It is my understanding that it is THE CORPORATE OFFICE which orders a local CVS (Walton Way and Fifteenth St. CVS, Augusta, GA.) to practicce UNDERSTAFFING! I found this out from employees who are otherwise good employees but due to your corporate greed you evidently do not care that both emplyees and customers are as a reselt UNDERSEVICED by that policy, as I have had CHRONIC NUMEROUS AND FREQUENT problems ranging from overcharges to not being given receipts (both due to overworking and so tiring the employees!!!!!!!!) to EXTREMELY LONG LINES at both the pharmacy and the sales counters etc. etc. and I frequently hear requests from the front counter to send extra employees from the pharmacy, which is already inundated with customers! (What the heck good is it to have all those registers up front and at the pharmacy during busy hours and not enough people to man them! You people are as much as misleading customers with such unused "props" and it is an insult glaring at me every time I go in there!) I am tomorrow going to have my Medicaid prescription account transferred to RITE AID, which is just across the street from you CVS store. Perhaps some day I will again walk into CVS at the above location and see that there are enough people employed there and that you folks have repented of your greed, the product of which is the same understaffing I experienced as an employee once and I ended up being fired due to the manager/owner being more concerned with his *#()U@(U@)@# golf game than he was with the fact that his employees were too afraid of him to admit that he needed to hire more people, and so they lied about MY NOT BEING ABLE TO DO MY JOB WHEN I HAD BEEN SADDLED WITH THE WORKD OF THREE PEOPLE! (I had even strated coming in to do work others left from the previous shift and the manager found out about it and simply told me not to do this!)So I am wise to you folks and I dislike seeing other people have to go through the frustration and stress and UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE that I did and the ruin of their reputations as good employees when you put them in unnecessarily hectic and very stressful over-worked undermanned positions where they cannot perform as best they can: You people need to read the Gospel of Jesus Christ which will teach you about loving and caring about people, which is why I am still writing this in the face of the fact that I am removing my account from you, and will also copy and paste in each email I send out appealing to people to boycott your stores at least sales wise till you folks have gotten wise and loving about treating people right! (I'm using tough love cause, CVS-Corp people, if you don't respond affirmatively to this, you're gonna do some sad reaping hereafter. Of course, if you have no faith as well as no love, that will explain everything! Kevin R. Landry

Evening crew Christopher needs serious lessons in customer service.I was shopping and passed by the counter where pictures are printed and saw at least 100 pitures left in the drop stal from when someone prints.I was concerned that someone had mistakenly walked off and forgot their pictures.I bent down to pick them up to give to clerk Christopher and he scolded me telling me to put them, back and not worry it abnout it he has it.I started to mention to him that i was just concerned that someone forgot theuir pictures, but before i could get say it he scolded me again abrubtly and told me to put them down, then proceeded to leave hios current customers pull them from my hand and continuesd satinting "dont worry about it very condenscending and extremely rude. This is not the first time I have encounter this boy,his tension and arrogance.Whatever happened to Thank you for your concern,I am watching them or I know whos they are.I am a 50 year old woman who spends a lot of money at this store and quite frankly I am finally done shopping here.I have been treated twice rudely and now Im done being treated with disrespect. The day time crew is amazing, all of the young men at the quick counters...too bad one bad apple can create such a bad taste.I also wanted to add, that one of the other employees ask Christopher where a particular employee was as it appeared these pictures belong to him....whether he paid for this service is unclear but you may want to see if your employees are using services for free if not offered and others are covering for them.

Today was another wonderful experience at the CVS located at the corner of RT 92 and Wabash Lakeland Flordia. As mentioned on my review dated 1/26, I said I would be moving all the scripts from the CVS located on RT98N and today I did just that. There was one catch, which was corrected today, all the scripts had been ready filled, even though I specifically told the staff at the RT 98N CVS to make sure that was deleted. This will will be last review from me while in Florida, being a snowbird, I will be heading back north shortly to my local CVS pharmacy. KUDOS to the CVS I visited today.

