The location in Azle Texas is getting robbed more and more and it's a matter of time before the pharmacy is robbed. Their pharmacy is only one that can be found in DFW area without locking door or any divider from public easily entering pharmacy, the glass at drive through is to be bullet proof but isn't once opened to be greeted, I have relatives working their that need to be protected that whole store is young women and open til midnight there needs to be panic alarm buttons for front and pharmacy and local pd need to be patrolling more with amount of inventory there it is still not worth injury to a employee

Outstanding customer service

Pharmacy in Azle Texas gives the BEST customer service, I didn't know if Id survive after the Murrs buy out with the hectic awfully slow and confusing mix ups but the people there pushed through and I'm always greeted and always helped until I don't want any more help and people always friendly. All you have to do is show up and ask for help and these employees go out of their way and sometimes when it is not even their place to do so. Great Group of gals!

Not enough employees

Hello and good Morning I been a long time customer at 1550 N. Kostner Chicago il #7123 they don't have enough employees long lines. I ask if the can call for back up, but was told there only two employees and the other employee was on lunch. There was 8 people in line and not only was the employee trying to help the people in line she was doing key calls and trying to help people with finding what they needed. I couldn't be mad at her she was just trying to do her best with helping everybody. This store needs more then two people don't know how there doing it. It looks like the manager was cutting hour so they can receive a bonus, which wouldn't be fair to us the customer . I talked to the employee and she said it hard cause there so much to do and that sometime things don't get done. The best places to get answer are from the employee see what going on with this store. Filling Prescriptions

Being prescribed a medication for pain and understandably being told it has to be ordered in (which takes 2-3 days) and then having to call for over a week to find out it is still not in is far from satisfactory! I was informed "We don't have a lab in the back" and "its not in - click". How about following up as to where it is or when it should be in? Once I change my insurance and don't have to go to CVS next enrollment period cannot come soon enough. I HATE CVS! They just don't care about you as a patient as far as I'm concerned. They show no initiative behind those counters. Oh this is the Harbison Ave. pharmacy in Phila. PA 19149 area if any higher ups want to look into this themselves.

slow poor custmor service

I have been using cvs in Lubbock tx for years 6420 19st thers drive up service is very poor and even if ur meds werwe called in 6 hours earler don't bet thay are ready yet for ya and whats really bad is there doing construction on the in side with people making noise and getting in the way of people trying to help get my meds . if ur going to remodel do it after thay close

Pharmacist feels uncomfortable filling scripts

I just went to store #8828 to get my wife's prescriptions filled. The Pharmacists hands them back and says I feel uncomfortable filling these prescriptions. I looked shocked and told her we get these filled every month from here. I told her I don't understand. She said she is the pharmacist on duty and she feels uncomfortable filling them. No other explanation. No apology. How can you be a pharmacist and not fill prescriptions? This is totally unacceptable since my wife needs her meds. I want this Pharmacist fired.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have called three times for my high blood pressure medicine only to be told cvs sent it by UPS to a post office on 3/26/13. The post office claims to have delivered it to me on that same day. Well today is 4 /21/13 and I STILL HAVE NO BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE. Only after I was fussing did they tell me they would send me another shipment but I was going to be charged for both shipments!!! This is horrible customer service!!!!!!!! I told them to check my records, my family has used cvs for years and very little problems before this. I will be placing a call to SHELL OIL AND COMPLAINING TO THEM TOO

Customer Service

I am caregiver for my husband and take care of his perscriptions. I have been going to our CVS pharmacy in Jackson, Ca. for several years now and found the service to be less than acceptable ie; after standing in line for 10 minutes+ to drop off the perscription, I then have to wait 15 minutes+ to be called, then have to get back in line and wait another 15minutes+ to pick up. Many times the perscription ordered has not come in, a mistake was made and couldn't be filled the first time causing delays in receiving meds. and the last was they lost the perscription, had to get a new one from Dr. and this caused a weeks delay in getting the meds. There is room for alot of improvement!!!

I was shopping at the cvs 231s in lafayette indiana young girl I believe name Alice was at the drive thru not nice at all she was more interest in typing on the computer instead of waiting on use. hope I never have her wait on us again. give her another job where does not have to wait on people

i love cvs store 5035 i went in to pick up my prescription on the 3/25/13 but I had to waiting I got mad because the girl very nice poliet went to lunch and then she came back half hour later and came over and my stuff is not done she had to do it the pharmacstis was very bussy and the old man and the kid didnt even look at me as soon as soon she came it

CVS PHOTO DEPARTMENT

I continue to receive annoying phone calls advising me that I have photos to pick up at the Hickory HIlls, IL CVS store. Funny this store no longer has a photo lab! I have asked on several occasion for the local store management to resolve this issue with no success.

your policy

I think your policy on health care to your employees is terrible for our rights. Who are you to tell people how they can live and what weight is right for them. You are infringing on our rights. I always shopped at your stores but I will never step foot in your store again until you change your health care policy. I will make it my goal to tell everyone to do the same.

you are open for legal action after offering health insurance then changing rules after offering. if you did this at the beginning it would be fine but you didn't.i've had people in your organzation contact me.i would hope for your benfit and your employees you get this squared arround.i was a fred meyer labor lawyer for years. good luck ae

Incompetant

Incompetant customer service. I've not been a customer for all of 2013, and they still send me monthly billing, (THIS IS MARCH)contact my doctor, and have no clue as to my enrolling with a new --and better--Part D provider since "open enrollment" in November. These people shouldn't be running a pharmaceutical "ANYTHING."

saw a worker get insulted and threatened by another worker manager does nothing, how does store manager keep their employees unsafe in a work place. and keep freinds and relationships allowed in cvs 807 white plains road scarsdale i will not shop here again horrible store omg

The parking lot at CVS in Pearl River NY is horrible. No other lot looks like this. Debris all over. ALWAYS. I shop there because I like the people who work there.

Terrible Customer Service

I just was on the phone with Supervisor Kissee C,I wanted a letter telling me which substitutions were available for my prescription for Axion.She was unable to do that.How could you possibly make a drug unavailable without giving the customer the names of the substitutions that are available so my Doctor can see them.I will be writing to the Chairman of your Board
