If you are looking for brand name designer childrens formals I stumbled upon a website called pigtailskidswear.com this website is owned by a christian woman out of douglas wyoming, She carries tuxedos, dresses, and so much more I can't even begin to list all the different types of clothing she carries. You want to talk about prices? The prices are so low it will surprise you. Take a look at her website and give her a call. The number is 307-359-8770. She really did make my wedding day WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased a bridesmaid dress and I want to returned it since I won't make it to my friend's wedding due by a career. I had called them to asked for return. They don't take returns. How do they make a customers' satisfication? They don't know how to run a business at all. I would go to a smaller bridal shop to accept for return and full refund. David's bridal shop need to shut down since its a horrible services. It really cheap made and not a very good quality! I don't like David's bridal and I would never to step into the store ever again.

My wedding is in 19 days and one of my bridesmaids is still waiting on her dress I have called Davids Bridal 10 times today and ask for the Manager and they have told me everytime that they are busy.Really I will NEVER shop here again and a friend of mine is getting married next year and WE WILL NOT SHOP HERE............

I bought my dress in the Strongsville Ohio store. Great experience for shopping for the dress and bridesmaide dresses. I Purchased my dress not needing ANY alterations. fit me perfectly. All i needed was to get a bussel done to it. I paid $200.00 for the bussel on a $300.00 dress. Was a little upset about that. But i got over it. It was the day before i was schedualed to pick it up and they called and cancelled it because they had an emergency wedding and that wedding party needed alterations. So i reschedualed it for a week after. I go there to get it. They couldnt find my dress at first. So they Found it and nothing was touched on it. when i asked what was going on and when can i pick it up they told me 5 days before my wedding. They had my dress for 10 weeks and it wasnt even done. So I left all upset and called the next day to talk to the manager to get my dress and refund my money and she told me that it would be done that monday and she will personally call me. I ended up just showing up on that wednesday and it was done. I NEVER recieved a phone call or anything. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN DAVIDS BRIDAL AGAIN!!!!!

Horrible experience at the David's Bridal store in Savannah, Georgia! Botched alterations, lost sash, extra charges never explained, poor treatment, bad customer service. And we cannot get any customer service representatives to respond! Don't use David's Bridal!

I was very very displeased with my davids bridal experience. After looking online for weeks and marking my absolute favorites under my log in on their website I was so excited for my best friend and I to finally get to g o there and actually see and try on dresses in person. Naturally when we got there they come to the door ready and willing however, as soon as they discovered I was having a "quickie" wedding and wanting one of the $99 gowns that they advertise ibwas informed that there werenone in stock and that I could try on a few bridesmaid dresses cause they will fit the same. Then I asked to be measured so I could at least know my exact measurements and possibly purchase one I found on their website. They said I will talk to the manager and then they ran and hid.....we never saw anyone that worked there again. Needless to say I was incredibly disappointed and more than a little heart broken. Fast cheap wedding or not, I still expected to be treated with the same excited consideration that any other bride would have been given. I will not ever even consider the idea or davids bridal and will tell all my friends my story of my experience.

I got my dress and my 8 bridesmaids got our dresses for Glen Burnie MD Davids Bridal They measured all my bridesmaids wrond and all theres dresses r to big on of my bridesmaid sent her dress back and they are telling us it will be in June 18 and my wedding is June 23.So I asked them since it is there fault will they do her alteractions if any needed for free or a discount and they wont do anything.VERY VERY VERY UPSET and WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN....

