, CA. THERE WAS HOMELESS LADY SITTING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE ASKING FOR MONEY. I FELT SO UNCONFORTABLE EATING THIS RESTAURANT. BECAUSE IT SEEM LIKE NOBODY CARE ABOUT HOMELESS ASKING FOR MONEY OR SITTING INSIDE A RESTAURANT SLEEPING IN THE WAITING BOOTH. SO I TOOK OFF WITHOUT WAITING. I WOULD NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. IT SEEM LIKE A HOMELESS RESTUARANT.

its so sad that. a good server!!!. wants!!!!!!!! certain shift is told about needing make..what about religions right??? do we give ones that come in after a hard worker thats been there since the opening..(yes)we all women who wished we looked like barbie!!! but guess what we dont.. so what is that saying for our good employee..sad how that can make someone feel really low about there self. and is that respect??? sounds like mangement needs to have a wake up..this isnt right.. and yes iam that employee..GOOD SERVERS NEED TO BE NOT FORGOTTEN !!!! Let me tell u about my experience in one of the dennys restaurants, i went to have breakfast with my wife on a saturday morning to the dennys from hawaii the big island in kona.. i had the worse experience ever i could think off the food took so long it seem like if they wher short of staff only 3 servers wher ther for the whole rstaurant, i notice one of the manager couse he was just siting while watching the serves goin crazy runnng back n foward of how busy it was i was siting rght next to the table he was sitting i could hear him just complaining and saying "if all hes workers wher in drugs" when the servers wher tryng to do the best they could, what realy upset me was that one of the server went to him and told him about a mistake she ha made he snap and when crazy on her screaming in front of all the custumers and putting her down, i dont think thats right and it dont look good for the name of the restaurant DENNYS ...

Denny's workers, are very hard workers. The servers get paid under min wage, and yet serve rude people with a smile : ) the value of a meal is very cheap, so even people like Cheryl can afford a meal. Do not blame the workers for Mexico being taken from them! Denny's rocks!!!

I have worked at Dennys for over 15 yrs and so suck and tired of people always saying they have bad service there is a big difference between service and slow cooks please do not take it out on your server we want u to leave and tip us as quick as u can belive that. I know there is bad servers out there but get mad at the cooks and manager theystill get Paid if u r Happy Or not. Tip your waitress Or stay home i dont cook the food.

dennys in checotah oklahoma sucks it is the management thatsoes not know what they are doing the place is clean but they do not know how to handle customers and employees alike.they are rude to them.want them to be too fast getting food out and often it is not what you order or it does not have everything in it,they need to slow down and make it right or put more cooks on the line
