I am complaining about the four day sell on the sylvania netbooks thay were suppose to be on sale, in nashville. Every store you went to or every store you call, no one has them or they would say, we never got our order etc. What happened ? Sale uh.
The Cvs in Tulare ca corner of prosperity and brentwood the customer services of 3 staff witch one of then is a supervisor her name is carmen is the worst of them all. Everytime i go to this store this lady follows me like am going to steal everything i look at. I shop i cvs alot just look at my cvs card i like to look carefully to find the good deals, but it never failes this lady is always asking can i help u every 5 min. One time she made me cry, This last time she accused me that they has caught me on camera stealing Nik naks which i was embarrassed to the accusations. I normally when i go to the store I dont even take a purse. So told her to call cops she didn't want to so i did they did nothing cuz there was nnothing to file n for me to call corp this is the 3rd time i call to complain about this person. I feel discriminated from her n the other employees.
I am very dissatisfied with CVS due to the fact that prescriptions are suppose to be put in a bag and not pulled out and showed where everyone could see.. that is a direct violation of the privacy act laws. which this was done to me at the CVS located at 3678 Sonoma BLVD, Vallejo CA. 94590. i have chose got leave CVS and go to Walgreen due to your failure to follow privacy act laws.
The idiots who run the CVS #2081 store in Alpharetta, Georgia have hired a psychopath con artist to work there as a pharmacist technichian DESPITE being forwarned. She is dangerous, a crook, carries TWO Loaded pistols and does not hesitate to draw one on anybody she dislikes - has done so with a peace offcer in that city. Michelel Wolfe is the so-called manager there. Suggest that we all boycot those those dumb CVS bastards! I have sold ALL of MY stock - good riddance!
After sharing to the Management of CVS that I had a problem with a Pharmacy worker and she did not want to give me my medication and when I told her, I could die with out it, she just said oh, we just closed and the store was open and she told me to go to the emergency room and come back tomorrow to get you medication, after I asked for the manager and I did get my medication. A few weeks later, I took some of my medication and I did notice that the size was different and I did not think any thing about it until I did not sleep for a few days, so I put all the medication in a large bowl and saw that I had 15 pills that were different and I asked the store manager, a wonderful and kind man and his name is Chase what did he think I should do, he asked for me to bring in all the Medication that I was given and he would have another pharmacy worker fill the new one for me because the female that gave me my medication was the one working and I felt that she give gave them to me. When I got back to the store, a Asian lady told me that the Pharmacy manager a man name Brent Cooper told her to not give me a refill that the wrong pills that was in my bottle did not come from CVS so they were told not to help me and they gave back the pill in the same bottle and no bag or nothing, like I gave to them. AFter all of this, I have called and send e-mails to the corporation and Nothing is done and the same pharmacy worker is still there and she could do this to someone else. The was at Ann Arbor, Michigan at the Jackson Road location
After having a problem regarding the fact that I did not have my care card with me and the fact that the clerk wouldn't look my number on the computer I spoke with the manager. She obviously missed the seminar on how to manage a disgruntled customer.i am guessing to make my life just a little more stressful instead of sending my prescription at my request to the Walgreens across the street they sent it to a Walgreens in New Mexico, I live in Florida. I think that's about as unprofessional as one can get especially since that particular drug is an antidepressant. The staff at this store is undoubtedly either stupid or have had insufficient training. Therefore I will be going to my nearest Walgreens where they are friendly, well trained and are professional. I am also calling the company my husband worked for for 36 years and chose CVS as their choice of drug store for their employees to use. Possibly the next time they choose a prescription provider it will return to a policy of letting their employees choose which store is the best for them...yeah like that will ever happen!
I was at the CVS on 42150 A Jackson St in Indio CA on 9/28/2011 my son needed a USB for his school work .We seen one for $16.99 we asked one of the employee why was the 16GB cheaper then the 2GB both USB were on clearance he told us that he didnt know .So i told the young men that i would take the 16 GB that was on sale for $16.99 he unlocked the case the USB was ringing up for $39.99 he called the manager on duty that he needed an over wright and she said why and the young men explain to her that the price on the USB was for $16.99 and that it was ringing up $39.99 she said it was too much to over wright.I know i wont be shopping their anymore i hope $20.dollars was worth looseing a customer.
Horrible Gramercy Park area-the staff are rude, the store is dirty, the manager is not qualified. I have never had such a negative experience until i went there the other day. i was never a fan of the store but it was close-now i will walk an extra few blocks to Duane Reade but enjoy my experience after 10 years.