Fellow Brides and Wedding Party Victims of David's Bridal--I wish I could rate this store with NEGATIVE stars because--guys--this store would have -5 stars or more (note the NEGATIVE SIGN) if I could rate it that way. Even giving this store NO stars would be FAR too generous. The other pissed off customers on this website are not just whistlin' Dixie. This store is HORRIBLE; apparently, it is deplorable everywhere. So my story is similar to what others have posted. I am getting married in two days from now. Let me say- I USED to( past tense) like the dress when I first tried it on, but after having to pay HALF the price of an 800+ dollar dress in alterations, I have now come to LOATHE the dress. Yes-- I absolutely cannot stand to see myself in the dress. I realize that the dress fits better now because of the alterations, but I KNOW that I could have gotten a much better fitting dress off the rack in small bridal business that would have existed 8 years ago that no longer exists now because of this con-artist central, corporate crap-hole of a business. This is my second marriage. I found a perfect-fitting, BEAUTIFUL wedding dress off the rack when I got married last time. I found that dress at a wonderful, small, bridal boutique. That dress cost the same amount as the ALTERATIONS cost for this piece of crap dress I will be forced to wear in two days. I have been crying non-stop since I tried on the horrendous overpriced nightmare yesterday. I cannot believe I got conned into buying such a horrible, expensive dress. I do not understand why someone who wears a size 8 has to buy wedding dresses in size 16. I mean--no wonder the dress had to have alterations, the sizing is completely off on everything, but the con-artist consultant kept swearing there was no dress cheaper in my size that I liked that could come in--in time for my wedding (even though I gave them three months' notice). And I noticed that she would not really let me look through the cheaper, sale dresses I really liked on my own. She had to be in charge of everything. She would bring back one to the dressing room she had me holed-up in, and she would get one that I requested that was always ill-fitting--- a size too big or small. I feel like had I been left alone to browse through the dresses myself (which they would not allow for)-- I would not have been swept up in the web of sale lies that is Dave's Bridal. The consultant-- along with her minions-- convinced me that the only dress I remotely liked that I tried on, which happened to be a very expensive one they picked out for me and knew they could get in my size (I'm sure), was my best bet for the time-frame of my wedding. Well, idiot me, I bought the lie--partly out of weariness and desperation at that point and partly because I thought they might be telling the truth. Boy, was I stupid. So guess what? Yesterday--check it out-- Wow-- all the cool cheap dresses that I liked that were in the same size of my other horrible expensive dress-- were RIGHT THERE at the store on the RACK yesterday--right in front of me, and, of course, I see this as I am picking up the dress that put me in the poor house and might possibly put me in the mental ward. I began to feel the room sway at that point. Hi-- I could have just waltzed in yesterday and bought a dress I actually liked--right off the rack for HALF the price of the alterations of my EXPENSIVE dress, which let me remind you, were HALF the price of that expensive dress. I was about to faint with anger and depression when I saw all of this. I just cannot tell you how much I hate this place. I will reiterate: I just cannot convey to you all how much I really, really, really HATE my experience at the David's Bridal House of Hell. I will spare you the details of all threats they made to re-sell products I had purchased and already picked up because they don't ever communicate with each other up there, and I will leave out the harrowing anecdote of the alteration manager not keeping up with my appointments and then threatening that she would not alter my dress since she was not aware I had already been fitted more times since she blew off my appointments and left me to deal with her incompetent associates-- as I mentioned no one knows how to communicate effectively up there. Yes, there is much more to the David's Bridal Horror Show, but I am sure anyone who is reading this post already knows and has her own bad experience to back up my claims. So in closing, I have no idea how I will be able to put this mortifying experience behind me. This whole experience has been so bad for me that I have been re-living the trauma of my divorce since that wedding went off perfectly, and now I resent having to go through this whole wedding dress planning again with a horrifying experience because my fiance is determined to have a traditional wedding. Thanks David's Bridal-- for making the wedding to the man I know I am perfectly paired up with a disaster I will never get over. Thanks for RUINING my wedding.

I went to Davids Bridal to purchase my bridesmaid dresses in West Springfield, MA and when I got there they did not even have my appointment in the computer system. Then to top it all off I had to wait 45 minutes till they could find someone to come and assist my bridal party and I was so mad!!!!! I basically found all the dresses myself because people there act like they are confused and don't know how to do their JOBS!!!!! One of my bridesmaids went to go and pay for her dress a couple of days later and they acted like we had never been there and did not have any idea that we were ever even there. The price of the dress was suppose to be $113.00 dollars and they said the dress was $145.00 then another person got on the phone and said that the dress was $185.00 WHAT PRICE IS REALLY THE DRESS!!!!! Then the manager tells me that she would have to call me back and then she never calls me back and then I called back I was then put back on hold only to be told that the manager stepped out YEA RIGHT!!!!! I was soooooooo pissed I let them have it I am the bride I don't deserve to be treated like this what happened to customer service REALLY!!!!!! I then asked for the customer service number only to be given the wrong number and she also said that the manager must of forgot I was on on hold REALLLLY!!!! I am truley DISAPPOINTED with my experience at this store this is no way for a person to be treated I don't need this stress I should be enjoying this wedding experience, but unfortunatly I'm not because of this crappy store!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