My husband and I had to change pharmacies do to our insurance. I was a little less then happy about it as we had a really great pharmacy already. We went to CVS Omaha Nebraska 132nd and Center St on Saturday Jan 28th. Let me just say that we were so pleased with the help we received. Nathan Weston was so helpful. He got all our information, let us know he would contact our doctors for us and take care of everything. The best service we have seen in quite some time. A big thank you to Nathan and all the staff at the 132nd and Center St location. They made the transistion very smooth. So glad to know you can still get service with a smile and a hello when you walk in. Thanks Darrell and Joan Smith

I have been trying to fill a prescription since approximately dec. 15. After numerous phone calls to cvs Caremark it still is not in my hands. I have been reassured on more than one occasion that the order was processed and all will be okay I get the same negative results. Part of the prescription had been mailed to a different address. I have gotten conflicting reports on its status from different employees. I have had to call reps on more than one occasion because I do not receive return calls when I call once. I have had to pay for one months prescription out of my own pocket because of the inefficiency of cvs Caremark and I am close to having to pay for the prescription again for the same reason. My employer is the city of Philadelphia and my payroll number is133310.

Today was a great day, with an absolutely wonderful experience at the NEW CVS store that opened its doors in Lakeland, Florida at the corner of Rt 92 and Wabash. I had two really bad experiences at the CVS on RT 98 in Lakeland ( see reviews on 1/10/2012 and 1/13/2012, which by the way, the store manager never called me back as promised, but I degress... I had another prescription, mine this time, that needed to be transferred due to the fact I am a snow bird, so I thought I would give the new CVS a try. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, with the script in my hand. The only problem was the CVS on RT 98 had refilled the script on 12/6/2011, I was never notified of this and since it was a 90 day supply, that was about six weeks too soon, but anyway, I am one happpy camper and will be transferring all the scripts that are due the 2/10/2012 from the North Rt 98 to the CVS on 92 and Wabash All you snowbirds that are using North 98 CVS located in Lakeland, take notice and do what I did today and plan on doing on 2/10... Granted the store is new, but the staff was so very pleasant. Such a good experience after a couple of really bad ones at THAT OTHER STORE.

The CVS in East Falmouth, MA is poorly maintained and the facade is shabby, the windows are poorly decorated and dirty..so is the area around the entrance. Granted, CVS rents from an absentee landlord who also cares little for its building, but the East Falmouth branch of CVS could do much better inspite of a not-so-ideal situation. According to the present manager, corporate has looked over the situation and is to make some improvements. We have yet to see this. The local neighborhhod association has had enough.