Store #9: Revere MA: I've been a customer of this CVS for more years than I care to say, but lately the service and helpfulness of the staff is boardering on none. I went to purchase the CVS brand of Supplements (Cinnamon capsules 1000 mg) that were on sale according to the flyer, advertised as "buy one/get one free". I asked specifically for the 1000 mg capsules and was told they do not have them, when I had to settle for the 500 mg capsules taking my purchase to the cashier, the register receipt showed: "1 CVS Cinn 1000 180s", but the bottle states Cinnamon 500 mg, isn't that fraud or a mis-representation of what was purchased? I'm wondering if the 500 mg capsules should have been priced less? I've tried to contact Corporate but have not had any luck. You would think in this economy they would want to be helpful to the customer to keep their business, but I guess it's time to find a new pharmacy and take my business elsewhere!
I have been using cvs for a few years now but today was the final day. They do not know or how to run a pharmacy. I was a pharmacy tech many years ago and I would be ashamed to say I worked for cvs. The company I worked for cared and shown concern and compassionate and friendliness towards our customer. not like cvs. Between getting the wrong prescriptions, not being able to get them filled when I have asthma the pharmacist tells me I can't get it filled to early hopefully they don't get copd and have difficulty breathing and be told you can't have your inhaler even after you Physician calls them and tells to increase my dosage and they still refuse. Today I experienced my dr. called me last week and told me she was changing my zocor to lipitor my husband went to pick it up and there was a note on the bag. see pharm. d/c'd lipitor. excuse me my husband brought it home I called asked to speak to the pharmacist, explained I was on zocor and my dr. was changing my rx. he said no she had cAlled to probably have it refilled. I told him why would she call to have it refill I still have 5 refills left. He said he didn't know. I called my dr. and I was told she had talked the pharm. told me the date and time she spoke to him gave him 2 new rx's 1 high dose of vitamin d and also lipitor 80mg. he sAid he never got that one well hello if he got one why not the other. it's just one thing after the other. I am going to reoport this as I have in the past to someone in corporate. hopefully someone will do something before a tragedy happens. I feel they don't take their job as serious as it should be. shame on cvs if they don't correct the issues.
I have been using CVS pharmacy for several years. I am fortunate to have 2 insurances that cover my medication and have no charges. For about the past 2 years there was a balance due and I have had to request they resubmit the insurances correctly. They keep telling me they are 'updating' their computer system. This last time they still charged me. The kind pharmacist has been corresponding with corporate but corp. will not speak to me. After speaking to both my insurance companies learned there has been many complaints. What bothers me is the insurance is paying correctly but they are billing the customer incorrectly. When you consider how many prescriptions are filled daily thats alot of money that burdens we the consumer. If this sounds familiar to you, write a letter to you insurance company reporting them of fraud.
So tired of hasseling with coupons, realizing too late that there is a limit on quantities to extra extra bucks, out of stock on sales items 5 minutes after the sale starts. CVS it has just become too big a hassle to shop here. By the way, can't leave this comment on your web site can only communicate by snail mail or telephone. this tells me you really are not interested in getting customers feedback to immprove customer satisfactions. Good Bye CVS, hello Walgreens.
I have had rainchecks for since June now and can't get the items in anystore cause they are always out of stock. I have coupons that will expire at the end of this month and nobody at any of the stores seems to care or can offer a solution. Was told at one store they have no idea what they will get when the trucks come in.