This is the bottom line. Right HERE! I have never seen a retail outlet like this one! I cannot believe the complaints, as they come right after another. My Direct question is, " how can a store just blatantly Keep your money when you decide for whatever reason you cancel a wedding? what does Davids Bridal have to do with one's wedding? Are you kidding me? The Redlands Store (Redlands, Calif) tells me only the Bride can cancel the Wedding. I Paid the Deposit ON THIS DRESS, not the bride. This BIMBO AT THE STORE tells me they have to see what the bride says, and they are launching their investigation into the cancellation of my wedding to this lying ass woman; you find out you are not marrying the woman you thought you were marrying and then you cancel. So what? Why create some Phony arbitration to keep from returning someone's money? I don't care if my (now EX) cancels or not! I just want my refund, and it is a shame I have to call my bank and get my refund that way OF REVERSING THE TRANSACTION,...why go thru unnecessary bullshit? THIS IS the Craziest thing I have ever witnessed. Is the wedding dress industry that bad? are people making their own dresses therefore making it bad for these stores retailing said dresses? IF I HAD SEEN THESE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK LETTERS I NEVER,....EVER EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER MESSED WITH THESE TOTALLY IGNORANT PEOPLE! YOU LIVE AND LEARN; THE BUSINESS THEY DON"T SEE WILL HURT MORE THAN ANYTHING. shame SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME AHAME SHAME SHAME ....THE CRAZIEST CRAP I HAVE COME ACROSS TO THIS DATE. ARE THESE PEOPLE FOR REAL? REALLY? REALLY? I TELL YOU WHAT------GIVE THEM 50 STARS FOR NOT RETURNING MY MONEY,....THESE HARD UP PEOPLE SHOULD JUST CLOSE DOWN AND MAYBE OPEN A SWAPMEET, BECAUSE THATS HOW TACKY THEY ARE...... DAVID'S BRIDAL MY ASS THESE PEOPLE ARE ANAL RETENTIVE WITH FULL CRANIAL-RECTAL INVERSION. JUST CLOSE THEM DOWN AND THEN LET THE US ATTORNEY GENERAL DEAL WITH THEM

We went shopping at Davids for my daughters Wedding dress found one she fell in love with!! The it was on sale, the manager looked it up, not once but twice and said it was available!! So we said we would be back Monday to pay for it, asked if we needed to put any money down for deposit to hold dress, was told NO!!!! So we go there today and they tell us they can't get the dress!!! Tried to get her to try on others and all they could say was SORRY well sorry doesn't cut it!! This is a HUGE MISTAKE!! How can this happen, she is heart broken!! Davids Bridal Terre Haute IN

I purchased a wedding gown, jacket and sash plus rush handling fees of $40 to have the dress delivered to my home in another state. The dress did not arrive on time. I did not know about the handling fees because of the lateness of my purchase. At each step along the way, I asked if there were any additional charges. I was told that the handling fees were simply standard fees. I was promised by Paula in Orange County CT. Davids bridal that my gown at the very latest would arrive at on my doorstep, no later than 5/2/2012. My gown did not arrive until May 4 after many phone calls from David's Bridal's staff in Feasterville, Pa and myself. I was told by Orange County CT. staff to expect a phone call from the store manager. Although the person who processed the gown is supposedly no longer in your employ. I called the Orange County store only to learn that the manager knew nothing of my situation, but still she agreed to reimburse me, $100 of the then $786. I decided to stay with the gown I had ordered but I didn't hear from Ms La Sage. I called her but although she promised to call me right back, she hasn't. I am so very sorry that I continued with David's bridal. If I had known the caliber of people you employ in CT. no way in Hell would I haven't given you a dime for any reason. As it stands at this moment, I have spent $1200.+ at the 2 David's bridals. I am one dissatisfied customer but I have no problem going on facebook and twitter and telling everyone how my situation has been poorly handled by your CT staff. The gown did end up going to David's bridal here in PA and could have been sent directly there from the beginning with CT staff still getting commission for the gown and the accessories. The additional monies I spent, unaware of the exorbitant costs involved with working directly with your staff. Fortunately I get around the country and am known for my sense of fair play and my willingness to work with others, and speaking the truth. In other words, when I talk people listen. I have been on the short end of the stick, but I don't want others to have similar experiences. I have 3 daughters in medical school all of whom will have large weddings, dresses alone will be in excess of $240,000. That's only the beginning. When they finish telling people how I was treated, maybe no one in their classes and others will ever use your services. I teach everyone and believe my word is invaluable to me, whatever I do. Too bad neither you nor your staff can't say the same.