MY SISTER TRIES VERY HARD TO HANDLE MY RX AND SUPPLIES FOR ME. I AM VERY THANKFUL TO HAVE HER HELP BUT I DO FEEL BADLY ABOUT HOW THESE PEOPLE TREAT HER. SHE CALLED LAST FRIDAY TO RE-ORDER INCONTENENT SUPPLIES FOR ME. SHE MADE SURE THEY WOULD BE READY FOR THE NURSE TO PICK UP ON SATURDAY. WELL NO MATTER HOW WELL YOU TRY TO HANDLE THESE MATTERS THEY ALWAYS CONTINUE TO SURPRISE YOU WITH AGRUMENTATIVE REPRESENTATIVES, AND TERRIBLE EXCUSES AS TO WHY IT DID NOT WORK OUT AND ALWAYS THEY POINT THE FINGER BACK AT THE PERSON WHO TRIED TO MANAGE THE ORDER PROPERLY. THEY WERE NOT READY AND I EVEN ASKED THAT THEY DO NOT DELAY THE NURSE BUT TO JUST HAVE HER COME BACK TUESDAY SINCE I PAY HER BY THE HOUR. BUT THEY FORCED THE ISSUE OF A WAIT, FOR OVER 25 MINUTES. THEY ALSO GAVE HER THE WRONG SUPPLIES AND BLAMED MY SISTER FOR NOT MENTIONING THAT THEY WERE TO BE HIGH ABSORBENCY. IN THE 6 TIMES THEY HAVE FILLED THIS RX THEY HAVE ONLY DONE IT CORRECTLY TWICE. THEY REFUSE TO TAKE ANYTHING OFF THEIR SHELVES FOR A RX TO BE FILLED ESPECIALLY IF THEY DIDNT PREPARE IT ON TIME. IT IS AWFUL AND THE BAD PART IS THAT THEY ARE LOCATED LESS THAN A BLOCK FROM MY FRONT DOOR. TODAY MY SISTER CALLED THEM AND ASKED FOR A CORPORATE NUMBER AND THEY GAVE HER A CELL NUMBER THAT NEVER RESPONDS FOR A MARIA. SURE THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE UNCOMFORTABLE SO THEY JUST DO NOT CARE. YOU WOULD THINK SINCE IT HAS ALREADY BEEN IN CORPORATES HANDS ONCE BEFORE THAT THEY COULD REMEMBER EXACTLY WHAT THE RX IS FOR IN SIZE AND ABSORBENCY AND BRAND. BUT NO, IF YOU DO NOT TELL THEM THEY WILL REMEMBER THAT YOU FORGOT TO TELL THEM, BUT SOMEHOW REMEBERING TO NOTATE THE ACCOUNT JUST DOES NOT SEEM TO MAKE ANY SENCE TO THEM. THEY WILL ARGUE WITH YOU AND THEY JUST COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, SO LONG AS THEY CAN BLAME YOU FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE. SO WE WAIT ALL DAY BECAUSE THIS IS SOME KIND OF GAG NUMBER TO SOMEBODY WHO PROBOBLY KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CVS AT ALL. WHILE I WAIT I MUST PUT OUT MONEY FOR A FEW PACKS JUST TO GET THROUGH IT. I AM LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE SOMEONE HELPING ME WHEN THEY CAN, MUCH LESS TO PUT THEM THROUGH ALL THIS BECAUSE SOME YOUNG LADY MUST MAKE HERSELF CORRECT IN THIS ISSUE NO MATTER WHAT IT DOES TO ANYONE ELSE. PLEASE CVS CAN YOU CALL US SO THEY CAN MAKE THEIR NEXT MOVE DOWN THERE. A REMINDER: DEPENDS HIGH ABSORBANCY S-M NON ADJUSTABLE 180 EVERY 30 DAYS PLEASE ROBERTA GRAY 702 395 1333 ASK FOR LINDA

I AM SORRY BUT IF THE STORE HAS TO APPROVE THE FEEDBACK BEFORE IT IS PLACED, WHAT KIND OF GOOD IS THAT?

