I wanted to let you know that since my husband works at the mill and we have to get our scripts thru CVS now customer service sucks. We use to get them at Target and they would go out of there way to help. I asked several days ago for my scripts to be transferred and they were not. What a hassel no one wants to Help at the pharmace on Calumet in Valparaiso IN

Recently went to California. On the way to Anaheim, apparently someone scanned my debt card at a gas station. 2 weeks later bank calls about some unusual activity. My information was used at CVS Pharmacy on E. Workman Aven in West covina, Ca. Assist manager-not helpful. Manager 2 days later when I called back helpful.. Found that my information was used to buy a gift card. They have the information on tape and apparently have a great profile of the guy using my information BUT I will not be reimbursed from CVS which means I will discourage everyone from going to ALL CVS pharmacys. Walgreens is usually across the street!
Mental health awareness
As a community pharmacy I feel the pharmacist should not be so judgemental based on a patient's age and pharmaceutical needs. There is no reason not to fill a prescription and then accuse a doctor of unprofessionalism. It is her job to see to a customers needs. If she feels there are laws being broken then contact the proper authorities.

tried to get somebody on the phone who is responsible for the data prescription transfer to the pharmacies, over 2 hours again and again, only the automated rejection telephone computer was always the same. It is not possible to talk to anybody who transfers to the right person or department, I give up, zero star would be better for contact rating

had a bad experience in Waltham mass, call mgr got no reply. call district mgr got an apology and a gift card. great right? went to use card and the card was invalid? right back where we started the other chains (Walgreen etc.) looking better for my family needs right about now.
I spent over an hour in Wabasso Fl. Store for a flu shot. I had been informed by my healh coverage insurer to go to CVS for shot. I did not receive the shot and was told by pharmacy personnel that they did not accept my insurance which is Tufts Health Plan (Caremark Rx) After calling my health insurance provider, I was informed that CVS does accept this insurance and I do not need a prescription after several attempts to contact pharmacy to no avail (they do not answer phone)) I called store manager and was told the manager has no control over pharmacy. I am very disappointed with the procedures at this particular store
My son loves this store so much that he is in here daily. He compares coupons at the store to the manufacture coupons to get the best deals. The only problem I have is he likes spending so much time there that he was ask to leave if he was done shopping. According to one individual the staff slows down their work load when he is present. This person yelled at him to leave the store in front of customer. My son was in front of the store crying. I know he should not spend so much time here either but he loves CVS. This is where he wants to work when he turns 16. Better management skills would benefit this store in Brookfield,IL. Included if the store calls headquarters for advice.
CVS Pharmacy #7464 in Rockwall, Texas gives very poor customer service. The personel behind the counter at the pharmacy are rude, and prescriptions are not filled in a timely manner. Lines are usually way to long and it takes a long time to get waited on. Customers are not treated in a professional or kind manner.
CVS sucks, services is awful. Long lines and rude customer services. Need to find a new phrmacy.
I have just changed to Walgreens. CVS Pharmacy is a nightmare and very unprofessional. I cannot even get someone (Tallahassee Headquarters CVS) to return my call so that I may file a complaint. I will NEVER walk into another CVS. I wish I could choose a rating lower than POOR.

I was on vacation and needed my Medication. I had to transfer my RX to CVS. They did not honor my RX coverage. I questioned this, they called company and said I must be in the donut hole. No way that is possible since I have only 2 prescriptions. They kept giving me excuses. Never told me that CVS did nit honor my coverage. Found this out when I called the company. Poor service.
i have the worst experience with cvs pharmacy. if you carry one or ten prescriptions to the pharmacy it take 1hour or more. this is very unprofresional .what the problem?
CVS branch in Lone Tree and Golf Course Road in Antioch,Ca. A pharmacist name Jocelyn refused to ring me up for my other 4 over the counter items since there is one more person behind me and they're closing in 8 minutes. Really? I waited in line too.Is it going to take more than 2 minutes to ring me up? She was so eager to ring up the prescription but not the other items. Poor customer service, I tell you. Can't wait for Walgreens to get their contract back with Express Script so I can transfer my prescription.
FAILURE TO PUT PATIENTS HEALTH AND SAFETY FIRST CVS Caremark failed to supply and refused to fill my prescriptions for Provigil for over six months making my life a living hell! CVS Caremark screwed with my health making my MS exacerbate to the point that I had to go to the hospital! CVS Caremark is now refusing to fill my prescription for six BOX’S yes six BOX’S of Sumatriptan Succinate Injections, which I have been getting for years because I suffer with severe and chronic Migraine Headaches. Yes, CVS has filled this prescription for many years, now you say I can only have five single doses a month. That is very different from 12 doses a month, and they cannot break a box for one dose because the shots come two doses per box! It is obvious that CVS Caremark does not give a damn as to how people have to suffer, because you purposely screw with what is prescribed to us by our Doctors. Obviously, a person who knows a lot more than you do regarding exactly what medications and the dosages that we need to live a better quality of life, something that obviously is lacking on your behalf! As far as you’re PAST DUE REMINDER a check for $60.00 was mailed to you on September 2, 2012 and it cleared the bank on September 10, 2012. Once again, it is obvious that CVS Caremark does not understand what a Social Security fixed income truly is! Nor do I feel that you care either!
AWFUL SMELL: Yes!! In response to an earlier poster who stated "Another strange thing about that CVS store is the smell. It is so pungent/industrial or medicinal that it makes your eyes water. Other people who had just transferred to CVS said the same thing". - I COMPLETELY agree and I'm in Boynton Beach FL. I've been to 3 stores in my local area and ALL of them have them have a awful smell upon entering; it's a chemical-like smell but also similar to kerosene!! It's disgusting and I have no idea what it could be but it's all of them. I'd love to hear back from Corporate and find out what it is and if they will address it. Btw, it's not just me - a friends daughter got hired at CVS and left after two weeks as the smell was giving her constant headaches and she just couldn't take it. When she told the manager why she was quirking he said he had no idea what she was talking about. I have transferred my family's prescriptions and wont return.
I've been working for CVS Pharmacy for over five years. Starting in the Pharmacy. I don't even make $10.00 an hour... Mean while we are understaffed. I feel mistreated, disrespected, and taken advantage of. Coming to the realization I am finally able to search for a new job who actually respects their employees. They mess up on hours on your pay check! So beware of that as well. I foresee this company going under due to how they treat most employees. If your employees feel mistreated, most likely will your customers. That's CVS way... Over pricing everything! For the ones who don't understand how it works can and will be taken advantage over!
This is the 4th time in 2 monthes on my scripts. The pharmacist told me that he could not give me a partial fill on methadone and then turned around the next day that he gave a woman the last of the methadone to a woman and he gave her a partial fill. That was last month. This month they tell me that it is going to take a week to get in a shipment of the drug. You guys ever hear of overnight express!!!! What the hell is going on here. And out of Lyrica!!! You are a DRUG STORE!! Keep your drugs on the shelf at all times or you are going to lose business just like you have lost mine. Do something!! I think you already know yall are sunk and just don't give a damn. Hope your enjoying your laughs.
Horrible. We don't use this company by choice and wouldn't recommend anyone else that has any other option available.