This place has been the worse and by me livign in Beaumont Tx we have no other bridal store here i havent spent alot of money here and i should get great customer service.. i will NEVER go back here

we went to find a dress which we did on own own because everyone was to bust talking. i had to help my daughter with each one of her dresses because they were to busy with 1 person in the whole store what did she have we didnt that needed 3 people to help with anyway we found a dress and pd for it. needless to say we did find a better dress and purchased it from somewhere else, went back for a refund they said you lose 10 percent for returning the dress at that point i didnt care just wanted my money to leave and NEVER return again. to top it all off i pd in cash as do alot of people why tell me i have to wait for a check 2 to 6 weeks i pd cash get over it.

If I could give a no star rating I would. Your wedding is supposed to be a wonder experience and Davids bridal has done nothing but make it the most stressful time I think in my life. I went to davids bridal in modesto ca had a great experience picking my wedding dress unfortunetly they couldnt get me a new dress in time so I had to purchase the floor dress but they reassured me that there alterations department would check every bead to make sure the dress was perfect so I bought the 699.00 dress. The first of several issues started when I took my mother and sister in to pick out there dresses. Our counsultant was horrible she would leave for long periods of time, continuesly brought dresses that did not fit either one of them and when questioned she said "every dress isnt going to fit every person that is what alterations are for" well after being there for 6 hours without finding a single dress for either of them. I had enough and went out and picked out a few dresses I thought they would like in a smaller size then what they were being given and the 2nd dress they tried on was the one. I couldnt believe it then they tell me that my sisters dress could not be found in any store or ordered because of the color I had chosen but they said that she was the maid of honor and the slightly darker shade of the color would look great so feeling we had no other options we went ahead with it. Then a week later my sister in law calls me letting me know her dress was order I ask if there were any problems with the color she said no not at the store here. Wow kinda wierd I verified everything and asked why she was able to order the color but my sister wasnt they said it was the dress style so I just went along with it. Then three weeks before the wedding my sister in law calls me hysterical her dress arrived in HIGHLIGHTER orange are you kidding me. She called the store and told them and they said there was nothing they could do now it WAS there mistake but it was to late to reorder now but they would give her a $20 discount. Wow what are we going to do now we called every davids bridal from southern cal to central cal looking for any dress in the right color close to her size. It cant get worse right oh of course it can then my sisters dress arrives (a shade darker they said) NO!! Very different looked Very Pink. I was literally in tears my only option to try and pull my wedding back together change the color. So I had to call the tuxedo rental place explain to them what happen and change the color. Then go to davids bridal and explain to them what they had done and in return I had to change my color this close to the wedding. They actually fought with me on the return of my sisters dress to re-purchase the new color online since the store could not recieve it intime. I really can not believe that they actually wanted me to pay for them both are you kidding me. So today I am 15 day til the wedding got my wedding dress back from alterations and my mom and I decided we better check it out to be on the safe side and I couldnt believe it all they did was steam it they didnt fix the missing button that holds on my back piece they didnt fix the fringed end of my corset strinmgs I mean really I paid 699.00 for this I am just in aw... I want to cry I WILL NOT take it back to them so now I am left with paying someone else to do the work that should have been done for free the first time. I will never use daivds bridal agian I am disgusted that everyone spent the amount of that they did there. I will never recommend them and I will surely recommend that nobody use them unless you want stress and heart ache I am a cater and will defintly let my clients know what a horrible experience I had with this company.

I had ordered a bridesmaids dress from the store in Colonie, NY. The dress I tried on in the store was too short. The consultant said that we could order extra length, and 3 inches would do it. I paid an additional $30 for extra length. In total the dress was $170.00 (obnoxious, but it's what the bride wanted.) One of the other bridesmaids had picked up the dresses and stored them in her walk in closet when they came in. It is now 4 weeks before the wedding I tried the dress on the other day. The dress absolutely puddles at my feet. Way too long, even with heals. I just went to the store and pulled out he dress that I originally tried on in the same size, to compare to my dress. I went to the alterations department and borrowed a tape measure. My dress is 6 inches longer than the original dress! I went to the service desk with all of this in hand. I explained to her that the dress was only supposed to be 3 inches longer and this one is 6 inches longer. She said that normal 'extra length' is 4 inches. I said that is not what I was told. She said that the only thing they could do now is to have it hemmed. She brought me back to the alterations dept. Then proceeds to hand me a price sheet. I told her 'I'm not paying to have this hemmed. I only ordered 3 extra inches. Your company made a mistake.' She ran up the customer service desk and the alterations woman brought me up there. The 'supervisor' proceeded to tell me that if I had come in earlier that they would have been able to order me a new dress, but there was not enough time. I asked them to then cover the cost of the alterations. She said 'We cannot eat the alterations!' I was shocked. She said 'I'm sorry.' I said if you were sorry then you would help me, at least cut the cost of the alterations. She said that she could not do that. I grabbed the dress and said that this was NOT the first time I had bad service at David's but this would be the last time I would come there (in front of a line full of people.) This is not over.