If there was only a star for very, very, very poor, the CVS on Henderson Pass in San Antonio, TX would rate that. Since Walgreens no longer fills Tricare scripts, we transferred our prescriptions virtually across the street to the CVS. Big, big mistake. My first script was for a chemo drug used to treat R.A. and I was given a bag on which there was no instruction. I asked the woman who gave it to me about that, and she said the instructions were inside and waved me off. She was rude and did not acknowledge that this was a new prescription, and argued with me over the co-pay, which was much higher than it was supposed to be. When we got home, I looked at the bottle, which said it was a one-dose vial of 25ML and the instruction was for .03 ML. There were no syringes in the bag, so I called back the next morning and spoke to the Pharmacist. He said he would give me a few to tide me over, and would order them for me. I saw the Doctor's script: it called for syringes and consultation. I didn't get either. So, when I went to pick up the syringes, the Pharmacist on duty saw me waiting, but went to the phone and made calls trying to find out which syringe was the proper one. He came back with 4 and placed them in a bag and only told me that he'd order more but didn't know when they'd come in. No consultation...he was too busy scrambling to fill orders. Not once did the other techs even look up to see that there was a big line of people waiting to pick up meds, or in another line to drop them off. There are only 4 chairs in the waiting area, and it was forcing a lot of elderly people to stand up in the aisle and finally give up and leave. When I got home, I got a call from the Pharmacy and was told that I had the wrong syringes and that if I brought those back in, I would get the correct ones. This was on a Saturday night, and if anything, the store was busier than the day before. In the meantime, I had another prescription for pain to be filled and dropped it off and said I would come back on Monday since they indicated that it would be a couple of hours before they could fill it. Since I still had some, I said I'd come back. In the meantime, I was told that the prescription for the chemo drug was correct, and that I was to take the entire dose once a week. I had some misgivings about that, so I talked to a friend who is an Oncology RN and she said that if I had done that, I would be dead. That's right...an overdose of a hazardous substance, and that they should never have let me have that form of the drug because it couldn't be given by someone who wasn't trained. Great. So of course, I didn't get the injection and called for another doctor appointment. The pharmacy wouldn't take the drug back or refund the co-pay, of course. I went back Monday night to get my other prescription and it wasn't ready. They said it would be ready on Tuesday morning. I went back on Tuesday evening, and they said they didn't have it in stock, and ordered it, but it wouldn't be in until Thursday. When we went back on Thursday, I had another script to drop off and had to wait in that line to drop it off, while the pickup line kept getting longer and longer. I asked if I could also do a pickup and they said no because they didn't have a cash register. As if they couldn't take it 5 feet to the cashier and have them ring it up for me...no, even though I had been in line and had been ignored for 15 minutes, I had to go stand in another line for 40 minutes more. When I got to the head of the line, the person at the register said it would be another 20 minutes before it was ready. I wanted to get my other prescription back, but nobody would even come to the counter in the drop off area. I finally got my prescription and left. I still have to pick up one more prescription, but that is the end. I am putting all my prescriptions on Express Scripts, and my emergency short-term meds at Costco's Pharmacy where I was treated like royalty, handshake and smile and all. Another strange thing about that CVS store is the smell. It is so pungent/industrial or medicinal that it makes your eyes water. Other people who had just transferred to CVS said the same thing. I know of two people who left before even turning in their prescriptions. A pox on CVS! (Especially the older lady who was so rude and unhelpful.)

Update to the review I left on 1/10/2012. Still waiting for the call back from the store manager at the N98 CVS in Lakeland, Florida

I hate going to cvs pharmacy on Atlantic Blvd. In Coral Springs, FL. I am never acknowledged as I wait and wait and wait just to hand over a script! The people who work in the pharm are so unpleasant! I was the only person at the counter today and still I was ignored. When I spoke I was treated as tho I was interrupting their life and treated terribly. I'll find another place. Too stressful to be treated like dirt.

On December 6, 2011, I tried to transfer scripts to the CVS located on N98 in Lakeland, Florida. Being a snowbird, I had used this pharmacy for the past 5 years, thinking there would be no problem and was I ever surprised. The information was taken, then I was told it would be 24 hours before I could pick them up...that was strange, as in the past it had been only an hour or so...I called before running back up there, throught the city traffic, only to find out one prescription that my husband has been taking for the past few years, could not be filled. Needed an okay from the physician. To detail this problem would take up too much space, but in four days later, I had that medication. This was to be added to his profile and when I had then prescriptions filled in January there would be no problem...Think again.... Today is January 10, 2012, off to CVS with new Plan D cards in hand since I had changed my coverage and he had a new bin number, thinking all would go smooth..more problems... again.... One problem after another and finally after four hours of waiting, holding up the line for other folks to get their meds, and some verbal exchanges, I walked out with the meds. I contacted the store manager shortly after arriving back at my residence, explaining the situation about the untrained, lack of staff and general disarray of the prescription area, and was told he would check into it and and call me back. It is almost 8 pm, and not call has been received. I think this CVS, hopefully not all are like this one, but in reading the reviews, I am seeing a trend...need to seriously rethink the total prescription area. More TRAINED STAFF would help out.. I am thinking about transferring, yet another time, to another pharmacy where, maybe, I can receive better service.

My prescription was promised on 1/7/12, as of 1/9/12, I'm still waiting.