theyhave nothing in stock the money i spend on gas i could of just brought the product in stead of driving there a dozen times with them rain checks
I just had a co-worker have her wallet stolen at work. In it she had 10 credit cards. We work within walking distance to a CVS Store #2235 (600 North Kings Hwy.,Cherry Hill,NJ 08034) Someone used a credit card to purchase $1000.00 worth of merchandise. Within 5 mins someone came back in with another credit card and spent close to $1000.00 dollars again. Within mins again someone came in and used another credit card and "tried" to purchase $14,000.00 dollars of product. This purchase did not go through due to the fact the Master Charge card date had expired. NO ONE ASKED FOR A PHOTO ID in order to process this order. This has totally devastated this person. They wiped out her bank account also as her debit card was also could be used as a credit card. The police have been contacted and the CVS video tape will be evidence in order to find and prosecute the person. I am so angered as I just came from picking up my prescriptions and at the pharmacy was asked for my address prior to giving me my meds. Blood pressure and chlorestrol meds. Once I verified my address with a verbal responce I was given my order. I asked the person how by me knowing the address of said person it proved it was me? He stammered trying to find an answer. I said I could give many addrresses of friends and if they had medication to pick up I could have just picked them up. Mind you I was upset about my friends credit card purchases in this CVS and wason to speak to the Shift Manager..."Mariah". I found her and asked what the store policy was when a VERY large purchase was made with a credit card? Do you check for a photo ID? No was her answer. CVS Stores have NO POLICY in place to protect this from happening. The ONLY time they check for ID I was told if if someone purchases money grams or transfering of money. I was APPALLED that this was true. She assured me she didn't aggree with the policy but that was the CVS Corporat
It takes at least three trips to get prescriptions filled. At gas prices it is horrible! CVS never has anything in stock, computers down, can't order...it takes days to get them filled. I thought you were a pharmacy.....no one at the counter cares they are rude. The CVS pharmacy was given a golden apple to take care of all 1700 employees and their families due to a contract with Anthem we can only get prescriptions @ CVS. You would think they would try harder. I called the manager and it fell on deaf ears....our family has over 15 monthly presriptions we need filled it is a daily battle.....before Kroger, Wal-Mart, Walgreens and Target filled our presciptions.....a grocery store does a better job at prescriptions than a pharmacy! That's SAD.....all efforts, by employees, are being made to retract the contract! In Springboro, Ohio everyone knows about CVS! Small towns news travels fast!
I have been having my meds filled at CVS for years. I am 55 years old and my health from working with aspestis is declining. I went to have my pain medication filled and they told me they could not fill it. But they have been filling it for about a year. no reason just we can,t fill that. not we can order it and have it in few days. just NO. Well now they will loose one more customer. That store is in little one horse town Loris S,C 29569
I went in with a coupon for 30% off my order and 5 & 1 extra care bucks. I got two case of huggies diapers that gives you 5 extra care points that I not get. And I few more items that was on sale. I went over my receipt when I got home because it did not sound right. They took my care bucks off the non sale items and 30% off of that. So I save 2.00 in the end. I called the store and the manger Therea inform me that you can not use it on sell items. So I called the main office and got no where. There office is closed in till Monday call back. I could not even leave a message. I am a store manger myself, and would never treat a customer that a way. I question why last week when I was there the sign said pampers were on sale in till May 30th and the sign was removed only on the cases. But I am on my way back up there to get my money back.
Location in Georgia store# 6106 I went in store to purchase a few items. On the way out I saw a sign that read Coke 2 liter products .88 with care card I bought 11 after I left I realized I had been over charged. On returning to the store The manager said the ad printed in the paper said limit 5. I explained I came in for other items not off a ad. Rather than honor the printed sign he said too bad and refused to help me. There was nothing on the sign about a limit and there were several of the same sign on the coke display. When I told him I was going to take a picture of the sign to send to cvs he got hostile and blocked me from going to the display. He said his name was Stan Jones. I have never been treated this way by a store any other store would honor their printed sign. I will never shop a cvs store again and will tell everyone else to spend there money at walgreens from now on.
Once again I must give the highest praise to "my extended family" at CVS Pharmacy 7 Durant Avenue, Bethel, Connecticut 06801. I call them family, not because I am related to any of them, because I am not, but rather because they treat me as one of their family. I an almost 69 years old and have many ailments, some serious. I am still able to drive most days and there is not a week that goes by when I do not have at least two and possible three to four perscriptions filled. That is when my condition is stable and does not count the many times during the year when I need temporary perscriptions such as antibiotics, etc. I average 10 perscriptions per month and so I visit frequently and no matter who the pharmacy member is they always are kind and efficient. They even remember my name, which unfortunately I cannot reciprocate by calling them by name. They never fail to ask how I am and are totally sincere in doing so. They never make a mistake on my perscriptions, though they are numerous and change from time to time. They have never questioned my insurance either. I cannot say enough good about these pharmacy personnel and if I have failed to articulate their efficiency in their jobs, it is totally due to my inadequacies as a writer of this note. I have tried many pharmacies throughout the years and I can tell you without any reserve that CVS Pharmacy in Bethel Connecticut has the best team, the best employees and the best and most considerate people. I wish that I knew their names to tell you but since they are all good, it might seem that I am singleing them out if I did so I will just reiterate that they are ALL fine employees and represent CVS in the best possible way. I am not always feeling well and do not always articulate my needs the way healthlier persons might, nonetheless, these Bethel CVS pharmacy employees always know exactly what I am directed to take. The phone reminder service is also a great idea and this year I had my flu shot there which I plan to do from now on since it was so quick, efficient and easy to get to. Please acknowledge these wonderful people in some appropriate way as they represent well your company with their highest personal standards of excellence. Colette Terracino