David's Bridal Shop is Hattiesburg, Ms is the worse store I've ever been in. I won't go back. I ordered my wedding gown January 9,2012 and was told it would be in the store the last of March or the first of April. My dress still is here and my wedding is May 12,2012. The people (who are suppose to be trained in this area) were rude and every time I called about my dress they would tell me something different. So today I went to David's Bridal in Jackson, Ms and I couldn't have been treated any nicer. I picked out a dress that was in the store and I love it. Everyone there was so helpful. I now have my dress, but I will never recommend David's Bridal to anyone. The manager in Hattiesburg needs to lose her job, and the store needs to be closed..closed...closed!!!!!

If I could give a lower rating I would. didn't have a problen with the wedding gown, our issue was this past week end in Ann Arbor Michigan. The bridesmaid dress my daughter liked wasn't available at that store. On the computer the girl found it in Dearborn. when she called, she comes back to me and says " I couldn't get through on the phone" and that was it, not I would try again in a few minutes. So I had to ask her for the number and I got through right away. the girl was too busy, said there were computer issues and she took my number and said she would call back. Talked to the manager and told her I upset I was, that I had to do the legwork of finding this dress. Then I am told they won't hold till Sunday,( my other daughter was going to be in the area) and this was Friday. Now our wedding gown and all bridesmaid dresses are all from Davids. So finally the manager called the store and I had to purchase over the phone in order to get the needed dress. Now it is Sunday and my other daughter who was picking up the dress, gets to Dearborn only to be given a very tough time. they couldn't find the dress for about 20 minutes. I will never ever go there again for anything. The worst customer service ever. STAY AWAY

I want to file a complaint about the store on Brodie Lane in Austin, Texas. I bought a $800 dress and each brides maid spend $130. I have a horrible time at the store. They consultant, Jessica, told me that all I needed was spanx. She never smiled or told me a dress looked good on me. I just had a baby and im a size 9. Thats average. I was treated so bad. I left in tears. So I contacted the district manager, Veronica, and she said "sorry". Well, a couple of days after my mom, grandmother and my MOH went to get their dresses. They had the same consultant, Jessica. They were left by themselves for 1 1/2 hours. She told them to pick their own dresses and sizes. She was very rude. So I contact the same manager and all she said was sorry. I went in to get my dress fitted figuring she would get me a percentage off or something. Nope not a thing. The told me I HAD to buy their garment bag for $10. Its like after all I went through you cant throw in a $10 bad? Instead, she just made sure I just got good service, which is what I should have gotten in the first place. So I emailed her the next day to explained to her I was upset and she told me Davids Bridal does not give discounts when they fall short of service. Crazy right? I was going to buy all my accesories through them, but I will take my business elsewhere. I urge you to do the same.

I would give them 0 stars if that option was available. I purchased my dress from the store in Clive, Iowa. I called the store a month before my wedding and asked them how long they needed to go any potential alterations, as I needed it taken in two inches and I was told that two weeks was all I needed. When I arrived two weeks prior to my wedding they stated that I should have come in earlier, but they would do it. I scheduled my pick up for three days before my wedding for four o'clock. At four o'clock my maid of honor went to pick it up and they hadn't even started the alterations, yet!!! They stated that they were a day behind on alterations and asked if she could come back on Monday - even though my wedding was that coming SATURDAY. She stated that NO, she needed it that day and they said they'd have it done in an hour. It took them two and a half hours to complete it and they only thing they said was "I'm sorry" with a big grin on their face -- that doesn't sound like they're very sorry. I called the store manager and was told she was busy and would be available in an hour, so I left my number and requested a call-back. I called back in an hour and a half and was told she was still busy. I stated that I needed a call back before the manager went home for the day and have not heard from her. I will be going into the store personally after my wedding and demanding a refund because I paid for a rush fee to have my dress completed. This company is miserable and I will never recommend anyone go to their store ever. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY.