I do business with 2 of your CVS stores. One is located in FL and one in RI where we spend our summers. The FL store is in Bradenton on Manatee Ave. at the corner of 39th Street. The one in RI is in Narragansett on Boston Neck Rd. At both stores the personnel in the pharmacy are always polite and call me by name. The prescriptions are always ready when they say they will be and almost never short on having the full amount in stock. The stores are always neat and clean, and someone is always ready to help you find something. Sometimes they even go in the storeroom and get something that has run out. I had been using Walgreens previously in FL but had to travel 30 miles in RI to the nearest store. I can't tell you how happy I was when I saw CVS being built. I'm happy with CVS!

I have been going to the CVS pharmacy at 1551 E. Sunset, Henderson, NV for 2 years, and I have experienced problems over the 2 years with being shorted pills in my prescription which made me have to go back and get the rest of the pills. However, today, January 5, 2012, I went to pick up my prescription for Synthroid and the pharmacy tech told me it was $67.00. I told her to run it through my other insurance, Caremark because then I only have a $25 copay...she had a bad attitude when I asked this, but she went to the computer and came back and said they denied it,and that now the system was frozen and I would have to wait to get it,which I was not going to do for $67. I called caremark and they said that it is approved and the copay is $25.00 and did not understand what the problems was with the pharmacy getting through, they gave me an 800 number to have the pharmacy call...this lady lied to me. I called the pharmacy back and asked to speak with a supervisor, but I got another person who was not in that capacity, she backed up the liar. She tried to tell me the girl could not get that information because she did not have the code, I said why did she not tell me that instead of telling me it was denied? I gave her the 800 number to call, however they stated they were TOO BUSY TO DO THAT.Too busy to call? My husband went over there and they still stuck to their lies and I for one am appalled. I think they were trying to fleece me for more money. I have 2 insurances and Caremark is the primary...but I just could not believe their attitude and the lying...I will not go back there and I will contact my union insurance and my other insurance company and tell them about this incident and the others. If this is how CVS pharmacy does business, I don't need it...you have to be able to have trust and faith in a pharmacy, and I certainly do not trust this one.

I have used CVS in Burleson,Texas for years now. Had wonderful service when I first transferred there from Walgreens. Now, it's a different story. I took all prescriptions in on the same date so all could be refilled on the same date. Consistently over time, they forget or are out of one or more of my meds causing me to have to return weekly for meds! So, I tell them this is the last time I fill them here if its not right. Pick up meds, leave town only to discover they have completely left out a med I can't miss without endangering my life! When I call them, they said it was waiting for doctors authorization. I call bk home, have a family member pick up written script from doc and take it to Albertsons to be filled, surprise, it's filled at CVS so wont clear system. The idiots had my meds and just didn't bother to give it to me...once again! (Albertsons told them to return it to stock bc customer was filling it in their store, HA) Spoke to CVS to inform them I would no longer be using their services...their response...Okay and hung up on me! Great customer service and good to know you dont need our money!

I've used CVS for many years, in part due to the rewards programs and the fact that they accepted other pharmacy coupons. You know the ones that are new, refill or tranferred script get 10.00 bucks on a gift card thing. We've spent alot of money in prescriptions over the years. And now this fall my husband had a major heart attack and was off work and has 6 medicines he is taking daily. I went to fill 2 new scripts for my husband due to ear infection. I had a Kmart coupon and CVS refused to honor it saying it has to be in the vicinity of the CVS store. Kmart is "MAYBE" 10 miles from CVS. I'm like the sign on the window says "ACCEPTS ALL PHARMACY COUPONS" there is no mileage limit on the sign. Still wouldn't give it to me. I am going to report them to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Isn't that false advertising?? Anyway, if I'm not going to be getting any rewards for using them....I will just go to the local pharmacy.... the owner of it graduated with my sisters and he is nicer than people at CVS anyway. This is CVS at Platte City, MO...

Cvs In key largo fl has been filling my rx for 8 years. Now I am told since my doctor is not in the same county (I have to see a specialist 30 miles away) they will not fill the rx. No warning and leaving me without much needed meds.
